President Trump has come out swinging against "Kooky" Tucker Carlson after the podcaster and former Fox News host predicted the demise of Trump's presidency if the United States were to get involved in the escalating hostilities between Israel and Iran. While Trump and Carlson have seemed chummy at times in recent years, Carlson rather infamously texted a friend back in 2021 of his eagerness to see the backside of the president, saying, "I hate him passionately."
Things between the two got very heated Monday after Carlson appeared on Steve Bannon's "War Room" show and claimed Iran would be the president's ultimate downfall. Despite claiming to "really love Trump"

AUSTIN, Texas — Juneteenth celebrations have been scaled back this year due to funding shortfalls as companies and municipalities across the country reconsider their support for diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
Canceled federal grants and businesses moving away from so-called brand activism have hit the bottom line of parades and other events heading into Thursday’s federal holiday, which celebrates the end of slavery in the United States. The shrinking financial support coincides with many companies severing ties with LGBTQ celebrations for Pride this year and President Donald Trump’s efforts to squash DEI programs throughout the federal government.

New Yorkers voting in the Democratic Primary are questioning why Democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani is listed first, at the very top of the ballot sheet. Mamdani — an assemblyman who has gained momentum in recent polling to catch up with favorite Andrew Cuomo — has copped backlash for his refusal to acknowledge Israel having a right to exist as a Jewish state and his involvement in the “BDS” movement, which seeks to divert US funding to the country. The 33-year-old candidate, who is a Muslim, has also raised eyebrows with his pie in the sky policy proposals, such as city-owned

President Donald Trump is cutting short his attendance at the Group of Seven summit in Canada, the White House said Monday night, citing the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. “Much was accomplished, but because of what’s going on in the Middle East, President Trump will be leaving tonight after dinner with Heads of State," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote on X.
A White House official told NBC News earlier that Trump wouldn’t sign a joint statement at the G7 pressing to de-escalate the conflict between Israel and Iran. Trump later said in a Truth Social post that Tehran's 10 million residents should evacuate the city "immediately."

TEL AVIV, Israel — President Donald Trump on Monday posted on his social media site an ominous message calling for the immediate evacuation of the Iranian capital of Tehran while he’s in Canada attending the G7 summit.
Trump had said more than once during the day that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. He emphasized that again in his social media post, writing “IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON.” He said Iran should have signed the ‘deal’ he told them to sign to prevent what he said was “a shame, and waste of human life,” referring to Israel’s attack last week.

In politics and government, “clever” is not always synonymous with “good.” But when it comes to the matter of the Trump administration’s handling of military bases that had been renamed during the Biden era, the policy is both clever and satisfactory.
Back in the summer of 2023, on the recommendation of a congressionally mandated commission, the Biden Department of Defense renamed nine major military bases that had originally been named for Confederate military leaders: Fort Benning, Ga.; Fort Bragg, N.C.; Fort Gordon, Ga.; Fort A.P. Hill, Va.; Fort Hood, Texas; Fort Lee, Va.; Fort Pickett, Va.; Fort Polk, La.; and Fort Rucker, Ala.

We’re told every day by the left and their media lapdogs that illegals only take the jobs (entitled) Americans refuse to do. It’s one of the biggest lies in American politics, cooked up in the backrooms of some smoky DNC office to sell this illegal invasion as some kind of favor to the rest of us.But a funny thing happened in Nebraska this week that blew that tired, dusty old myth to bits. ICE raided Glenn Valley Foods, pulling off the largest worksite immigration raid in state history. Dozens of illegal workers were removed and deported on the spot.
And what happened next?(snip)

Egyptian authorities took dozens of anti-Israel activists into custody this past Thursday after thwarting a planned march to Gaza before deporting them, according to multiple reports.
As many as 200 activists were detained in Cairo by Egyptian immigration authorities, who reportedly confiscated passports of the Europeans who sought to carry out a “Global March to Gaza.” Other activists who were allowed to remain in the country attempted to march to Gaza and clashed with local Egyptians, who threw water bottles and used clubs while the anti-Israel activists held a sit-in at a checkpoint, according to the Jerusalem Post.
Some pro-Israel activists gloated about the incident on social media.

