In a press release, the EEOC said that it has "filed an action in federal court to compel NIKE, Inc. to produce information related to allegations that the company discriminated against white workers, including as a result of NIKE’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion-related 2025 Targets and other DEI-related objectives." Nike has been accused of engaging in "a pattern or practice of disparate treatment against white employees, applicants and training program participants in hiring, promotion, demotion, or separation decisions, including selection for layoffs; internship programs; and mentoring, leadership development

If the current DOJ really wnats to root out DEI and discrimination against White people (especially White males), the need look no further than the offices of the federal office buildings, Federal Departments, and Federal hiring in Washington DC. A sea of Black women, supported by a rainbow of other minorities, sexual orientations, and other mysterious self identified classifications. A middle aged white male? Nowhere to be seen and need not apply.

I stopped buying Nike back in the Obama years and I remember why. They are inferior, overpriced Chinese-made shoes with a checkmark on the side.

DEI is just as illegal as "no blacks" signs on water fountains or bathrooms. Illegal discrimination based on race works the same both ways.

I used to work at a nationwide retailer. They stopped carrying Nike products because the stuff had a high rate of 'shrinkage.'

Democratic New York Rep. Gregory Meeks screamed at Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent on Wednesday for over a minute while he attempted to answer his question. Meeks confronted Bessent on a firm in the United Arab Emirates that secretly bought a stake in President Donald Trump’s cryptocurrency company and did not allow Bessent to answer whether he would hold a complete investigation into the matter. The congressman continued shouting at Bessent and demanded that he stop covering for Trump. “All you have to ask is yes or no. No, Congressman. All you have to ask is yes or no,” Meeks said. “The [Office of the Comptroller of the Currency] is an independent entity.

It's bad enough that non-English speaking commercial truck drivers in the U.S. don't know the rules of the road or how to read highway signs, but this case out of Los Angeles should put you on high alert about how not knowing English can put Americans' very liberty at risk. Or set sex perverts free. The existential threat of English-free commercial truck drivers — mostly given their CDLs by Washington state and California — has resulted in a lot of dead Americans. The case of the UCLA gynecologist, accused of sexually abusing his patients for years, however, portends more nuanced problems ahead. We're now all witness to what happens when

President Trump’s budget office is instructing the Department of Transportation and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to claw back more than $1.5 billion from blue states on grounds the money was being mishandled, officials told The Post. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) told the DOT Wednesday to cancel more than $943 million, while the CDC was ordered to nix at least $602 million meant for California, Colorado, Illinois and Minnesota. An OMB spokesperson said that the states were being targeted for “waste and mismanagement” of taxpayer funds. Illinois was slated to receive the largest of the transportation-related grants, with $100 million provided to the state’s Environmental Protection Agency to build

Florida federal Judge Aileen Cannon threw the book at Ryan Routh after he was convicted in September for the Sept. 15, 2024 assassination attempt at a dramatic verdict reading where Routh’s daughter stormed out while cursing and Routh tried to stab himself with a pen. Waters suggested that President Trump’s tariffs were inflationary and immigration enforcement was tanking housing affordability during a House Financial Services Committee hearing about the state of the US economy. “Will you be the voice of reason in the administration and urge Trump to stop waging a war on American consumers?” the California Democrat pleaded. “Yes or no?" “You seem confused as to the definition of inflation,” Bessent began before Waters interrupted him to re-ask the question.

State Attorney General Letitia James said Tuesday she is launching a dedicated team in her office that will keep careful eyes on ICE agent activities around New York. According to James, the operation — dubbed the Legal Observation Project — will be tasked with gathering information stemming from what she called “significant enforcement actions” throughout the Empire State while also sending personnel to observe and document ICE and protest activity. The attorney general said these observers will serve as neutral witnesses, recording information that may inform future legal action. Their efforts will help ensure that accurate, real-time information is collected and preserved, and that any violations of law are identified

The Canadian province of British Columbia (BC) has ended its experiment with legalizing hard drugs, and the consensus among both public officials and citizens is that the program was a complete failure. “This pilot was designed as a time-limited trial with ongoing monitoring built in so we could understand what was working, what wasn’t and where changes were needed. However, the pilot hasn’t delivered the results that we hoped for,” BC health minister Josie Osborne said on January 14 when announcing the impending end of the program. BC legalized possession of up to 2.5 grams of nearly all drugs, including “hard” drugs like heroin, in 2023.
