A career intelligence officer who worked for ADemocrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than a decade repeatedly warned the FBI beginning in 2017 that then-Rep. Adam Schiff had approved leaking classified information to smear then-President Donald Trump over the now-debunked Russiagate scandal, according to bombshell FBI memos that Director Kash Patel has turned over to Congress. The FBI 302 interview reports obtained by Just the News state the intelligence staffer — a Democrat by party affiliation who described himself as a friend to both Schiff, now a California senator, and former Republican House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes — considered the classified leaking to be "unethical," "illegal," and “treasonous,”

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump highlighted examples of crimes against public officials and lawlessness in Navy Yard in southeast Washington, DC, over the weekend during his announcement that the federal government is taking control of the Metropolitan Police Department.
Trump pointed to the recent assault of a former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) staffer, the stabbing of an aide to Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), the gunpoint carjacking of Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) in October 2023 in Navy Yard, and the killing of former Trump administration official Mike Gill, among other horrific examples.

President Donald Trump's decision to federalize the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) continues to cause mass consternation on the left. Despite the move being unquestionably allowed under the Home Rule Act of 1973, which deals with the nation's capital as a federal district, accusations of "fascism" and "democracy" being threatened have flowed like milk and honey.
In other words, it's just another weekday. How did we get here? A series of high-profile murders and violent assaults caught the attention of the president. Instead of taking action immediately, the administration asked the Democrat-laden city council to repeal some of its ineffective, harmful "social justice" policies

The Washington, DC, Police Union is backing President Donald Trump’s call to take federal control of Washington, DC, due to rampant crime. Gregg Pemberton, the chairman of the union, released a statement Monday afternoon on the heels of Trump’s executive action to federalize the Metropolitan Police Department. “We stand with the President in recognizing that Washington, DC, cannot continue on this trajectory. Crime is out of control, and our officers are stretched beyond their limits,”. “The federal intervention is a critical stopgap, but the MPD needs proper staffing and support to thrive,”. ‘This can only happen by repealing the disastrous policies that have driven out our best officers..”

After the film “Oppenheimer” released in July 2023, the national conversation returned to whether or not the development of the atomic bomb was prudent, and, furthermore, if dropping the nuclear weapon twice on Japan was necessary. These are not new conversations. The questions posed now were posed by prior generations dating back to 1945.
Some of these arguments will, perhaps, remain perpetually and be discussed for decades without any consensus, but some of these arguments have been fully debunked. Barrett Tillman, World War II scholar and the author of dozens of military works, including “When the Shooting Stopped: August 1945,” discusses a number of these issues on a The Sons

NEW YORK — Affordability was at the center of Zohran Mamdani’s winning primary campaign for New York City mayor. President Donald Trump has become the focus of his general election bid. The Democratic nominee launched a five-borough tour “against Trump” on Monday to amplify how he believes the president will harm New York City — and why Mamdani thinks he should be elected to lead the vanguard. He’s also tying opponents Andrew Cuomo, Eric Adams and Curtis Sliwa closely to Trump, adopting a classic Democratic general election playbook by casting two fellow Democrats and the GOP nominee as the president’s

Last Tuesday, President Trump threatened a federal takeover of Washington, D.C., after a DOGE employee was beaten up when he faced down a bunch of carjacking thugs. “If D.C. doesn’t get its act together, and quickly, we will have no choice but to take Federal control of the City, and run this City how it should be run,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
Trump’s options are limited, and a full-scale takeover would require an act of Congress. It is also probably dependent on how well it would be received by D.C. residents.

The furious torrent of lies and manipulations emerging from Gaza should surprise no one. This is Hamas’ Battle of Berlin. And the terrorists are winning.
Just look at the image of Evyatar David, who was kidnapped from the Nova festival, crouching in a tunnel, emaciated and forced to dig his own grave.
It is no coincidence that Hamas brazenly chose to publish photographs of the skeletal Jewish prisoners it is deliberately starving in its war tunnels after a week of successfully marketing its blood libel about how the IDF is starving Gazans. President Trump’s initiative to restore law and order to the streets of the nation’s capital is a smart political move. All Americans consider Washington “our city,” and we want it safe. We can see on the nightly news that it is not, and we’re not happy about it. If Trump can turn that around, he will get well-deserved credit, not from the legacy media but from the public.
Trump and his party will reap a second major benefit, as well. If he can lessen the muggings, car jackings and armed robberies, if he can move the homeless off downtown streets, he will highlight the difference between his approach

The 69-year-old TV host reflected on his appearances on The View and interactions with hosts of it, including Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar, during Monday’s episode of his podcast, Club Random. The View has become a frequent target for those on the right who bash the hosts for being too liberal or taking too many shots against Donald Trump. In fact, reports say the show has been told to tone down the anti-Trump talk.

