New York, New York - Texas state representative James Talarico is facing renewed criticism after past remarks about immigration resurfaced online following his recent Democratic primary victory in the race for the U.S. Senate in Texas. In comments circulating on social media, Talarico compared the nation’s southern border to a “front porch,” saying it should function like a “giant welcome mat.” The statement has sparked backlash from critics who argue the remark signals support for more open immigration policies at a time when border security remains a central issue in national politics. Isn’t he also the nut job who references Mary’s “choice” to obey God and bear Jesus as the rationale for choice in women’s health, i.e., that abortion is a perfectly fine?

I can't prove it, but I suspect Heb! Bush's "act of love" statement about illegal migrants played a big role in his 2016 loss to PDJT. I know it convinced me never to vote for him.

Talarico is Texas' version of Abagail Spanburger, the Va. gov. She ran on a moderate platform and hoodwinked a lot of Virginia voters to think she was sane and stable. Now that she's Governor of her state, she''s Jasmine Crockett without the ghetto accent. I think he may give Ken Paxton a tough race; Coryn probably is going to be the safe choice in the runoff. As an aside, I worked the early and election day polls as a clerk and election judge in a "safe" Republican county. I would estimate about 35-40% of the voters were Democrats, much more than usual for recent Democrat primaries. But I would contend that this is maybe the first time in many years there were any statewide contested races in the primary. Statewide, vote totals looked pretty even for both parties in the Senate race. Coryn hand about 900K, Paxton 878K, Hunt 292K, and other Republicans maybe 100K. Talerico had about 1.2M, and Crockett had 1.0M.

I love how the Demonic-Rats are crying that Republicans are taking Beto Jr's quote "out of context"!!!! The same Demonic-Rats that post the same refuted lies every day, who post the same AI fake pictures that have been proven repeatedly to be fake, and post the same Republican quotes taken totally out of context, all on a daily basis!!!! If the Demonic-Rats weren't huge hypocrites, they would stand for nothing!!!!!

Kristi Noem's exit from the Department of Homeland Security had barely been confirmed when one Democrat had already signed up to support her replacement. Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman moved to back his Senate colleague Markwayne Mullin for the top DHS job almost immediately — earning the vicious fury of Democrats who are growing tired of his independence. 'I'm not sure how many fellow Democrats will vote to support our colleague @SenMullin as the next DHS Secretary, but I am AYE,' Fetterman posted on X. Matt McDermott, a Democratic Strategist, responded to Fetterman's post, commenting, 'This is so embarrassing, man. Just resign.'

DALLAS — Dallas County has extended voting hours two hours to 9 p.m. on Election Day for Democratic voters, a court order shows, as new restrictions have led to many residents getting turned away from polling places. Voters and poll workers have reported confusion as a new process is restricting where voters can vote on Election Day. For example, election judges at Lee McShan Elementary in Dallas said they've seen a lot of people trying to vote at the wrong precinct. Two people living in the same home near Harry S. Moss Park may vote in two different places. Democrats must

When California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) took the stage before a predominantly Black audience in Georgia recently, something revealing happened. He leaned into the microphone and offered his credentials for relatability: a 960 SAT score, a confession that he can’t read well, and a childhood sustained by frozen lasagna and mac and cheese. (Snip) They called it “competence downshift.” Analyzing 25 years of presidential campaign speeches — 74 speeches delivered to mostly white or mostly minority audiences — they found that Democratic candidates consistently used fewer words associated with intelligence, ability, and status when addressing Black crowds. Although there’s been a reduction in the number of ICE agents in Minnesota, community activists say the fear of ICE still prevails and restaurants continue to lose business. That’s why dozens of people gathered to eat at several immigrant-owned restaurants along Central Avenue in northeast Minneapolis on Sunday afternoon. Some of the businesses included El Taco Riendo, Holy Land and The Golden Nuts. “The reason that we wanted to do this action was to show support for immigrant businesses that are really struggling even after the supposed draw-down,” Jae Yates of Twin Cities Coalition for Justice. CNN data analyst Harry Enten branded the early Democratic contest for the 2028 presidential election a “downright clown car” and “total mess” with “no clear frontrunner” – a point he noted was “very unusual” even at this early stage. The armed madman who was shot and killed by the Secret Service after he snuck onto President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate Sunday was reportedly obsessed with the Jeffrey Epstein files — and implored others to “raise awareness” just days before the deadly encounter. Austin Tucker Martin, 21, was gunned down by local Florida police and members of the Secret Service after he brandished his shotgun in a “shooting position” on Trump’s property, authorities said. He was reported missing by his family after he vanished Saturday. His mother, Melissa Martin, made a missing person poster for him, describing the silver Volkswagen he

