Leaders in the financial industry are really worried about the possibility of Sen. Elizabeth Warren becoming president, CNBC’s Jim Cramer said Tuesday. “When you get off the desk and talk to executives, they’re more fearful of her winning,” Cramer said on “Squawk on the Street.” Cramer said he’s hearing a “she’s got to be stopped” mantra bubbling up among executives on Wall Street and elsewhere. Warren, a champion of the left wing for her bank-bashing and wealth-taxing proposals, has been doing better at the polls in the crowded field of candidates vying for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination. When you have the feeling that a person, Warren, might destroy your economic future...you are not going to vote for her...she may win the Democrat nomination but she will be crushed in the general election

They've got a pretty poor choice on the Democrat side - a two-time loser with a history of plagiarism and groping women who is possibly in the early stages of dementia, a socialist woman being advised by the 2016 loser, a communist/socialist geriatric man, a woman with no core beliefs who got her start in politics on her back, a gay man who insults Christians by interpreting the Bible to his liking and telling Christians how unchristian they are, a potty-mouthed little snot/gigolo whose 15 minutes of fame are over, and so on. Their agenda is being set by four anti-American hags who can't be stopped by the geriatric party poobahs. Might be time to sit this one out.

President Trump's stump speech last night makes the stakes for 2020 quite clear. A vote for any Democrat is a vote for open borders, free healthcare for illegal immigrants, high taxes on the middle class, massive regulation of banks and high tech companies, and policy that is fundamentally driven by resentment and revenge against the successful. I find it difficult to believe that moderate voters in swing states would be so bamboozled by the Democrat spin machine that they would consider voting for anyone other than Trump in the current circumstances even if they hate his style and tweets. Still, I don't put anything past the unified Dem party and their fake media propaganda wing to try to defeat President Trump by any means necessary. They are all just Scientologists at this point.

Pale ale, iridescent white not-Squaw Liz Warren brings from distant memory a passage from Robert Ruark's rural coming of age autobiography The Old Man and the Boy, about comparing a certain type of woman with one of those hyperactive bantam hens. "They don't take time to think. They're all like little old banty hens, scratching and pecking and looking around at every noise with a beady eye that's meant to be intelligent but ain't." Lizzie, a busybody would be dictator in the flesh, pauses only to squawk. A tree stump and a mad dash around the barn yard figures (figuratively) in her political future. We don't want any of her eggs.

The Supreme Court will allow the Trump administration to fully enforce a new policy aimed at curbing Central American migrants’ ability to claim asylum at the U.S.-Mexico border, handing a victory to President Trump in his efforts to crack down on illegal immigration. The Court's decision came down Wednesday evening, with Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissenting. The high court lifted a lower court order Wednesday that blocked the Trump administration from broadly enforcing the new rule for asylum-seekers, under which migrants arriving at the southern border are ineligible for asylum unless they have sought refugee status in

What would a Joe Biden presidency look like? The answer to that question is coming into focus, and it can be summed up in one word: tired. Biden is trudging through the campaign, constantly screwing up and lying about his record, winning almost entirely thanks to the Pundit Brain-induced learned helplessness that has been carefully instilled into the Democratic base over the years. Biden may yet win the primary, of course, and sheer backlash to President Trump could easily boost him into the White House. But it is simply beyond question that he is one of the worst candidates in

MANCHESTER, N.H. — When Joe Biden took the stage in New Hampshire, he was greeted with the respect that comes with being a former vice president. Some of his closest rivals were greeted more like rock stars. The scene at New Hampshire's Democratic convention on Saturday highlighted one of the riddles of Biden's candidacy: He maintains a lead in nearly every poll, but his campaign events often lack the look and feel of a front-runner. His crowds are warm, but rarely high-energy. His organization is solid, but doesn't always show up in force at key events that help shape the perceptions

LOS ANGELES — A day of diving off Santa Cruz Island ended like countless others aboard the Conception, with dozens of divers asleep in tightly arranged bunks that all but filled the belly of the 75-foot boat. As always, there were two ways out in case of emergency — up a curved stairway at the front of the cabin, or through an escape hatch in the ceiling over bunks at the rear. Before dawn on Labor Day, when flames devoured the 38-year-old wooden-hulled vessel, no one below deck made it out of either exit. The only survivors were five crew members who

Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaeda network were responsible. But, the 9/11 plot did not happen in a vacuum. In reality, America’s elephantine national security state had known of bin Laden and his network years before the horrific events of 9/11. Some of the most powerful people in the national security state routinely downplayed and ignored the threat al-Qaeda posed to the United States before 19 hijackers murdered 2,911 people in New York, Washington, and Pennsylvania.
