A group of open borders activists threatened employees of a government contractor in Florida that provides facility space for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency to detain border crossers and illegal aliens the day before a shooting at the contractor’s offices in Texas. In exclusive footage captured by Matt Perdie of Breitbart News, protesters with Never Again Action, Miramar Circle of Protection Friends of Miami-Dade Detainees, Food Not Bombs Fort Lauderdale, Students Working for Equal Rights, and the Black Lives Matter Alliance of Broward County shouted threats at workers and former employees of the GEO Group, a private contractor used by ICE for facility and detention space.

And of course, protesting makes more sense than helping the illegals. Hey, take some gift cards for pizza to the center. Are you looking to create problems or create a solution?

RUSH: The Drive-Bys, they’re incorrigible. Now they are literally trying to once again talk the people of this country into a recession. Now they’re doing it with the inverted yield curve. And the whole problem here is the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve is anti-Trump, is making a mess of the interest rate circumstance. So many people in that town want rid of Trump that they’re going to stop at nothing. It doesn’t matter what damage they do to the economy or the country. And it’s not unprecedented, folks. This has been done before.

Gibson’s Bakery co-owner David Gibson is fighting pancreatic cancer, he announced in a video posted Tuesday to the bakery’s Facebook page. He also said he believes Oberlin College is trying to wait until he and his 91-year-old father are dead as the two sides continue to battle in court in a case that resulted in the largest monetary award for libel in Ohio history. Doing so wouldn’t absolve the college of having to pay if it loses or exhausts all its appeals, according to an experienced First Amendment attorney who has been following the case.

Former South Carolina governor and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley has urged President Trump and Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) to stop exchanging insults over conditions in Baltimore. (Snip) The president should call a meeting that includes not only Rep. Cummings and Nikki Haley, but HUD Secretary Ben Carson, a former pediatric neurosurgeon at Johns Hopkins Hospital. The meeting should also include corporate heads with experience in urban renewal and Habitat for Humanity, which builds houses for the poor. Carson and Haley would mobilize volunteers to help remove trash from neighborhoods. Pest removal companies would eradicate rats from infested areas.

The decision not to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey over his deliberate leaks to the media isn’t a sign of weakness or lack of will, but of the professionalism and well-reasoned restraint of President Trump’s Department of Justice. Attorney General Bill Barr’s number one goal since taking the helm at the DOJ has been to restore the impartial and professional ethos that has characterized that agency for more than 200 years.(Snip)Before this “investigation of the investigators” is over, there will undoubtedly be many cases of misconduct that warrant criminal prosecution. I feel great sympathy for the plight of the impoverished citizens of Maryland’s 7th Congressional District. For decades the Democrats have promised them jobs, good schools and safe communities. Residents waited patiently for the Promised Land, only to discover the Democrats’ policies had turned their congressional district into a dystopian wasteland. The people of Baltimore pledged their allegiance to Democrats in City Hall and Washington, only to be betrayed, their community turned into a dumping ground for the political ruling class. Instead of addressing the blight and squalor in his congressional district, Democratic Rep. Elijah Cummings

He followed it up with a tweet saying, “To those asking, ‘what took so long?’ You’re right. I tried to see best in [Trump] based on private interactions and select policy alignment. But his increasingly divisive rhetoric—and damage it’s doing to [the] fabric of our society—outweighs any short-term economic gain.”

President Trump on Tuesday said Congress should not consider any "final agreement" on election security that does not include provisions mandating voters present identification while casting ballots. “No debate on Election Security should go forward without first agreeing that Voter ID (Identification) must play a very strong part in any final agreement. Without Voter ID, it is all so meaningless!” Trump tweeted Tuesday. (Tweet) Trump has long touted unfounded claims that he only lost the 2016 popular vote by 3 million ballots because of “millions of people who voted illegally.”
