Conservative Karol Nawrocki won Poland’s weekend presidential runoff election, according to the final vote count on Monday. Nawrocki won 50.89% of votes in a very tight race against liberal Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski, who received 49.11%. The race had Poland on edge since a first round of voting two weeks earlier, revealing deep divisions in the country along the eastern flank of NATO and the European Union. An early exit poll released Sunday evening suggested Trzaskowski was headed to victory before updated polling began to reverse the picture a couple of hours later.

In Amerika, the liberal would have somehow squeezed out a win. The necessary votes would have magically popped out of an unchecked closet.

What's going on in Poland? Why was this so close? Thought President Trump and conservative beliefs were popular in Poland. Has the EU gotten to Poland?

Congrats to Karol Nawrocki! Looks like they have enough election integrity in Poland to keep the lyin' leftists from stealing the presidency. Good for them! Whenever the far left wing extremist Legacy/European media describe someone as "moderate, pro-EU candidate Rafał Trzaskowski" you know darn well the candidate is actually a far left wing extremist! Liberal doesn't cut it anymore. Also, the same "media" outlets described the winner as "Trump-backed nationalist Karol Nawrocki". They actually refrained from calling him a far right wing extremist, but I'm sure everyone realizes their description was a puerile swipe at Nawrocki and Trump, and by default they meant far right wing extremist. It's basically come down to if the Legacy media is unhappy, sane people will be very happy.

As our readers are well aware, President Trump warned California schools last week that they should not allow boys (and one boy in particular) to compete in the girls division at the state track and field championships over the weekend, and that the state could lose federal funding to its schools if this warning wasn't heeded. That boy, AB Hernandez, still competed, and won titles in a couple of events. Though the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), the state's high school sports governing board, amended its Bylaw 300.D (which mandates that boys who identify as girls be allowed to compete as a girl) for this meet through a "pilot program"

Far-right lawmaker Geert Wilders pulled his party out of the ruling four-party Dutch coalition Tuesday in dispute over a crackdown on migration, sparking a political crisis and possibly the end of the 11-month-old government of Prime Minister Dick Schoof. Wilders announced his decision in a message on X after a brief meeting in parliament of leaders of the four parties that make up the fractious administration. The government meltdown comes just three weeks before the Netherlands is scheduled to host a summit of NATO leaders in The Hague and amid global instability. It was unclear what would happen next.

Border czar Tom Homan warned Monday that he’s “convinced” the US will suffer a major terrorist attack as a direct result of former President Joe Biden’s immigration and border policies. “It’s coming,” Homan said of the possibility of a 9/11-style attack conducted by migrants who illegally snuck across the southern border under Biden. The roughly 2 million so-called “gotaway” migrants whom Border Patrol agents never apprehended during the previous administration concern Homan more than the drug smuggling or sex trafficking that took place on the US-Mexico boundary during Biden’s only term in office, he told Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Ukraine has launched a “large-scale” drone attack against Russian military bombers in Siberia, striking more than 40 warplanes thousands of kilometres from its own territory, a security official said. The claims could not be independently verified. But if confirmed, the attacks would mark Ukraine’s most damaging drone strike of the war to date, amid an escalation in cross-border incursions before planned peace talks in Istanbul on Monday. Ukrainian security services are carrying out a large-scale special operation aimed at destroying enemy bombers far from the front, in Russia,” the official was quoted by Agence France-Presse as saying, adding a fire had broken out at the targeted Belaya airbase.
