On Friday’s broadcast of Fox News Radio’s “Guy Benson Show,” FNC host Chris Wallace stated that if Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has to leave the court, the fight over her replacement would make the Kavanaugh hearings “look like a tea party.”
Wallace said, [relevant remarks begin around 11:15] “[W]e all wish her a long, happy, healthy life. I will say this though, and again, there’s no reason not to think that she won’t be on the court the first Monday in October, but if she were forced to step down, this would make the Kavanaugh hearing, the Gorsuch hearing, Clarence Thomas

Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden added to his recent pile of gaffes on Friday when he claimed that over 40 students were shot during a 1970 Vietnam War protest at Kent State. The former vice president was making a point about when he first became politically aware in the 1960s and 1970s, comparing the hypothetical assassination of former President Barack Obama to the very real murders of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr."My senior semester they were both shot and killed. Imagine what would have happened if, God forbid, Barack Obama had been

In an interview published Saturday, US congresswoman Rashida Tlaib said President Donald Trump’s continued verbal assault on her and several of her Democratic colleagues in the so-called Squad was due to him being “scared of us.”
Tlaib told the Guardian she was referring specifically to women of color.
“It’s been very clear to me, especially this last week, that he’s scared of us,” she said. “He’s afraid of women of color… because we’re not afraid of him and we’re not afraid to speak up and say that we have a white supremacist in the White House who has a hate agenda.”

President Trump tweeted in defense of his comment that he is 'the chosen one' during a Wednesday press conference while discussing the trade arrangements with China. He claimed that the comment was only in jest and that media outlets critical of the remark did not accurately reflect that he was joking. "When I looked up to the sky and jokingly said 'I am the chosen one,' at a press conference two days ago, referring to taking on Trade with China, little did I realize that the media would claim that I had a 'Messiah complex,'"

As we close out the film industry’s biggest earning season, it looks like the summer was a mixed bag for Hollywood. If you’re Disney, you have everything to rave about; if you’re another studio, it wasn’t so easy.
Last weekend, Universal became only the second studio to earn a $1 billion this year, well behind The House of Mouse. Combined, Universal and Warner Brothers have released 20 titles this year, and still lag behind Disney’s seven releases by about $800 million.
The homogenized market only continued throughout the summer. For 16 weeks in a row the top film was based upon an existing property.

(Video) - A NASA astronaut has been accused of committing the first crime in outer space after her estranged wife alleged she stole her identity and accessed her bank account without permission during a six-month mission aboard the International Space Station. Former Air Force intelligence officer Summer Worden, from Kansas, has been involved in a bitter divorce with astronaut Anne McClain since 2018 but the battle heated up after Worden filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and NASA’s Office of Inspector General accusing her wife of assuming her identity and gaining improper access to her private financial records while orbiting the earth, the New York Times reported.

Donald Trump’s left-field idea to buy Greenland has been mocked by everyone from cable pundits to Danish pols — but it’s also given an internal boost to a small network of advocates in and outside the administration who have struggled to get traction for their ideas for boosting America’s ties to the frozen island territory.
Yet just when they have the president’s ear, the odds of success for even their more limited agenda of closer partnership have suddenly plunged as Trump fulminates against the prime minister of Denmark and doubles down on a proposal that is as impractical as it

Has there been a president in living memory who relishes a fight more than Trump? I don’t think so. That is a major reason why he remains popular with conservatives and has seen his favorability ratings rise.
Sure, I like President Trump’s actions on job-killing regulations, tax relief, border security, energy independence, military funding, judicial appointments, and so on. But what really invigorates me and millions of other EverTrumpers is that he is fearless -- impervious to attacks by his adversaries and merciless in responding to them. Trump is an oddity: a Republican president who stands up to the Left’s defamations and brickbats and returns fire.

Remember that time when former President Barack Obama was addressing Wall Street reform and said, “I do think, at some point, you’ve made enough money.”? Well, what better way to celebrate his own good fortune than buying a fabulous 29-acre estate on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, right? Unless, of course, people paying attention say, “Hey, wait a minute. What about your carbon footprint, Mr. Obama?” The Obamas rented the place for the summer and loved it so much they offered to buy it. The owner, Boston Celtics owner, Wyc Grousbeck, took them up on it. The Obamas are said to be paying less than the listed price.

Actor Alec Baldwin has suggested that President Donald Trump has been trying to destroy America but that he has become “scared” after realizing he is unable to do so.
The 61-year-old, who has spent the last couple years playing Trump on the iconic comedy show Saturday Night Live, argued that the combination of Trump’s mental state and general incompetence had proved “devastating” for the country.“Trump’s been in office for a while now. Incompetent is one thing. Nuts is another. Both in combination are devastating,” Baldwin said.

A man wanted in a Manhattan ‘hate crime’ spree against white pedestrians has been taken into custody, police sources said. Todd Lyons, 33, was picked up late Friday night at his West 36th Street home by detectives with the Hate Crimes Task Force. The suspected hate crime spree began at 9:10 p.m. on Aug. 9, on Fifth Avenue near 14th Street, police said. The suspect ran up behind a 56-year-old man and shoved him to the ground, authorities said. The latest attacks include a woman getting hit in the back of the head with a brick and a man who was
