The Obama Presidential Center’s grand opening celebrations will begin in June, almost five years after its groundbreaking in Chicago, the Obama Foundation announced. The center -- a museum and public gathering space in honor of former President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama -- will be dedicated on Thursday, June 18, and the campus will open to the public the next day, the foundation said in a press release. Just in time for Juneteenth! As always, a racial motivation. That is one hideous building, but it represents 2 hideous individuals that, in a sane world, should have never gotten anywhere close to the White House.

Most centers of this type tend to have "interactive" exhibits to break up the boredom of just looking at artifacts. Perhaps a good one of this nature should be the opportunity for visitors to design and print out a "Birth Certificate" for Barry. As for design aesthetics, I have seen better looking piles of dog droppings in my back yard.

Kristi Noem's exit from the Department of Homeland Security had barely been confirmed when one Democrat had already signed up to support her replacement. Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman moved to back his Senate colleague Markwayne Mullin for the top DHS job almost immediately — earning the vicious fury of Democrats who are growing tired of his independence. 'I'm not sure how many fellow Democrats will vote to support our colleague @SenMullin as the next DHS Secretary, but I am AYE,' Fetterman posted on X. Matt McDermott, a Democratic Strategist, responded to Fetterman's post, commenting, 'This is so embarrassing, man. Just resign.'

New York, New York - Texas state representative James Talarico is facing renewed criticism after past remarks about immigration resurfaced online following his recent Democratic primary victory in the race for the U.S. Senate in Texas. In comments circulating on social media, Talarico compared the nation’s southern border to a “front porch,” saying it should function like a “giant welcome mat.” The statement has sparked backlash from critics who argue the remark signals support for more open immigration policies at a time when border security remains a central issue in national politics. Talarico, a progressive Democrat who has represented parts

DALLAS — Dallas County has extended voting hours two hours to 9 p.m. on Election Day for Democratic voters, a court order shows, as new restrictions have led to many residents getting turned away from polling places. Voters and poll workers have reported confusion as a new process is restricting where voters can vote on Election Day. For example, election judges at Lee McShan Elementary in Dallas said they've seen a lot of people trying to vote at the wrong precinct. Two people living in the same home near Harry S. Moss Park may vote in two different places. Democrats must

When California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) took the stage before a predominantly Black audience in Georgia recently, something revealing happened. He leaned into the microphone and offered his credentials for relatability: a 960 SAT score, a confession that he can’t read well, and a childhood sustained by frozen lasagna and mac and cheese. (Snip) They called it “competence downshift.” Analyzing 25 years of presidential campaign speeches — 74 speeches delivered to mostly white or mostly minority audiences — they found that Democratic candidates consistently used fewer words associated with intelligence, ability, and status when addressing Black crowds. Although there’s been a reduction in the number of ICE agents in Minnesota, community activists say the fear of ICE still prevails and restaurants continue to lose business. That’s why dozens of people gathered to eat at several immigrant-owned restaurants along Central Avenue in northeast Minneapolis on Sunday afternoon. Some of the businesses included El Taco Riendo, Holy Land and The Golden Nuts. “The reason that we wanted to do this action was to show support for immigrant businesses that are really struggling even after the supposed draw-down,” Jae Yates of Twin Cities Coalition for Justice. Iran widened attacks on energy-producing countries near its borders and the Strait of Hormuz remains closed to shipping, dashing hopes for a quick resolution to a crisis sending shockwaves through global markets. Friday at 1 p.m. Eastern, the U.S. national average price for regular gasoline had jumped approximately 35.9 cents per gallon from the same time in the previous week, reaching approximately $3.34 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.

A significant number of House Democrats voted “no” on declaring the Islamic Republic of Iran a “state sponsor of terrorism.” Sponsored by Rep. Does being an European "ally" of America even mean anything anymore? That's a valid question after several NATO nations not only initially denied the use of their military bases during Operation Epic Fury, the ongoing attack on Iran, but also offered tacit support for the Islamic regime. Perhaps the most public betrayal came from Spain, whose left-wing prime minister claimed the United States was violating "international law."Given Spain's history over the last century or so, it wasn't exactly surprising that they'd take the side of Islamic fascists over the country that pays for their defense.
