IOWA CITY —Nine Democratic presidential candidates have called on the Democratic National Committee to relax its debate standards next year, allowing some lower-polling rivals onto the stage. “While we know this was an unintended consequence of the DNC’s actions, many of the candidates excluded due to these thresholds are the ones who have helped make this year’s primary field historically diverse,” the candidates wrote. “Frankly, that unintended result does not live up to the values of our Democratic Party and it does not serve the best interest of Democratic voters.” The letter was signed by all seven Democrats who qualified

The diversity LIE raises its ugly head once again. Diversity does not make us stronger. Unity does. Remember this oldie but goodie - E pluribus unum? Out of many... one. Diversity has been hijacked and completely turned on its head to the exact OPPOSITE - E unum pluribus - out of one... many. Diversity is fine when it means assimilating people of various backgrounds and cultures into ONE group with a common ideal. But these days it is more likely to mean turning a blind eye to those who do NOT want to assimilate and turning a deaf ear to those who warn of the dangers of being fragmented from within like a cheap industrial grade diamond with fractures that make it nearly worthless. Diversity as a strength is a myth when there is no underlying unity.

Perhaps the virtue-signaling white liberals making these throaty protests should direct them instead at BLACK VOTERS, who (as is widely reported) have rejected Kamala Harris and Cory Booker, and stubbornly give their overwhelming support to Joe Biden.

Would this be driven by the "diverse" candidates. The un-diverse might jabber along because the sheer number of idiots on the stage dilutes the idiocy. Also it's less time they actually have to "debate" themselves.

" Hey, wait a minute.... in accordance with the liberal ideology, should not these 'lower-polling' rivals be advance to the head of the platform over the more qualified candidates. It works for college admission, federal jobs, etc. Should work for the Dems.

MANCHESTER, N.H. — It’s a celebration much of Washington thinks has approximately zero chance of ever happening. But to get a sense of what a Bernie Sanders inaugural ball might look like, consider the dinner that unfolded at a banquet hall near the airport here in late November, when several hundred union members ate mashed potatoes and filet mignon while Sanders drank from a Michelob Ultra bottle with a paper napkin wrapped around it. Ceiling drapes hung over pre-set tables and signs depicting the labor movement’s bread and roses. “If we were going to throw a Bernie-themed wedding,” a young

Anything above 50 is considered positive. November’s reading was also revised higher by 1 point. The index stood at 56 last December. At the worst of the housing crash, in 2009, builder sentiment hit a low of just 8. “Builders are continuing to see the housing

Touching the thumb and index finger to make a circle, with the remaining three fingers held outstretched, is a gesture that people around the world have made for centuries, mostly in positive contexts. It is used for several purposes in sign languages, and in yoga as a symbol to demonstrate inner perfection. It figures in an innocuous made-you-look game. Most of all, it has been commonly used for generations to signal “OK,” or all is well. But in recent years, it has also been appropriated for a more malign purpose — to signify “white power.” The gesture has become an extremist

WASHINGTON — Some Democrats say the party’s presidential debate stage is too big. Some say it is too small. Some say it is too white. GREENWOOD, S.C. — The past three years have not been easy for the political fortunes or the emotional health of America’s Democrats.
