In National Review, Andrew McCarthy has once again taken to the fainting couch. Confronted with the spectacle of Senator Mark Kelly and five other Democratic lawmakers releasing a coordinated video “reminding” the U.S. military to disobey “illegal orders” from President Trump, McCarthy describes the act as “craven” but ultimately dismisses the administration’s response as “military lawfare.” According to McCarthy, the President’s suggestion of a criminal probe or a court-martial is an abuse of power because the lawmakers’ speech is “legally unimpeachable” political dissent. This is McCarthy at his most bloviating—a confident assertion of legal superiority that collapses under the slightest scrutiny of what is actually built into the Constitution to ensure

McCarthy is a partisan hack posing as a lawyer. A card-carrying anti-Trumper. As a legal analyst. a fraud who leans very far left. When Fox has him on, I change the channel. I can't even stand to look at his snug face.

You can add Rich Lowry of National Review (yes, I know...) basically blowing off any serious investigation of the Six, etc. It's just politics ya know. Be thankful though that McCarthy isn't some JAG attorney cause we all know the advice he would give if approached about a Trump illegal order. He lives in a world far removed from the realities of the real world. BTW - I wonder how much Sen Mark Kelly when on active duty would have felt if one of his sailors or junior officers questioned one of his orders?

He is too stupid to realize that we have a wise and benevolent President. Under an actual dictator, those 6 already would be suspended from meat hooks and piano wire. Or, in an earlier day, their heads would be atop pikes along Traitors' Walk. Stupidest of all, they cannot see that their irrational sniping makes PDJT stronger, not weaker.

There is actually a felony tailor made for Senators Kelly and Slotkin, et. al.: 18 USC 2387, applicable to anyone who "with the intent to interfere with, impair or influence the loyalty, morale or discipline of the military or naval forces of the United States, advises, counsels, urges, or in any manner causes or attempts to cause insubordination, mutiny or refusal of duty by any member of the armed forces . . . " . McCarthy has fallen a long way since Rush Limbaugh routinely referenced his views as the legal gold standard.

The only case alleged to be a possible war crime was the sinking of a drug boat in September that required more than one round to sink it. The democrats claim that the primary reason for the second round was to kill two boat crew members clinging to the boat and who were innocents forced to drive the boat. These claims are unsubstantiated and improbable. Since this happened in September, it begs the question, why are they only bringing it up now.

I recently came across an amusing meme: President Donald Trump, dressed as a magician, lifts his wand and declares, “For my next trick, I’ll make Democrats support the drug cartels.” And, indeed, he has. On Friday, in an article titled, Hegseth order on first Caribbean boat strike, officials say: Kill them all, The Washington Post reported that, according to two people with direct knowledge of the first U.S. military strike on a drug boat in the Caribbean Sea on September 2, War Secretary Pete Hegseth “gave a spoken directive. ‘The order was to kill everybody.’” A missile screamed off the Trinidad coast, striking the vessel and igniting a blaze

A group of HIV-positive men gathered at the U.S.–Mexico border Sunday and staged a coordinated “kiss-in,” aiming to confront what they described as discrimination and hostile immigration policies under President Donald Trump. The demonstration took place at Friendship Park/Parque de la Amistad between California and Mexico as activists marked the run-up to World AIDS Day, according to The Advocate. MPact Global Action for Gay Men’s Health and Rights officials organized the event. They said they intend to normalize public displays of affection by people living with HIV, push back against stigmas surrounding sex and dating, and highlight concerns that queer migrants face under Trump-era border enforcement.

Brian Walshe, the 50-year-old Massachusetts man accused of killing his wife after uncovering an affair between her and a friend in Washington, D.C., returns to court Tuesday for the second day of his murder trial, as a state trooper testified about damning internet searches found on his devices after Ana Walshe vanished without a trace. Walshe's defense attorney, Larry Tipton, said during his opening statement Monday that Walshe found his wife dead in her bed but did not kill her. Tipton said evidence would show a "sudden, unexplained death" and that such a thing "happens." He denied the prosecution's allegation that his client was aware of Ana's suspected affair.

Yesterday, Townhall reported that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was not only aware of the massive fraud taking place in his state — fraud that not only bilked Minnesota taxpayers of billions, but led to the death of at least one vulnerable Minnesota man and helped to fund Islamic terrorism in Somalia — but he was punishing whistleblowers who reported on the fraud. But the rot and corruption didn't stop there. It now appears that Minnesota's Attorney General Keith Ellison not only helped Somali non-profit groups continue to get funding, despite the numerous red flags popping up, but that he allegedly received campaign donations after doing so.

But anyway, on Saturday, I received a breathless email from them, and it looks as if the sky is falling: “Robert,” it said chummily, “Donald Trump just said the quiet part out loud. In a recent interview, Trump openly mused about serving a third term as president - something explicitly forbidden by the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution.” After that, they threw every typographical denotation of urgency at me, just so I’d know how serious they are: “This isn't a joke. You knew the Left was going to melt down over President Trump curbing third-world migration, especially from Afghanistan. The announcement comes in the wake of the attack on two members of the National Guard, Sarah Beckstrom, 20, and Andrew Wolfe, 24, by Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29, an Afghan national on an expired visa. He shot these two on Thanksgiving Eve; Beckstrom passed away the next day. Wolfe has regained consciousness. Trump took it further on Thanksgiving, calling Minnesota Gov. A career in law enforcement taught some solid lessons. Among them, a small portion of the criminal population commits most crimes, and the entire criminal justice system is full of unintended irony. I once dealt with an insane female teenager, and after an incident where she was wandering around downtown taking potshots at people and things with a bow and arrow, sent her to the state mental hospital. Within a week, I spotted her back on the street and called the hospital. The conversation went like this: Me: “Hey, this is Detective McDaniel, I just saw crazy teenager back in town. We sent

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is reportedly considering pursuing new indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) after a federal judge dismissed their prior charges in November. Comey had been indicted in late September for making false statements to Congress and obstructing a congressional investigation. James was indicted in early October for bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution. Both pleaded not guilty. Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, as RedState reported last week, dismissed both cases while ruling that the interim U.S. Attorney who brought the charges, Lindsey Halligan, was unconstitutionally appointed.

These are the kind of people the left-leaning state is protecting instead of its citizens: New York state has released nearly 7,000 known illegal migrant criminals without notifying ICE since President Trump took office — including murderers, sexual predators and a maniac booted from the US eight times who attacked an Ithaca cop with a machete,

The fraud story is so far from being new, that in Feeding Our Future alone, the U.S. Attorney’s office has charged 78 defendants, two criminal trials have been held, resulting in convictions,

For as little as $1, you can dim the sun — just a tiny bit — to save the world from climate change. At least, that’s the promise sold by a California start-up called Make Sunsets. Your dollar will pay for founder Luke Iseman to drive a Winnebago RV into the hills half an hour outside Saratoga, California, to release a balloon loaded with sulfur dioxide, an air pollutant normally spewed by volcanic eruptions. He and his 1,000 paying customers hope the balloon will burst in the stratosphere, releasing particles that will block sunlight and cool the planet.
