The Wall Street Journal ran an editorial under the headline, "The Tragedy of Robert Mueller." Wouldn't a more appropriate editorial have been titled, "The Tragedy of the Lives Robert Mueller Destroyed With His 40 Years of Corrupt Prosecutions"? (snip) Long before he was a doddering front man for the George Soros lawfare types (snip), Mueller was ruining the lives of innocent people in Boston. Specifically, the four wise guys from the North End framed by the FBI for a murder in Chelsea back in 1965. (snip) The FBI framed them for killing a small-time hoodlum named Teddy Deegan, to protect gangsters who were paying them thousands of dollars in bribes.

What happens with a secure border? (snip) Population growth is slowing or reversing toward decline in many metropolitan areas (snip.) Deep Blue cities like Los Angeles and New York City are being hit the hardest. (snip) If you (snip) read that New York Times story (snip) they're spinning a sharp decline in immigration (snip) as an emerging disaster. (snip) less immigration is just loss, because "if immigration remains low (snip) it could lead to problems maintaining a population and a workforce." (snip) the Times doesn't mention that a massive wave of immigration has produced (snip) the massively expensive growth of social services programs in Democrat-run states and cities.

Ballot initiatives across multiple states protecting women's sports could prove to be a turnout driver for Republicans in November, as polling shows the issue is overwhelmingly favorable across all political stripes. "In the off-year elections, turnout is so critical, and our polling shows that we're in the 90s (%) amongst Republicans, within the high 80s (%) being strongly in favor. So if you're looking for an issue that our baase voters are going to say, 'I've got to get to the polls for this,' this is the issue." Tom Mooney, who is a general consultant to campaigns for such ballot initiatives, told Just the News.

Nearly two years after the Supreme Court killed free speech, in the telling of future National Institutes of Health Director Jay Battacharya, by letting the Biden administration resume pressuring tech platforms to censor disfavored narratives on COVID-19, elections and Hunter Biden, the Trump administration has made the plaintiff's wildest dreams come true. U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, who imposed the sweeping preliminary injunction on the feds before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals narrowed it and SCOTUS lifted it for lack of legal standing, approved a consent decree Wednesday that he'll oversee for the next 10 years, constraining the current and next two administrations.

William Shakespeake's birthplace will be de-colonised over fears that portraying his success as the "greatest" playwright "benefits the ideology of white European supremacy." Shakespeare's Birthplace Trust owns buildings in the playwright's hometown of Stratford-on-Avon. (snip) The trust also said some of its items could be contain language or depictions that are racist, sexist, or homophobic. (snip) Some productions of his works have been slapped with trigger warnings for misogyny, racism and "problematic radicalised dynamics" that link whiteness to beauty. (snip) In 2022 (snip) Dr. Helen Hopkins (snip) postulated that the idea of Shakespeare's "universal" genius "benefits the ideology of white European supremacy."

Steve Hilton, the leading candidate for governor despite his status as an unapologetic Republican in blue California, called it a perfect metaphor for the state's spate of recent failures. (snip) the University of Southern California abruptly canceled its televised gubernatorial debate last Monday (snip) Those invited included (snip) Steve Hilton (snip), Chad Bianco (snip), Rep. Eric Swalwell, (snip) Katie Porter, (snip) Tom Steyer and (snip) Matt Mahan. (snip) Under California's "top two" primary system, only the two candidates with the most votes regardless of party, will advance to the general election. Democrats are deeply concerned that Hilton and Bianco are poised to do so (snip.)

The American Land Rescue Fund (ALRF) has been raising concerns about a solar project on critical bird habitat (snip). The group filed Freedom of Information requests (snip) hoping to get unredacted versions of the environmental assessment the developer had submitted (snip.) The company argued that the information was proprietary and could be legally withheld (snip.) Alex Fasulo, president of the ALRF, decided to hire independent ecologists to perform an assessment of the project's impact. The report the ecologists produced shocked her. (snip) The state and developer are now fighting to get the report excluded from the public record, arguing that it was filed past the period allowed for public input.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued new guidance concerning the detention and re-screening of resettled refugees who have filed to adjust to lawful permanent residence (LPR) status as required under U.S. immigration law. Refugees (snip) are legally required to apply for permanent residence one year after arrival. The adjustment process allows immigration authorities to conduct a second round of vetting before granting permanent residence status. (snip) Under the new policy, federal immigration officers may arrest refugees who have not applied for adjustment of status and detain them pending re-screening. This marks a significant shift from the practice followed for decades (snip.)

This week we learned that the probe into the Russian conspiracy theory in Florida is moving forward with the disclosure that former FBI Director James Comey has been subpoenaed. What is different in this probe is that it is pursuing the real Russia conspiracy -- the creation of a narrative to kneecap the first Trump administration. Headed by (snip) the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, the investigation is building on information uncovered by House and Senate committee that was buried by the Biden administration. That evidence appears to show a knowing effort to manufacture a Russian conspiracy hoax at the urging of Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign.

She's trippin'. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) spent nearly $19,000 in campaign cash last year on a shrink who specializes in controversial Ketamine therapy. (snip) The expenses were marked as "leadership training and consulting." It is unclear what the sessions consisted of or who participated. Ocasio-Cortez's campaign did not respond to requests for comment. (snip) "While she describes these expenditures as 'leadership training,' Dr. Boyle has no experience in that area, unlike several Democratic consultants," Kamenar added. "This looks like yet another example of misuse of campaign contributions."

Commuters in Los Angeles are going through hell. And there's statistics to prove it. Crime on Los Angeles Metro has risen a staggering 58% since 2019 -- despite bureaucrats pumping $192 million into safety measures. Crime has risen from 2,747 reported incidents in 2019 to 4,354 in September 2025, according to Metro data. The data during the Covid period and recovery is not included. Rider complaints logged through Metro's Transit Watch app also repeatedly flagged the same problems: open drug use, smoking, alcohol, graffiti, harassment and disorder. Over the course of a week, the Post confirmed what riders have been describing, witnessing homeless passengers unraveling (snip.)

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, a leading Republican gubernatorial candidate, held a press conference Friday morning to expose what he described as repeated attempts by Attorney General Rob Bonta to intimidate and derail his office's investigation into a massive 45,896-ballot discrepancy in the November 2025 Proposition 50 special election. Bianco detailed a stunning mismatch uncovered through an audit of handwritten logs maintained by the Riverside County Registrar of Voters: county records show just 611,428 ballots cast. Yet Secretary of State Shirley Weber certified 657,322 votes to the state -- a gap neither Bonta nor Weber ever publicly questioned or explained.
Comments:
According to Carr, the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office in Boston knew the names of the actual killers but prosecuted the "wise guys" anyway. By the time the surviving "wise guys" sued the government for wrongful conviction and imprisonment Mueller was FBI Director and was rebuked by the federal judge in the case for delaying the production of documents that proved their innocence. The "wise guys" or their estates were ultimately awarded $107 million in damages.
