Your dog is part of the climate change

a dog, because my dog is a carnivore’

It turns out many Americans aren’t great at identifying which personal decisions contribute most to climate change.
A study recently published by the National Academy of Sciences found that when asked to rank actions, such as swapping a car that uses gasoline for an electric one, carpooling or reducing food waste, participants weren’t very accurate when assessing how much those actions contributed to climate change, which is caused mostly by the release of greenhouse gases that happen when fuels like gasoline, oil and coal are burned.
“People over-assign impact to actually pretty low-impact actions such as recycling, and underestimate the actual carbon impact of behaviors much more carbon intensive,

We cannot control mother nature. We can keep something cleaner but we can't affect any significant change. And I suggest no one interferes with a human and their dog.

Keep yer stinkin' hands away from our meat. The main science at that academy must be political science, because it sure ain't natural science.

My first question to anyone parroting this BS would be, 'Why are you following this person?'.
Even if they are right, it doesn't mean one should listen to them and take advice from them. The people spouting this stuff are 'experts' second, and activists/fanatics first. They don't want to save the planet. They want control over your life.

Fine. Adopt your 100 bunnies and then watch what they do to your presumably eco-friendly landscape. Bunnies love to eat greenery!

What percentage of our cats are carnivores? 100%. Some three decades ago carbon dioxide was identified by Greens as something we could do without, and it was declared a pollutant. Moonbat groups like 350.org, upset that CO2 levels in the air are close to 400 parts per million, think that if humanity and our pets cease to exist, the ravaged earth might gradually recover its edenic characteristics. Trouble is, if the earth gets back to less than 250ppm, plants will stop growing and everything will die. That's the plan. Radical Greens hate life as much as al-Qaeda bombers. Back in about 1979, I had a bumpersticker on my car that read "Nuke the whales."

They really ARE demented.
And CO2 is STILL a beneficial trace gas which has no affect on the global climate. Regardless of their screetching and fake "scientific" papers and fraudulent "computer modeling"......the climate is doing what the climate will do, entirely independent of any human activities.

Humans eat the most meat................and that's a good thing. Trees need carbon to make oxygen.

Any difference of choices is like between 0.0000000000000000000000001 and 0.0, infinitesimal. Nothing and more nothing.
Like a drop of distilled water or a drop of vodka in a lake.
Bunnies produce methane, a more powerful "greenhouse gas". Eat the bunnies. Feed them to you dogs. Save the planet.

100 bunnies might get you a 100 pounds of tasty rabbit meat but that meat will create the same amount of CO2 as a 100 pounds of beef since they both have to eat.

#5 reminded me of what else bunnies eat. Many years ago I had a friend who let her pet bunny have the run of her apartment. It had and used a litter box. But it chewed off several inches of the bottom of her curtains as well as the buttons on her television remote. Among other things.

Dear Lord, please make these people shut up and go away! This is all so tiresome. Pets have given people more love and companionship than these idiots could ever hope to do. If you cannot handle me eating meat or the fact I have four cats that eat meat then I suggest you do yourself in and save us all from having another boring conversation about your mental illness.

I used to have a dog, but he had a brain injury, so I had to have him put to sleep. Now, I have a bunch of free-range rabbits around my house eating the plants I don't care about. The other day, I saw a hawk probably having one of them for dinner. He (I think) eventually carried the carcass away.
That's what the lunatic left liberals (but I repeat myself) can do with their bunnies!

In 1859 an Englishman "adopted" 24 rabbits into australia, he planned to release them and then hunt/shoot them with some guests, they shot quite a few....but...rabbits can have seven litters per year, they breed like...Rabbits...7 years later he had a hunting party on the same grounds and they shot 14,000 rabbits. withing a decade rabbits had spread to ALL of Australia, wiping out several native species of small mammals, ground nesting birds, native plant species(as well as the native insects that needed those plants) Decimated crops, causing 10's of $millions in annual crop losses, and costing tens of $millions more for attempts at eradication/control. Even with unleashing biological weapons against them, mass hunting drives, rabbit proof fencing projects, there are still over 270MILLION rabbits cuasing untold ecological and financial damage to the continent. Though hunting them with dogs is prevalent, ONE dog can take out thousands of rabbits in just a few years.

Dogs and Bunnies were on Earth long before humans. Why should we dictate how they live? We are the ones who dump garbage everywhere and that affects the quality of life far more than the level of CO2.

Steak night on the offshore oil platforms was always Tuesday and Saturday, and was well received, after a long day of producing dreaded 'climate changing' oil. I tell my wife of 58 years constantly, that I'm a carnivorous creature, and every meal needs meat of some kind. Rabbits count!

Climate change has been in just about every message from the media to a sickening level. There are so many factors contributing to the climate no one can predict the future of climate. Not one report mentions that the last ice age ended in about 1018. In the 1950s I read articles claiming in the year 2000 the earth would be covered in ice. So, everyone can make up blah, blah, about climate change which might not be correct.
