Judge James Boasberg's chickens may finally be coming home to roost.
The Obama-nominated chief judge of the United States District Court for D.C. now faces impeachment articles that Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Tex.) filed, thanks to explosive revelations surrounding Operation Arctic Frost—a coordinated effort that saw 197 subpoenas unleashed against Republicans in Congress and citizens during the Biden administration.
The specifics make your blood boil. Then-Special Counsel Jack Smith sought Sen. Ted Cruz's communications from AT&T, and Boasberg rubber-stamped the request. But here's where it gets really ugly: Boasberg issued an order explicitly prohibiting AT&T from notifying Cruz that his records were being seized.

If impeached by the House, it seems unlikely that the RINOs in the Senate will convict him. And it is a 100% certainty that NO Dem will vote for either, they love what this crooked guy has been doing, the laws be damned.

Yes, it's probable that the Senate Dems would not convict this "Judge," but I would expect the House to vote articles of impeachment ... and the hearings and trials are an excellent opportunity to place before the American people the crimes of this Judge and the Deep State cabal. Do it anyway.

Even if democrats vote to impeach him for misconduct, they will never agree to a penalty that removes him from the bench.

I absolutely LOVE that kid, Congressman Gil. But why is ONLY one freshman congressman filing these papers? Where the hell are the other republicans? I know, I know, hiding under their beds as usual. Well thank you Congressman Gil. Boasberg been cruising for an impeachment. And unless the rest of the republican congressional delegation and senate wimp out, I can't wait for this criminal to finally be made to account for his corruption. And God, please let him be the first of many not only judges to be impeached (And John Roberts we don't give a rat's nose what your opinion is) but the other criminal characters from the FBI, DOJ, and all of the other alphabet agencies that tried to take out Trump and other Republicans and succeeded in lawlessly putting J6 and others behind bars. They must all be held accountable.

Probably won’t be impeached or, should he be, he won’t be convicted. At least some time of his vile attempts to destroy Trump will get some exposure.

We now know what this crooked judge did, no impeachment necessary, find a strong tree and show him what real justice is.

Judges are supposed to be above reproach. This despicable Obama-chosen slimeball caused a lot of harm and is a slap in the face to every judge in the profession. If you people want to maintain your honorable reputation, I suggest you do something to earn it.

I know of a very effective and inexpensive way to sideline the tyrant.

Sounds like the makings of a class-action civil suit.
If you can't get a criminal conviction, go after him in civil court. Take every penny from him.

Impeachment is far too messy, can we just jump straight to a Tribunal at GITMO then a Firing Squad for TREASON the next day?

It may happen. This judge is dirty and he has now been exposed. He approved spying on sitting senators. This is a no no. I have read that Judge Roberts is very good friends with this clown. Someone needs to look at Roberts also.

Impeach him. Make him spend his money on high priced DC lawyers.

Representative Gil has good intentions and a pair of balls unlike his fellow Republicans, but I fear this will go nowhere.

It is time for the Repubs to put up or shut up. Everything about this lowlife needs to be exposed. Are you listening Sen Cruz? Not much noise coming from his camp on this. I am tired of #47 taking all the hits because he is out front getting things done and the "yeah..what he said" Repubs camping out on Foxnews. Thank God we at least have Trump and a few conservatives in our corner.

Maybe I'm wrong, but impeachment doesn't remove him. A slap on the wrist.

pay attention to #17.
Impeachment is the same as an indictment.
The House indicts, and the Senate holds a trial.
Removal from the bench is a probable penalty, if convicted by the Senate.