“No one is above the law” was the favorite refrain of Democrats as they pursued Donald Trump up hill and down dale in an effort to destroy his first presidency and ensure he could never serve again.
They threw everything at him, manufacturing intelligence to frame him as a Russian stooge, weaponizing the FBI and DOJ against him, impeaching him, siccing the most unscrupulous prosecutors on him, contriving spurious civil cases against him and his family, trying to jail him and bankrupt him, all the while lying and assassinating his character.
If that didn’t bring him down, two assassination attempts would have finished off a lesser mortal.

The Justice Department just filed an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court to vindicate its authority to enforce immigration law. A federal judge in Los Angeles had declared ICE’s questioning of suspected illegal aliens unconstitutional. U.S. District Court Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong ruled on July 11 that Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents had been impermissibly using race to decide whom to detain for questioning about immigration status. Yet Frimpong’s rules for litigating in her courtroom are themselves a violation of the principle of color-blindness.

Word salads - they're not just the appetizer or palate cleanser anymore. They're what Democrats have for dinner.
It's not a new phenomenon in American politics, and members of both parties have certainly been caught speaking words and phrases in search of a coherent thought. Joe Biden used to uncork speeches that were heavily seasoned with cul-de-sac sentences and ideas, and that was even before cognitive decline sidelined his run for reelection in 2024. But by the bitter end, when he had to step aside for Kamala Harris to pick up the mantle, it was just embarrassing and sad.

There are real victims of Biden’s weaponized Justice Department, and it is time to make them whole. The fix is quick, easy, and immune to judicial meddling.
Consider the outrageous prosecution of Douglass Mackey. The Biden Justice Department went after him for tweeting a joke that Hillary supporters could vote by text in 2016. It was telling that he was indicted four years after the tweet, just days after Joe Biden's inauguration in 2021. The Second Circuit Court of Appeals reversed his ridiculous conviction this year because “no rational jury” could have found him guilty.

The most intriguing part of the storm surrounding Barack Obama’s involvement in the effort to remove Donald J. Trump from office is that some people still refuse to believe the allegations. There are certain Americans who continue to deny any claims concerning Barack Obama’s negative impact on the country.
Perhaps it’s that grin and laid back attitude. Or perhaps it’s his rhetorical skill set or his ability to croon Al Green tunes, or maybe it is just his knack for evoking racial remorse that causes half the nation to make excuses for Barack Obama’s troubling track record. Whatever the reason, the Obama façade is in the process

I’m great at writing bios for my PR clients: celebs, entertainers, lawyers, businessmen, athletes—you name it.
Not to brag, but they’re some of my finest works of fiction.
Because, in my profession, we don’t begin with “the truth.” (More often than not, “the truth” only gets in the way. Lousy reality! It’s always interfering with my creative storytelling!)
Instead, we begin with the story we want to tell.
And then we cherrypick the truthful bits and pieces of his or her bio to tell this one specific story. So, nothing in a client’s bio is actually false — you never lie — but you use reality as a springboard

Perhaps the most pathetic aspect of Andrew Cuomo’s campaign for mayor are his vows to deliver for the city on things he couldn’t (or wouldn’t) in his decade-plus in the more powerful position of New York governor.
He’s suddenly calling for free bus and subway fares for lower-income New Yorkers, for example — when his heavy-handed mismanagement of the MTA led directly to the 2017 summer of hell.
Not to mention how he looted the agency’s funds for $5 million to bail out upstate ski resorts or the $100 million-plus he burned on decorative lighting and tiles on the city’s bridges and in tunnels.

Apparently, the Arab leaders understand the dangers of allowing Hamas, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization, to drag their countries into war with Israel.
That is why many Arab countries have banned or outlawed the Muslim Brotherhood, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, and recently, Jordan. These countries view the Muslim Brotherhood as a threat to national security and political stability.

The hum and whir of a dial up modem was how many people first connected to the internet.
At its height, a dial-up connection could manage up to 56 kilobits per second under ideal conditions, according to Apple Insider. Modern connections are measured up to gigabits per second.

It’s hardly a secret that the Democrats are in the midst of an existential crisis. They are leaderless, fractious, broke, and more unpopular with the voters than they have been in decades. Yet, as their antics have demonstrated during the first seven months of the second Trump administration, they don’t connect these calamities to their bad policies and worse execution.