State Rep. James Talarico said just that on Tuesday night — "A little bit of hope is a dangerous thing" — and he meant it as a call to action, a summons to the faithful. But the line lingers in the Texas air for a different reason. Democrats are about to invest a great deal of time, money and, yes, hope in the notion that a young state legislator from Round Rock is the man who will break a nearly four-decade winless drought for his party in the Lone Star State. Hope can animate. It can also delude.

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice urged President Trump to “take care of Iran for good,” praising the bold military action – Operation Epic Fury – that resulted in the death of the Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. “Iran has been at war with us for at least 47 years,” Rice said during an appearance on Fox News’ “Special Report” on Wednesday. “If you ask people about Iraq, what was the source of many of our casualties in Iraq, you’ll get estimates as high as 75 or 80% of them were due to Iranian-made roadside bombs.”

Something pretty big just went down behind the scenes in the federal government, and it could end up changing the entire illegal immigration game. According to a new report, the Department of Homeland Security appears to be stepping in and taking a more aggressive role in investigating illegal employment inside the United States. And no, they’re not politely coordinating with the IRS. They basically just told them to “take a seat.” DHS is reportedly bypassing the IRS and using its own investigative team to dig into the relationship between employers and illegal workers. For years, everyone avoided this tactic. Why? Because the uniparty knew it would actually break the pipeline,

Fifty-seven percent of Americans want all illegal migrants sent home, according to a Harvard Harris poll. The 57 percent includes 54 percent of political independents and 79 percent of Republicans, but just 35 percent of Democrats, said the February 26-28 poll of 1,999 registered voters by The Harris Poll and HarrisX. The majority support for mass deportations is notable because it remains strong amid massive resistance by pro-migration politicians, the Democrat establishment, the establishment media, and various pop-culture influencers. The poll also showed 63 percent support for a draft law that would bar the award of commercial driver’s licenses to illegal migrants. Just 40 percent of Democrats favor the curbs.

The beleaguered Iranian regime, with very few international allies, has been counting on Moscow's support amid the ongoing US-Israeli strikes, but so far it has been left deeply disappointed. Just hours after Israeli and US bombs started hitting Tehran on Saturday, Russia came out with a blunt statement, with the country's permanent representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, calling it an "unprovoked act of armed aggression against a sovereign and independent UN member state." Moscow is one of Tehran's few but staunchest allies, and a possible collapse of the Iranian regime could be a blow for its geopolitical and economic interests. Then why has it not come to Tehran's rescue?

The Tsar’s secret police, who wrote one of the most damaging hoaxes ever—The Protocols of the Elders of Zion—would be proud of these new American descendants. Gavin Newsom endorsed the lie Tuesday that Israel is an “apartheid” state — a damning sign of where the Democratic Party is headed, and how far it’s already sunk. At an event promoting his new book, the California governor said Israel’s critics are “appropriately” calling it an “apartheid” state — i.e., a knockoff of South Africa’s old segregationist regime. This is a lie — one so egregious that many deem it a form of antisemitism. Apartheid South Africa denied blacks the vote and forced them to endure separate hospitals, separate schools, and even separate bathrooms. Arabs, 20% of Israel’s population, vote and serve in the government and even the military; there is no segregation
