Pentagon to Send 600 Military Lawyers
to Tackle Immigration Case Backlog

In a decisive move to address the growing crisis in the U.S. immigration court system, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has approved deploying up to 600 military attorneys to the Department of Justice to serve as temporary immigration judges, according to a newly released memo. The attorneys — a mix of military personnel and civilian lawyers — will be sent in waves of 150, with the first group expected to be identified by next week. The initiative comes at the request of the Justice Department and is aimed at relieving a staggering immigration court backlog that has now ballooned to approximately 3.5 million cases.

I would love to see a production line justice system - arrested, meet lawyer, go in front of judge, put in detention or better yet on a plane out of the county. All within a few hours.

This ahould make some liberal heads explode! How long until some liberal District Court Judge declares that the US Military cannot be used to address civilian judicial concerns. They will use the same excuse as the judge used to say it was unconstitutional for the National Guard to be in LA. Democrats will cry that this is part of Trump's military takeover of the country.

It used to be....there was a 9 question card the arresting officers read to the border crossers, even ONE wrong answer they were immediately returned to their home country, Legal "Aid" groups sued for "due process" requirements where the people being detained had to have an attorney that spoke their language explain the questions to them...still, one wrong and back they went right back...THEN further "Due process" suits required an actual JUDGE to make the determination that is soo easy a caveman (or child) could do it, some judges hear and adjudicate 1000-1500 cases per year with 85-95% rejection followed by deportation, but there are numerous judges that hear less than 150 cases per year and allow 90-100% to remain as refugees.(both paid the same)The backlog is due not just to the massive numbers brought in by Biden, but also Judges slow walking cases instead of doing an easy/quick determination. I have called for years to have either groups of the judges moved to the border, housed in Tents, working 12hr shifts/24/7 "On an emergency basis", or mobilizing JAG Corps and certifying them to do so. There is a govtpage that lists all of the Immigration courts, which judges serve there...and how many cases they hear, what percentages their rulings are. Can't pull up the link readily at the moment.

They need to model immigration courts after Florida's "rocket docket" during their foreclosure crisis in the 2008 downturn. Florida had a huge backlog of foreclosed homes and eviction cases. The judges dispatched those cases quickly - several hundred a day.

We may be able to again use the expression, "American Exceptionalism". Remember awhile back, when some politicians were running around saying, "There is no such thing as American Exceptionalism"? These same people do not believe in being decisive, behaving with integrity, using their own initiative, or working hard. They only are concerned about one thing, "What's in it for me"?

Asylum hearings are administrative. They are not full court hearings. The subject must provide evidence o support their request. . Most claims are denied. This is a great idea.

Transfer the entire Illegal Invasion issue over to the U.S. Military and with that remove the entire matter from the Article II and III Courts. Tell these "activist - legislate from the bench" Federal District Court Judges to go pound sand.

For years, Americans were told their only hope was to roll up their sleeves for Pfizer, Moderna, and the rest of the vaccine cartel. Trillions of dollars flowed into their coffers while dissenting doctors were silenced, families were divided, and countless workers lost their jobs under vaccine mandates. However, a peer-reviewed study out of Germany now shows that a cheap, decades-old nasal spray, azelastine, may do what the so-called ‘miracle’ experimental COVID jabs never accomplished: stop infection.

It does not matter if individuals become naturalized citizens of the United States, so long as they retain the citizenship from wherever they came, they should not be allowed to serve in the American government. Either they renounce their foreign citizenship, or stop serving in our government. And, it is more preferable that they self-deport if they feel strongly about keeping the other citizenship.