Is this resistance or treachery?
Over the weekend on (of course) MSNBC, Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson announced that Chicago, under his charge, will continue its "sanctuary" policies, and will continue to resist any effort by the federal government to enforce the law. When did enforcing the law become undesirable to anyone other than a criminal? The mayor said:
Let me first just acknowledge the level of anxiety and fear and trepidation that this administration has caused. You've never seen a society improve or expand under this type of fear. And we're going to continue to resist, we're going to do it in many different ways,

With respect to Israel and Iran, talk of peace is in the air. We are beset with calls from various quarters to “de-escalate” the situation there, lest wider war break out. President Trump, who partnered with Israel in deceiving Iran prior to Israel’s preemptive strike, is now talking about making another deal with Iran. I hope he doesn’t mean it. The last thing Israel, or anyone else, should be thinking about is another agreement with the mullahs.

Apple’s advanced security measures are turning stolen iPhones into expensive paperweights for looters in Los Angeles.
TechSpot reports that as riots aimed at federal immigration enforcement swept through downtown Los Angeles last week, several major retailers, including Apple, T-Mobile, and Adidas, fell victim to a wave of looting. Smashed windows and stolen goods left these companies counting the cost of the destruction. However, for those who made off with iPhones from Apple’s flagship store, the thrill of the heist was short-lived as they quickly discovered the high-tech security features that render the devices useless once taken off the premises.

Hispanics and younger voters support the deportation actions by President Donald Trump's administration following days of chaos from the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.
According to a new poll released on Monday from the League of American Workers (LAW) and TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics (TIPP), nearly six out of ten registered voters support the administration's "pace of deportations … prioritizing individuals with criminal records."
And when those numbers are broken down, a vast amount of the support comes from Hispanic voters. The survey found that 53 percent of Hispanic voters said they supported it, and another 27 percent said they strongly supported it.

The weekend’s grand military parade in Washington to celebrate the Army’s 250th anniversary was a feel-good patriotic triumph and a rebuke to Democrats and their mean-spirited, small-minded anti-Trump protests.
America has the mightiest army in the world. It’s something to be proud and patriotic about. Why not celebrate?
And what a show it was, with uniforms dating back to the Revolutionary War, 6,600 soldiers, 150 vehicles and 50 helicopters participating, not to mention a robot dog and drones. The parade was a display of pride in our troops and their awesome weaponry, but importantly, it also stood as a warning to our adversaries at a time of global peril,

There’s a narrative being pushed heavily by Democrat leaders and the media that the protests over the weekend were basically nonviolent and peaceful. I would argue that if you have to brag about that, that’s telling in of itself, but in this day and age, it also means it’s probably not entirely true. Perhaps overconfident after multiple decisive wins in defensive wars since the modern Jewish state's inception -- and maybe internalizing a false sense of security, thanks to the Iron Dome shield -- they were shocked as Hamas terrorists invaded their territory, slaughtering nearly 1,200 people and taking hundreds of hostages. That vicious attack was designed to derail Israeli-Saudi peace negotiations. It was funded, supported, planned and green-lit by the Iranian regime. Our immigration system is rigged against Americans. It’s strange how I keep being told by the regime media and Democrat political flunkies, to the limited extent that those are different things, about how I didn’t vote for what Donald Trump is doing to illegal aliens. I keep hearing about how I don’t want ICE raiding Home Depots, factories, and non-Beatles strawberry fields or sending away 30-year illegal aliens or illegal alien honor students. I’m told that Donald Trump only promised to deport criminal aliens – in the sense that they committed other crimes besides the crime they committed by being illegal aliens – and that Trump can’t actually send criminal aliens away either.

Democrats are quite the mess right now.
Their approval levels are in the basement. They're more known for embracing illegal aliens and demonizing law enforcement rather than doing anything productive. They even attacked the parade celebrating the Army's 250th birthday, which honored our warriors for 250 years of service. In attacking that, they were attacking the very history of America. Then on top of that, they face all kinds of internal confusion. They're trying to reach out to groups of people who have moved away from them, like young men.
So they voted David Hogg as a Vice Chair of the DNC to help bring in that demographic.

Minnesota State Sen. John Hoffman, State Rep. Melissa Hortman, and their spouses were gunned down early Saturday morning by a man reportedly dressed as a police officer. Tragically, Rep. Hortman and her husband didn’t make it. The suspect, Vance Boelter, isn’t some random lunatic—he was actually appointed by Gov. Tim Walz to serve on a state Workforce Development Board as a private-sector representative. That detail alone raises serious questions. At the time of this writing, Boelter is still on the run after exchanging gunfire with police.

