Anti-Ice Activists Arrested For Storming
St. Paul Church Service

Two Twin Cities activists were arrested Thursday morning for their role in leading a mob that disrupted a worship service at a St. Paul church. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrests of Nekima Levy Armstrong, a civil rights attorney, activist, and former Minneapolis NAACP president, as well as Chauntyll Allen, a St. Paul Public Schools board member and Black Lives Matter Twin Cities founder. Bondi said in a post on X that the women paid key roles in organizing the "coordinated attack" on Cities Church. "Listen loud and clear: We do not tolerate attacks on freedom of worship," Bondi wrote.

Comments:

The arrestees' actions raised issues in addition to the obvious violation of the freedom to worship. Their rationale for the disruption was the supposed presence of an ICE employee. Regardless of whether their assumption was correct, they intended to violate the congregants' right to freedom of association as well as laws against targeted harassment of federal employees for performance of their official duties.

Blondi blows out of proportion the importance of these arrests. They are low hanging fruit. Why not arrest Don Le-Mon also? Where are all the arrests of the politicians that we elected trump to prosecute? She has had a year to act and nothing has been done; there have been zero arrests. She needs to be gone and someone with some fortitude appointed.

The people who INVADED that church service should be hunted down and receive punishment similar to the people who were INVITED into the Capitol (NOT the Antifa window-breakers, but the ones where the police held the door open for them, and they walked in, looked around and took photos) that day. Use their 'cell 'phone location data and images from the videos, then throw 'em ALL in Solitary for a few years!

There are TWO very important legal facts that these ultra-leftwing, radical, encitement groups mutate and/or gloss over in order to justify their actions and cover for their crimes. Here they are: 1) Paid speech is NOT “Free Speech” 2) All Public Assemblies require Permits to be taken out with local authorities in advance, or they are ILLEGAL. So, according to # 1), above, the leftist agitators/paid protesters have abrogated their free speech “Get out of jail free card” when they accepted cash, or “in-kind” payments to do as they were told or instructed. According to # 2), above the church protesters walked into that church for the purpose of committing a Federal crime and were also committing a State and Local crime through illegal assembly. This is a very tidy, no loose-ends, prosecutable case that can be won in the right jurisdiction. It should be a Federal crime for State Governors, or Mayors of metropolitan cities, to willfully ignore or neglect the application and execution of laws, already on the books, that they swore under oath to uphold for their constituent, especially when that failure to enforce results in undue burden and cost on the Federal government. But, until such a Federal statute is signed into law, and on the books, the Federal government must, a) charge the State/City for the additional Federal agents required as a result of lack of local police, or b) withhold Federal grant monies from State and local police departments to recoup the losses incurred in performing Federal enforcement.

What's playing out in Minneapolis (snip) controlled by Democrats is as simple as this: That party willfully ignored our nation's laws to import millions of destitute foreigners for the purpose of loading them up with welfare and earning their political support, and now that they're out of power, they're trying to keep their new constituents here by any means necessary. Those means include continuing to ignore the law, and in many cases, opposing the law. And this is why the public should have not a shred of concern about what Democrats have to say about how the current president (snip) tries to fix the mess they created.
