As reported earlier, in a huge blow to Letitia James and Biden’s prosecutors, a New York Appeals Court threw out the massive civil fraud penalty against President Trump on Thursday.
New York Attorney General Letitia James lashed out after a New York Appeals Court threw out the $515 million judgement against Trump.
James said she is going to appeal the decision so she can continue to go after Trump.
“The First Department today affirmed the well-supported finding of the trial court: Donald Trump, his company, and two of his children are liable for fraud,” Letitia James said.

Letitia, don't you have to have someone that fraud was committed against? No one is complaining but you, Letitia, and Trump would never have had any dealings with you. It is egregious that any court would hear this case. Letitia, you can expect to be on the receiving end soon.

Think Timbs, James. You lose James. And about that appeal, well it will be a bit of a challenge to do so from Bedford.

This ruling is surely enough to put the kink back in Letty's culturally appropriated, white-staight hair-do.

What is the remedy for an Attorney General who brings baseless nuisance lawsuits against a party simply because of who he is, not what he's done? This is state-sponsored harrasment, not the pursuit of justice. But how deliciously ironic is it that she, herself, is under Federal investigation for the exact same thing she accused Trump of?

The, appeals court split the baby while vacating the award and upholding the fraud conviction. Total nonsense and I buckling under to a governor Kathy Chipmunk - she of the corrupt Buffalo Democrap wing of the party. The appellate division will re.edu this farce and overturn the conviction as,well. If they don't NY is done as a place to do business. So you can make book on the complete reversal. Bragg is next.

As this continues to play out it's alarming to me that if this happened to Trump and his family, it's also happened in our legal system to hundreds and maybe thousands of other families. Destroyed by malicious prosecution, selective application of laws and biased judges. These people then go on with their lives while the people they destroyed wonder where THEIR justice went. I wouldn't have the millions of dollars it costs to defend myself. Most people don't.

Big Tish is seriously demented and deranged. Will she have to return all the money she collected years ago from dem donors when she promised to "Get Trump?" I have a feeling that she is going to lose both properties for which she lied on the mortgage applications, definitely lose her job.

She is insane with hatred and obviously can not concentrate on her other work. She needs to be removed from her position and get her case ready to explain to the court why she lied on her mortgage applications?