President Trump announced plans to flood Democrat-run cities, namely New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, with new, larger waves of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to bring about the “single largest Mass Deportation Program in History.”
Trump highlighted the sweeping change targeting the majority-Democrat cities on Truth Social Sunday night as he praised ICE agents for their “incredible strength, determination, and courage.” “In order to achieve this, we must expand efforts to detain and deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where Millions upon Millions of Illegal Aliens reside,” Trump wrote.

President Donald Trump on Sunday directed federal immigration officials to prioritize deportations from Democratic-run cities, a move that comes after large protests erupted in Los Angeles and other major cities against the Trump administration’s immigration policies.
Trump in a social media posting called on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials “to do all in their power to achieve the very important goal of delivering the single largest Mass Deportation Program in History.”
He added that to reach the goal officials ”must expand efforts to detain and deport Illegal Aliens in America’s largest Cities, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where Millions upon Millions of Illegal Aliens reside.”

A U.S. federal appeals court ruled Friday that the United States must face potentially billions of dollars in legal claims over a temporary ban on residential evictions during the COVID pandemic that affected millions of landlords.
The Washington, D.C.-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a 7-3 decision, rejected the government's bid to overturn a decision by a panel of judges last year that refused to dismiss claims from landlords seeking compensation over the eviction moratorium.

Most Americans think of the Civil War as an unambiguous conflict between the North and the South over slavery, and that is generally accurate. It was an insurrection against the federal government committed by 11 states whose Democrat governors and legislators feared that the recently elected Republican president, Abraham Lincoln, would deprive them of their non-citizen labor force. These state officials vowed to resist any attempt by the federal government to put down their rebellion and routinely denounced the new president as an aspiring dictator. Why does this sound familiar?

A long list of Hollywood celebrities took to the streets Saturday as tens of thousands of mostly white, older Americans joined the “No Kings” protests in many big, deep-blue cities.
Celebs including Mark Ruffalo, Ellen Pompeo, Kerry Washington, Jimmy Kimmel, Jon Cryer, and more were seen mixing with the hoi polloi in places like New York City and Los Angeles.
For instance, Disney and Marvel Studios star Mark Ruffalo, who was seen parading with actress Susan Sarandon, turned out on the streets of New York City to join the anti-Trump crowds.
“We see a president who has made himself a king and a dictator,” Ruffalo absurdly declared at the rally.

Intraparty fighting is threatening to stall the Democratic Party’s efforts to rebuild seven months after President Trump’s sweeping general election victory.
The party has also been roiled by revelations and questions about the last months of former President Biden’s administration and whether he was in the midst of a cognitive decline.
They also will have to contend with a number of high-profile primaries in the year ahead.
And ousted Democratic National Committee Vice Chair David Hogg has been at the center of controversy, using his political group to challenge incumbent House Democrats.

In a Sunday evening Truth Social post, President Donald Trump ordered ICE officers to "do all in their power to achieve the very important goal of delivering the single largest Mass Deportation Program in History," first focusing on "our crime ridden and deadly Inner Cities, and those places where Sanctuary Cities play such a big role."
The move is a bit of a departure from a post that Trump made on Thursday, in which he shocked supporters by announcing that "changes are coming" to the administration's "very aggressive immigration policy." Trump noted that farmers and people in the hospitality industry

Vance Boelter, the man suspected of killing Minnesota state Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, and shooting state Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, was apprehended Sunday night in rural Sibley County, Minnesota, where his family lived.
According to media reports, although police conducted a thorough search utilizing every resource they had, ultimately a drone operator located Boelter.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said in a statement, “Our police operated with skill and bravery, all while simultaneously working to keep other elected officials and members of our community safe."
Despite evidence of meticulous planning beforehand, at this time Boelter has only been charged with second-degree murder.

When Israel announced Operation “Rising Lion” in the wee hours of Friday morning, it marked the first time in over 50 years that the country had declared war against a sovereign state, rather than against a terrorist organization operating from foreign soil, the West Bank, or Gaza.
No small number of these organizations Israel has faced off against over the years were and are supported, funded, or even directly controlled by Iran, the country that now finds itself in Israel’s crosshairs.
Since the Iranian Revolution in Iran, the regime in Tehran has invested significant efforts in spreading its ideology among Shiite populations in the Middle East while also building up a network
