Black New York isn’t buying it. A slew of black Big Apple residents fumed Friday over mayoral front-runner Zohran Mamdani’s claim on an Ivy League college application that he is African American — with them raging the socialist pol is a “fraud” and “trickster.”[snip] Mamdani, a Democratic socialist, had checked off the “black or African American” and “Asian” boxes on his 2009 Columbia University application regarding his race, the New York Times reported last week.

Mamdani is a member of the NYC chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America, an organization whose platform accuses Israel of genocide, pledges solidarity with the Palestinian cause, and supports divestment from and boycott of Israel. He's lost his support in the Black community, and is about to lose his support within the Jewish community as well. Did NO ONE look this guy up before they voted for him?

#7 Elon Musk was born in Pretoria, South Africa. No question. Can anyone say with certainty where Obama was born? Or even who his actual biological father was? And please, please don't pull out his "birth certificate," which was quickly proven to be a creation, not a copy. Will we ever know? Do you think he would offer a saliva, blood, or any kind of biological sample for DNA analysis? This "What about Obama?" question should never go away until we know the truth.

I didn’t think that I’d EVER be defending the Commie Mamdani BUT that useless piece of human flesh does have more claim to Africa than any of the “outraged” class of hyphenated Americans. And what about Elon Musk? He has more claim to “Africa” than the half-white (mulatto) and negro/black “African”-Americans, OR the Commie. The Negro / Colored / Black separatist movement that started in the early 1960’s in this country apparently never considered any recent migration of individuals from that part of the world when they “trademarked” their beloved hyphenated creation and beat it into our skulls 24x7. What blacks want but not want is a “hierarchy” based on melanin count, but then Jesse Jackson and half a dozen other loudmouth “race-hustlers” would rank far lower than any recent migrant from Nigeria. Whitey tried to warn them against using that hyphenated American stunt, but that smacked of whitey once again trying to tell them what to do. C’est la vie.

#7, I read an article the other day (do not remember source) that he applied to Columbia University as a black person and then as an Asian person. It supposedly was an effort to get in and the article claimed that he was neither. I don't know where you get your information but mine seems to conflict with yours. This article also stated that Mamdani did not get into Columbia University. . .

In our upside-down world where a man can identify as a woman, a white person can identify as a black. The hardcore left brought this on. For them it's just a way to sow division. It's working. Mamdani's parents are of Indian descent. They migrated to Uganda where they had Zohran. After that, they immigrated to the United States. He is Ugandan because he was born there. He is not black.

His father is a professor there, he (disingenuously) ticked the DEI box, and still he was not accepted at Columbia. Clearly young Zohran is not among America's best and brightest. Just like Kamala, and Justice Brown and Justice Sotomayor. There are so many outstanding POC, why does the Left keep coming up with these bottom of the barrel candidates? Maybe because only they will swallow the Leftist hogwash. As for being a fraud, Mamdani has many other claims to fraudulence, hoping to masquerade as Black ethnicity is just wee example of his fakery.
