Grand juries in Washington, D.C. refused to indict two people accused of threatening the life of President Donald Trump, prosecutors confirmed to Fox News Digital Tuesday. Officials from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington said both cases involved threats against the president while jurors rejected charges, preventing the cases from moving forward to trial. One case involved Nathalie Rose Jones, who is accused of posting online threats to assassinate Trump and later repeating those threats directly to Secret Service agents during an interview.

We are at the tipping point where justice can only be upheld if it is employed by moral people.

If Comey, Brennan, Clapper and others are ever charged, if it is done in DC, they will walk. There will be no justice in the deep state if done in DC because DC is overwhelmingly corrupt leftists, including their judges.

Completely, totally as expected. Even if a the 'citizens' of DC had brought an indictment, against DC Clinton, Ob Bambi, Diaper Joe Inferior Court Black Robed Activist would dismiss the case. Its ironic that a nation founded on the rule of law has no rule of law in its nation capital.

If the threats were verbally repeated directly to a Secret Service agent, why was a grand jury necessary? That should result in immediate direct charges.

Re #12 - Maryland isn't much better. They have one Republican in their Congressional delegation and his district isn't anywhere close to DC.

why are we still allowing important cases--or any cases--in the damnably corrupt circuit??
take beelzeberg and other lowlifes off the bench. they are not jurists. more like enemy agents.
or the usual clot of nincompoops-like judge merchandise.
once again, after all the talk, ag bondi could not even get an indictment vs the doj employee,
the footlong felon food fighter...another dc ct. reject.
where is the joke about prosecutors being able to indict a ham sandwich?

Had Trump been a tyrant or a king as they think he is, the accused and the entire jury would have been disappeared. But Democrats don't get irony.

How many examples does it take to show the pattern of judicial outcomes that have any relationship or connection to President Trump to know these DC residents aren't impartial or able to set aside their biases?

The behavior of the 'Just-Us' system in DeeCee reminds me of stories of blatantly biased and wrong behavior by various state governments many decades ago in the 'Jim Crow' South.
The common factor?
DeeCee is now, like the southern states were then, controlled by Democ'RATS!

It's time to cut off funding from DC, and all those DC government jobs. See how fast they change their tune when they have to go it on their own. You must live in the city to work for the city. That tells you something right there.
