Former Minnesota Vikings captain and Minnesota Golden Gophers football star Jack Brewer has witnessed an arc of crime and punishment involving his state's Somali community. After previously telling Fox News Digital that he saw alleged Somali fraudsters buy luxury sports cars during his playing career with the Vikings, Brewer witnessed the FBI conduct raids on alleged Somali fraudsters at the center of a years-long Minnesota welfare fraud scheme. "Americans should celebrate today. Finally, we have an FBI that is actually sticking up for the poor in this country and stopping this corruption that’s happening in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas

Comments:

I applaud Jack Brewewr for speaking out against both the fraudsters robbing US taxpayers blind, and elected officials turning a blind eye. The Left will make him suffer for this, as they do all those who expose Democrats complicit in these schemes, but he must know what will happen next and yet he still spoke out. Bravo sir, a star both on and off the field.

Many liberal cities, but especially Minneapolis, have become completely lawless. They will not, by any means, police themselves Jack Brewer has had their number since Day One. Besides the fraud, violence continues too. I heard Minneapolis had another round of smashed windshields on Sunday night. Authorities are clueless about the perpetrators despite some being photographed on Ring cameras. Hint - it was not the local Presbyterian Glee Club members.

This state is a mess. Even Timmy has read the writing on the wall and started taking credit for the crackdown. That being said, the Soros types will take advantage of the situation and continue to spread chaos throughout the cities of Minnesota.

The federal agent who fatally shot Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis last week suffered internal bleeding to his torso when he was struck by her vehicle, a DHS official confirmed to Fox News on Wednesday. The health update comes after Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey previously downplayed the agent’s injuries. "The ICE agent walked away with a hip injury that he might as well have gotten from closing a refrigerator door with his hips," he told reporters Friday. "Give me a break. No, he was not ran over. He walked out of there with a hop in his step."

The wealthy oceanfront town of Carmel, California, has banned pickleball in its public park after residents complained that the constant sound of paddles striking balls was too noisy. The Carmel City Council voted earlier this month to permanently prohibit the sport at Forest Hill Park, the only public pickleball location within city limits, marking the first such ban in the state, according to sfgate.com. Residents reported that the "popping" sound had been echoing through the neighborhood as players participated in the game that has grown in popularity, particularly among seniors and retirees, the outlet reported.

Ford said to The Guardian that Trump "doesn’t have any policies, he has whims. It scares the s--- out of me. The ignorance, the hubris, the lies, the perfidy. [Trump] knows better, but he’s an instrument of the status quo, and he’s making money, hand over fist, while the world goes to hell in a handbasket." "It's unbelievable," he added. "I don’t know of a greater criminal in history."

Two days earlier at a tense Senate Transportation Committee, government watchdogs in the Legislative Analyst’s Office warned that the plan doesn’t meet basic legal requirements after new station locations were proposed. We’re in the eighth week of the Iran waropens in a new tab, and things are starting to heat up even though there’s not kinetic action. What do I mean by heating up? The Iranian government has ceased to exist. We don’t know, and the Iranians don’t know who holds power. There is the Islamic Revolutionary Guard. There is the theocracy, there is the elected people in Parliament, and there is a regular military. And those four groups operate in schizophrenic fashion. By the same token, sometimes they give off signals that they would like to negotiate because that is predicated on popular resistance.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday struck down Louisiana's congressional map in Louisiana v. Callais, finding that the state's second majority-Black district violated the Equal Protection Clause. In the 6-3 decision, Justice Samuel Alito wrote the majority opinion, joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. The court held that the Voting Rights Act did not require Louisiana to draw a second majority-minority district. Without that requirement, the state had no compelling reason to use race in drawing its lines. SB8, enacted in 2024, created a District 6 stretching roughly 250 miles from Shreveport through Alexandria and Lafayette to Baton Rouge.

Today, after announcing yet again the Fed will not lower interest rates, Chairman Jerome Powell announced he will not leave the board of the federal reserve even after his term has expired and he is replaced by recently advanced Kevin Warsh. Powell said he plans to maintain a “low profile” as a governor, but it will be the first time since 1948 that a Federal Reserve Chairman has stayed on the board at the end of their chairmanship.

In a 48-page dissent, Justice Elena Kagan held up the landmark 1965 law as helpful to the nation’s progress on racial discrimination. “At this last stage, the Court’s gutting of Section 2 puts that achievement in peril,” Kagan wrote. “I dissent because Congress elected otherwise,” she continued. “I dissent because the Court betrays its duty to faithfully implement the great statute Congress wrote. I dissent because the Court’s decision will set back the foundational right Congress granted of racial equality in electoral opportunity. I dissent.”
