President Donald Trump on Friday signed an executive order directing federal officials to ensure Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees receive pay during the ongoing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shutdown. Calling the situation an "emergency," Trump warned that mounting disruptions at airports have pushed the system to a breaking point. "As the Democrat-caused shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security continues well into its sixth week, America’s air travel system has reached its breaking point," Trump wrote. "This is an unprecedented emergency situation."

I suppose the Democrats will get “judge” Boasberg to order the TSA to not be paid but that’s on them. Come at some political cost, I would think. As it is, they’re sure still collecting the $5.37 passenger gate fee.

It's a good thing for the TSA employees that Donald Trump cares about them because God knows the democrats don't. They are too interested in their illegal aliens to be worried about working or traveling Americans.

Those who never missed a shift should get bonus pay, and those who skipped work during the crisis should have that noted in their employment record, affecting future pay increases.

ST. PAUL, Minn. – A network of about 500 groups with an estimated $3 billion in combined annual revenues is behind the coordinated nationwide "No Kings" protest Saturday, including communist groups who are using the day to call for a "revolution," according to a Fox Digital News investigation. According to a copy of the permit for the "flagship" march in St. Paul, Minn., Indivisible, a national well-heeled Democratic political advocacy organization funded by billionaire George Soros, is the lead coordinator for the protest. But Fox News Digital has also identified key participation by a network of radical socialist and communist organizations funded by Neville Roy Singham,

For most of my life, Westerners have been harangued by feminists over our having a "rape culture." It's always annoyed me a bit because, while rapes obviously do happen, my own experience is that rape is considered one of the most heinous crimes, comparable with murder. Most people I know would happily applaud a father who killed his daughter's rapist. But when confronted with an actual "rape culture," liberals bend over backwards to excuse the rapists, hide the crimes, and embrace the culture that quite openly treats its own (and our) women like cattle.
'Meltdown': DHS shutdown set to drag on

House Republicans moved Friday to further extend the six-week shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security, snubbing a bipartisan Senate bill that would fund the vast majority of DHS agencies through September and moving ahead with a plan of their own that stands little chance of becoming law. All Republicans and three Democrats — moderate Reps. Don Davis of North Carolina, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez of Washington and Henry Cuellar of Texas — voted in favor of a temporary extension of all DHS funding through May 22, including immigration enforcement. The gavel came down on the 213-203 vote just before midnight Saturday morning,

VAUX-DE-CERNAY, France — Top diplomats from the Group of Seven countries showed divisions with the United States over the Iran war but agreed Friday during a meeting in France to call for an immediate halt to attacks against civilians and urge the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio joined his G7 counterparts a day after President Donald Trump lobbed his latest round of insults at other NATO countries, making it even more difficult for America’s top diplomat to try to sell the U.S. strategy for the Iran conflict to close allies.

After two months of unyielding negotiations, both parties gave up early Friday on reaching a grand accord to reform and fund the Department of Homeland Security. Instead, Senate Republicans accepted what Democrats have been offering for weeks — cash for all of DHS except for ICE and part of Customs and Border Protection. The Senate approved the funding package by a voice vote and is now expected to begin a scheduled two-week recess. The House could vote as soon as Friday, before the shutdown would break the record Saturday night for the longest funding lapse of any federal agency in U.S. history. Senate Majority Leader John Thune called the outcome “unfortunate” Friday.

Some in the liberal media and among the Democrats immediately lined up, saying they believed Iran, despite Iran's history of lying and terrorism. Oh, and you know, killing Americans. But even while the Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi denied talks, he confirmed them, as we reported. There are no talks with the U.S., which is sending messages through different mediators. Has Donald Trump launched an "illegal" war? Do Operations Epic Fury and Roaring Lion violate "international law"? Democrats in the US, along with their allies in the media, seem particularly invested in law-based arguments. For the past three-plus weeks, Trump's critics have alleged that he violated the War Powers Act by initiating hostilities without approval from Congress, which is not at all true. Opponents insist that "imminence" is the standard for addressing threats to the US and its interests, but that standard does not exist in law or practice. Finally, everyone who wants to apply "international law" to Trump

The scientific evidence is very clear: male chromosomes give performance advantages in sports that rely on strength, power, or endurance,” Coventry said in a video.

That Democrats want to protect criminal illegal immigrants from deportation is not exactly breaking news, considering their hysterical reactions and theatrics to the mass deportations that occurred in 2025 and into 2026 as a result of President Donald Trump's crackdown on people who were here illegally. But to hear them so brazenly admit that it's at the core of their refusal to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) amid the terrorist attacks and threats against the homeland, as well as the long airport lines and TSA workers not getting paid, just adds a whole new layer of despicable to it.

What do you call it when a politician tells you to put elections “back on a level playing field” by voting for a redistricting map gerrymandered to give Democrats 10 seats to Republicans’ one? “Lying” doesn’t quite foot the bill. “Rank deception” is closer, but I think this kind of rhetoric calls for the big guns. I’ll settle on “shameless Orwellian gaslighting,” because supporting the Virginia redistricting push in the name of “fairness” involves redefining basic words in the same manner as the oppressive government in George Orwell’s “1984,” and this rhetorical strategy seems designed to make people with rational concerns about the ballot initiative question their sanity. Sharks in the Bahamas have tested positive for cocaine, a new study concludes. Researchers from the Bahamas, Brazil, and Chile also found traces of caffeine and painkillers in the sharks. This isn't a shift in lifestyle from the animals, but rather something that's being forced upon them, as marine pollution becomes ever more pervasive. Finding traces of these substances in a tropical place widely seen as idyllic and pristine is concerning – it seems there are vanishingly few spots on Earth where wildlife can escape our influence. "Pharmaceuticals and illicit drugs are increasingly recognized as contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) in marine environments, particularly in areas undergoing rapid urbanization and tourism-driven development,"

When did getting from point A to point B get so complicated? When the government decided which cars Americans should buy. With the economic and scientific premises behind electric vehicle (EV) mandates collapsing, the EV bubble may burst completely. There is one mandate left to burst: California’s Advanced Clean Cars II (ACC II) regulation, which requires all new vehicles to be 100 percent electric by 2035, or else automakers get penalized. With the federal repeal of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Endangerment Finding in February, the government’s formal scientific basis for EV mandates is gone. State governments no longer have a rational scientific basis for requiring EV sales.

Everyone knows this. From the New York Post, VP Vance claims Rep. Ilhan Omar ‘definitely committed immigration fraud’ by allegedly marrying brother. In February 2009, the future Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar married a man named Ahmed Nur Said Elmi. It was her first legal marriage. The marriage ceremony was conducted by a Christian ministesr. There is no dispute about these facts, which are recounted by the Post. All available evidence points to Elmi being Omar’s biological brother. No evidence points away from this fact. But I have never understood the fixation on motivation. As with my “motive unclear” series, the alleged inability to confirm a motive does not erase the underlying act. Perhaps immigration fraud

Immigration hard-liners are taking aim at rules that protect foreign-born U.S. citizens from deportation even if they become terrorists. Naturalized citizens committed three suspected terrorist attacks in Texas, Michigan and Virginia in a two-week timeframe after the U.S. went to war with Iran’s Islamic regime in February. Other naturalized citizens caught plotting terrorist attacks have been released or are due for release back onto America’s streets, according to Department of Justice (DOJ), court and prison records. Despite the jihadists’ crimes and increasing calls to expand denaturalizations, shredding their coveted status as American citizens is easier said than done; the system is unlikely to change without Congress passing contentious GOP-backed legislation.
