The Trump Organization signed a deal to construct a skyscraper in Australia that will immediately become the tallest building Down Under. The 91-story tower, which will cost just over $1 billion to build, will loom over the Gold Coast in the state of Queensland, per a Feb. 23 report from NBC News. “Australia’s tallest building will be a Trump Tower, right in the middle of Surfers Paradise — it’s great for Queensland tourism, and fantastic for Australia,” Altus Property Group, the company developing the property, said in a statement. The building will include more than 270 apartments, shops, a beach club, and a pool, as well as a “six-star resort hotel,”

A troubling shift is unfolding within Generation Z (Zoomers), born between 1997 and 2012. It is not merely cultural or political. It is cognitive. In February testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, neuroscientist Dr. Jared Cooney Horvath stated that Zoomers have become the first generation in modern recorded history to score lower than its predecessor. This was across key cognitive measures such as attention span, memory, reading comprehension, numeracy, problem-solving ability, and overall IQ. For more than a century, the trend had moved in the opposite direction. Each new generation typically scored higher on intelligence measures than the last.

A controversial bill allowing non-US citizens to serve as law enforcement officers in Washington state has cleared the Legislature and now heads to Governor Bob Ferguson’s desk, where he is expected to sign it into law. Engrossed Senate Bill 5068 expands eligibility for several public safety positions to anyone legally authorized to work in the United States under federal law, removing longstanding requirements that many of those jobs be limited to US citizens or lawful permanent residents. Under the measure, individuals such as refugees, asylees, and certain visa holders could apply for positions with law enforcement agencies. If hired and certified, they would be able to carry firearms, make arrests,

President Donald Trump rejected former President Joe Biden’s assertion of executive privilege over a tranche of documents requested by the Senate as part of various probes into the 46th president, determining it is "not in the best interests of the United States." White House counsel David Warrington wrote Monday in a letter addressed to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and obtained by Fox News Digital that Trump "does not uphold the former President’s assertion of privilege" over records sought in four congressional probes. The letter directs NARA to provide the materials to Congress. The dispute centers on documents related to investigations into Biden’s health, alleged politically motivated probes

Dangerous drug dens disguised as sleepy storefronts no longer plague the surrounding area of Los Angeles’ MacArthur Park after a series of gang-busting raids. The Post had a front-row seat for “Operation Dead Horse” — designed to take down the 18th Street gang— as officers from the LAPD and FBI took some of the most dangerous criminals off the street, splitting their operations open from the inside out. Officers targeted key street-level operations in some of the city’s most blighted areas, starting with MacArthur Park, in an operation Wednesday night. In a matter of seconds, officers secured three adjacent storefronts on

A leaked draft of the UK Government’s new ‘social cohesion’ strategy has sparked outrage by labeling the flying of English, Scottish, and Union Jack flags as potential “tools of hate.” The document claims these national symbols were sometimes used last summer to “exclude or intimidate,” adding that the “extreme right has tried to turn symbols of pride into tools of hate.” The 47-page draft, leaked to the Spectator magazine, also highlights how antisemitism has become “normalised in many corners of society” from schools and universities to workplaces and the NHS.

What used to be Islamic terrorism is now just typical protest tactics. Throwing bombs is just a sign you’re in a city run by a Muslim mayor and where Islamic riots, violence and terror have become routine. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch told reporters in a Saturday evening news conference that an anti-Islam protest was organized by people associated Jake Lang, a pardoned Jan. 6 rioter and far-right influencer, and was called “Stop the Islamic Takeover of New York City/Stop New York City Public Muslim Prayer.” Tisch said that shortly after 12:30 p.m., a counter-protester, identified as 18-year-old Emir Balat, lit and threw an ignited device toward the protesters.

CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA (AP) — Across the country, progressives are lighting a fire that they hope will catapult Democrats back to power in Congress this year. But here in a hotel ballroom, the party’s beleaguered moderates have another message — not so fast. Leaders at Third Way’s conference talked over and over about how Democrats can’t swing too far left in the midterms, or when picking their next presidential nominee, if they have any hope of winning back the White House. The title of the two-day, invite-only conference: “Winning the Middle.” And there was plenty of advice on how to do that. Be plainspoken, not lofty or academic. Don’t live online, but

Tillis said he is glad President Donald Trump “moved on” from Kristi Noem’s leadership at the Department of Homeland Security, expressing hope that his “friend” Sen. President Donald Trump is weighing options that could include deploying special operations forces into Iran to secure or destroy highly enriched uranium stockpiles as part of his pledge that Tehran “will not have a nuclear bomb,” according to multiple reports Saturday. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump suggested the possibility of a ground operation had not been ruled out, saying U.S. forces could move in at a later stage of the conflict if necessary. “Right now we’re just decimating them, but we haven’t gone after it,” Trump said, referring to Iran’s nuclear material. “But something we could do later on. We wouldn’t do it now.”
