In a major breakthrough that could finally bring long-awaited answers to the American people, federal investigators have recovered Dr. Anthony Fauci’s COVID-era phones and electronic devices, which could include data crucial in determining whether the former architect of the federal pandemic response lied to the public and to Congress. FBI Director Kash Patel, working alongside congressional investigators on the origins of COVID-19, revealed the bombshell during his appearance on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” “I mean, we just had a great breakthrough this week on Fauci,” Patel announced. “Senator Rand Paul, Senator Kennedy—

We 'know' Fauci lied. But it would be a happy day, indeed, if we could prove it. He is guilty of complicity in the murder of millions and I pray he'd be convicted of his crimes and then spend the rest of his days in a Super Max prison buried in a concrete tomb.

Interesting how they had to search and search for the devices. Wonder why they would be so hard to locate/find. can't help but think this was intentional - hardly the "most transparent presidency" under Joe Biden, huh? If it's been wiped clean that would be intentional, particularly if it was an official phone that belonged to the government (all of us). I've long held the belief it they can't show the clear line of communications to determine X policy, decision or regulation, then it should be null and void. There must be protocols followed and procedures followed, after all, it's the government where they push paper like no one else, right?

I hope something usable in a court can be found on those devices. I think Fauci was paid handsomely to mislead President Trump. There never was a "novel" virus; if anything there was a mutated seasonal flu on the way as there always is. The covid19 farce caught on and the end result was millions of people worldwide either killed or severly medically damaged by a "vaccine". Will anyone ever be held accountable for these crimes against humanity? I seriously doubt it.

If they are looking for a slip of paper that state, "I did it." signed Son of Josef Mengele, one Fauci, Tormentor of Beagle, then just shut up until you do. Spare the bombshells. He most personally, willingly, and with absolute intention, lead and effort that resulted in the death of millions. Why is he not in prison? Pick him up and charge him with assault, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, second degree murder, mayhem, first degree murder, set bond at a record level, and get him off the street, for the love of God, please. Perjury? What are they looking for? What piece of evidence are they missing? They don't have to nail him for every single death. Any one of those charges would get the ball rolling. Isn't there any country in the world that would like a shot at him? Grant extradition and pass him around. Let him rot in some third world hell hole where the state in their Constitution, "we don't need no stinking due process" and throw him in the dungeon there until they find the slip of paper they are searching for. He was running a bioweapon operation. He is evil. He didn't rob a bank and killed the security guard. Get Putin to find out about those labs in the Ukraine, he'll get the evidence.

They don't need the phones to search for and retrieve text messages, etc. They can do that through the service provider, especially if a government issued cell phone. Also, asa senior "leader" at NIAID, all his records, electronic and hard copy are required to be maintained here guidance from the National Archives under CAPSTONE: 6. Who are the Capstone officials this GRS covers? Your agency must document its Capstone officials and submit their information to NARA on form NA-1005. This form includes detailed instructions to help you identify your agency’s officials. Capstone (permanent) officials are senior officials (e.g., those high on the organization chart) generally responsible for agency and program policy- and mission-related actions. Capstone officials vary agency by agency depending on an agency’s organization and how it carries out agency roles. Some agencies will have more Capstone officials than others. Federal agencies utilize a variety of titles for senior officials. Agencies using item 010 of this schedule must identify their equivalents for those positions described within each category provided in the item’s description (when applicable). Cabinet-level agencies implementing a Capstone approach that includes their components or operatives must apply the definition of official to each component separately. For this purpose, the agency should treat each component or operative as though it were a separate agency. A general rule of thumb for identifying officials is that every record group (RG) the agency includes in the Capstone implementation should have its own group of Capstone officials. If you need additional help to identify your agency’s Capstone officials, please contact your NARA Appraisal Archivist. Questions related to permanent email records 7. What is meant by "Cut off in accordance with agency's business needs" within the disposition instructions for item 010? Agencies have varying business needs and Capstone implementation plans (including system considerations) that affect when they cutoff email (consider it inactive). The ‘business needs’ language allows agencies flexibility to develop their own cutoff instructions based on those needs. Agencies must include their cutoff instructions in the "scope" section of form NA-1005, so NARA can document agency plans and anticipate future email transfers. This flexibility also allows agencies to block (or batch) email to reduce the number of transfers to NARA. Agencies that do not wish to transfer annually may find blocking beneficial. For example, they could transfer email in five-year blocks instead. If the first five-year block spans from 2015 through 2020, the agency would transfer the email in 2035 (15 years after the cutoff date of the most recent records). They would next transfer email in 2040, which would cover email from 2021 through 2025. And so on. Acceptable cutoff instructions for an agency include, but are not limited to: Cut off at the end of the calendar year; Cut off at the end of tenure; Cut off at the end of each presidential administration; or Cut off in five-year blocks at the end of the calendar year of the most recent email (for example, email from 2015 through 2020 would be cutoff in 2020 and transferred in 2035; email from 2021 through 2025 would be cutoff in 2025 and transferred in 2040). As a reminder, all Federal agencies must manage permanent and temporary email records in an electronic format with the capability to identify, retrieve, and use the records for as long as their disposition requires. source: https://www.archives.gov/files/records-mgmt/grs/grs06-1-faqs.html

Can negligent discharges be prevented? 10 replies

We often hear, in the Democrat media, about negligent discharges (NDs) of firearms. They usually suggest firearms are far too dangerous for Normal Americans and must be banned for public safety. See how they’re shooting themselves and others?! After all, if it saves one life, don’t we have to ban them?! Isn’t that a moral imperative?! If we adopted that standard, we’d have no power tools, no kitchen knives, we wouldn’t be able to use fire or swim, and we’d be walking but surrounded by safety cages on wheels, just in case. I’ve long maintained there are two types of gun owners: those who have had negligent discharges and those who

In 2021, a Syrian Muslim gunman opened fire at a Boulder supermarket killing ten Americans. Ahmad Al-Issa, the gunman, had been convinced that Americans were ‘Islamophobic’ and his family had moved from what would become the ISIS capital in Syria. The Al-Issa family lived in Arvada, a refugee sanctuary city near Boulder that had also previously produced Shannon Conley, an American convert to Islam who tried to join ISIS and scouted a local church. Boulder authorities blamed gun violence and mental illness. Now, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, an Egyptian Muslim, set elderly Jews on fire at a march to free hostages held by the Hamas terrorists whom he supported, while shouting “Free Palestine”.

William Sullivan’s essay regarding scientific atheism is intriguing and enlightening. It got me thinking about a very simple proof for a Creator. The atheist loves to proclaim, “There is no scientific proof of the existence of God!” This is true, since by “scientific” proof, the atheist means “empirical” proof, and there is no empirical proof of anything. However, it is quite easy to use logic to prove in easy steps that God exists and that He is the God of the Bible. 1. Supporters said the goal is to make the big investor-owned utilities start sharing some of the costs to fight wildfires and build new transmission infrastructure. “This
