The federal government cannot invalidate immigration documents that allow roughly 5,000 Venezuelan nationals living in the United States to remain in the country until October 2026, a federal court in California ruled on May 30.
In February, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem terminated Venezuela’s 2023 designation for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a temporary immigration status granted when foreign nationals cannot return to their home countries because of safety concerns, such as ongoing armed conflict, environmental disasters, or epidemics.
A TPS designation protects individuals from deportation and allows them to apply for authorization to work in the United States.

TPS is a privilege, not a right, subject to executive déterminations, not court determinations. What can be done by executive (only) action can be undone by executive (only) determinations. That a return home policy affects the lives of TSP’ers is built into the TSP enabling legislation…

The Trump administration must immediately start ignoring the federal courts. And announce it publicly so as to rub it in to the judges that "we the people" no longer give a care what they think or rule. Just make them inert. The Federal Marshals work for the administration. Bummer for the courts.

So a UC Berserkly trained undergrad and law school appointed by, drum roll please...Obambi, ruled against Trump. And after the Supreme Joke (such a joke the inferior court black robed activist ignore it), rule that the administration can deport these people. One wonders if the Court Jesters on the Supreme Joke even know their own inferior court jesters are giving them the finger?

Where are the due process rights of American citizens in this district court ruling? Why elevate potential harm to illegal immigrants from a communist country, and our democrat party's flaunting of our immigration laws over the real harm being done to American citizens?

Looks like that District Court Judge effectively told the US Supreme Court where they could put their ruling?

Re #5. No. They are setting traps for Trump to step over the line so they can impeach him. There are other ways. The Democrat Party committed crimes that make Watergate look like a kid stealing candy They moved too far left and they are reaping the results of their blatant lies..Old Joe is sharp as a tack, Old Joe just used the auto-pen only so he wouldn't get a cramp in his hand, the pardons for Hunter and the other criminals were just fine, if he had run again he would have beaten Trump like a drum, open borders are the right thing to do to get hard-working migrants into the country, Islam is the religion of peace (I know W said that but Joe also (or his politburo vermin)wants millions more here) etc. etc.

The courts think they are so big britches, singing the same tune, boring everybody to death with their illegal takeover of the executive branch. The courts are only planting the seeds of their own demise.

The Supreme Court needs to neuter these pipsqueek communist "judges" in, and Roberts needs to grow a pair! (I wonder what "somebody" on the dark side has on him!)

The Supreme Court needs to fix this or step aside permanently. The activist judges are not on America's side and should be ignored or forced to get real jobs. KBJ and the Wide Latina are no smarter, actually much less intelligent than the average American Patriot. It doesn't take a law degree to know right from wrong.

The country is getting a bad case of judicial whiplash from these conflicting rulings. Whether it is trade, immigration, or tariffs; one day you are blocked. The next day the Appeals Courts says, nope, it's ok. A few days later some other District Judge blocks it again. The Supreme Court just sits back as the country is perked around and John Roberts just says that we need to let the system play out. The system clearly needs some SC intervention immediately!

We've allowed the judiciary to frame their rulings as ongoing attempts to "Get Trump," one way or another. He's mean and nasty and they're trying to save us---so they're heroes, right? That's the LeftThink, anyway.
But, not so fast! Actually, our judiciary is out there resisting and ruling against US, WTP---not Trump. He's just trying to implement the policies the electorate hired him to do---based on the support he received during the election.
Here's an idea: All lawsuits challenging Trump's actions should be amended to replace Trump's name as the Defendant with the names of the 77.3 million people who voted for him---because we are who the judiciary is really ruling against. Make them own it.

"The May 19 Supreme Court judgment affirming Noem’s decision to cancel the 2023 Venezuela TPS designation is “an important inflection point in the ongoing saga of lawless lower court decisions that flout plain law and legislate from the bench,” Jackson said."
This should settle this. No court in Northern CA can go against the Supreme Court. PDJT ignore this lawless court.

We all know that Temporary Protected Status (TPS), is in the eye of the beholder, and of the signatory. Like when Roberta Quimby 's teacher told her to "sit here for the present." Quimby kept asking when she'd get that present.

Once more we have Judicial over reach. One might ask these folks if maybe we should just shut down the Immigration section of the Department of State and just let anybody come in and plunder our country.

Now I see the Biden Scam Formula...Let in anyone from a bad country, then we can't send them back and these crooked Judges are the enforcers. Time for a Full Scale Investigation, there's got to be a crack in this strategy. Otherwise, Trump needs to tell ALL these Judges to Pound Sand as there is NOTHING in Article III of the Constitution that gives these Judges Nationwide Authority!
