Israel’s new Iron Beam air defense system is a laser system with the potential to change modern warfare. It is the stuff of Star Wars brought to reality.Since Hamas invaded Israel on Oct. 7, 2023, Israel has had to defend against a barrage of at least 27,000 ballistic missiles, rockets, and drones fired from Iran, the Houthis, Hezbollah, and Hamas. Had a substantial part of this ordinance landed on their intended targets, Israel would have been effectively obliterated.Amazingly, Israel, with its layered air defense system—Iron Dome, for short-range rockets, David’s Sling for medium-range threats, and Arrow for long-range ballistic missiles—stopped 99% of those aerial attacks.

Hitler was such a retard. Jews in Germany were their brain trust. The Jews who weren't scientists were Germans. Loyal Germans mostly, men who would have fought for Germany.
Hitler just slaughtered them all, when he could have been using them.
Jews are an industrial people. No matter how much you may dislike them they have made a country out of nothing. They fight hard and they find ways to build their own weapons. Weapons that are superior in many ways. I speak of course of Israeli jews, not the American kind who vote for Demorats.

#1, nicely said. I can tell you, based on my neighbors who practice the Jewish faith and lost many family members in Germany during Hitler's WWII killing fields, they fit the mold you describe exactly. In the six years my wife and I have been their neighbors, it took a long time, some years, to earn their trust in us. We were finally invited into their home last year. What a neat day it was. And they proudly pointed out the silver scroll of the Ten Commandments that hangs outside by their front door in a small tube. It is called a Mezuzah. As for us, we earned our trust in them in just a matter of days.
We see things with them politically, in the same light. All in for Trump, Bibi, and all in for Israel. None whatsoever in for hamas, iran, and the new world order. Full support for Iron Beam although my neighbor believes this has been in the works for some time. He also commented that a modern version of President's Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative (i.e., laser offensive and defensive weaponry) is here and more battle ready than any of us Americans may realize.

Israel has nukes. Push the Jews to the point of being erased and certain Mideast capitols will cease to exist.
The old canard, "some of my best friends are Jewish" is usually not true but in my parents case it was. We were constantly at a Jewish couple's house for a meal and they were at ours. The Jewish couple had a beautiful daughter that I would have asked out if I hadn't been so shy at the time and when the men passed away, she and the other widow became like sisters.
They are the smartest people in the world and will make sure something like the Holocaust never happens again.

that would be on several SHIPS for several years. I have seen demos of destroying cruise missiles in flight and small attack boats.

This is timely and a well-deserved Must Read.
I notice that the time horizon for implementation is "5 to 10 years," which is near pie-in-the-sky territory, and in my enthusiasm I risk being the mirror image of climate apocalypse whiners like Al Gore and Greta Thunberg. Plus, that's 5 to 10 years for other militaries to develop weapons to defeat this new shield.
Even so, it's very hopeful and encouraging news.

The bows of Elam was prophesied against in Jeremiah. Elam was a long time enemy to the Israelites and they were famous for their archers. They were settled in southwester Iran......yes, thats the area where Iran has many missile launchers (bows) and their nukes. God said in the last days that He would shut down their bows. it sure looks to me like He has kept His Word again. This war is part of the Ps 83 war with 10 'confederate' arab enemy nations. Egypt is part of the confederation. up until now, we have not heard anything from the media about Egypt- except that they are allowed to have a small 'police force' on Israel's southern border with the Sinai. It seems that Egypt has amassed a much larger army there than its treaty with Israel allows. But its apparent to me that Egypt will FAFO.

#8, THEY are not all gone----they just have different names such as Palestinians. Gaza was where the philistines (Goliath) lived. those old enemies have just had name changes.

To #9...I was under the impression that under Ottoman rule for 400 years, the Turks stripped the area of every usable resource, and cut down all the forests, such that the land of Palestine was radically underpopulated, and most of the so-called Palestinians living in the refugee camps were either born in those camps, or are not native-born to the area, but immigrated from other Islamic cesspools. The actual number of modern, blood-line ancestors to the ancient Philistines is actually very small, maybe a few hundred thousand.
If anyone on the thread has better info, I'd like to know.
