Far-right lawmaker Geert Wilders pulled his party out of the ruling four-party Dutch coalition Tuesday in dispute over a crackdown on migration, sparking a political crisis and possibly the end of the 11-month-old government of Prime Minister Dick Schoof. Wilders announced his decision in a message on X after a brief meeting in parliament of leaders of the four parties that make up the fractious administration. The government meltdown comes just three weeks before the Netherlands is scheduled to host a summit of NATO leaders in The Hague and amid global instability. It was unclear what would happen next.

When I was a nursing student decades ago, a doctor friend told me about an interesting case in which he performed a routine yearly checkup on a 12-year-old boy, including blood and urine tests, and to his surprise, this healthy-looking preteen had blood in his urine. The doctor promptly ordered an intravenous pyelogram (IPG) — now in medicine’s dinosaur museum — which revealed that in one of the youngster’s kidneys, the renal medulla — the innermost region — and the renal cortex — the outermost region — were reversed, and as a result, the aberrant kidney took four hours longer to collect and then empty the body of urine.

A “Jew-hater” who protested against Israel on Columbia University’s campus and contemplated setting a student on fire allegedly had a direct link to Hamas’ deadly al-Qassam Brigades militant group, The Post can reveal. Tarek Bazrouk — awaiting trial after being indicted on three federal hate crimes against Jewish people — was “a member of a chat group that received regular updates from Abu Obeida,” the official spokesperson for the brigades, according to allegations in federal documents. The accusation is the first evidence of an agitator receiving information directly from Hamas and taking action during protests on the university campus. Bazrouk, 20, who was not a Columbia student,

The leaders of the Iran-backed Hamas terror group do not seem to be in a rush to end the war with Israel: after all, they and their family members are not living in the Gaza Strip... Hamas's political leaders, billionaires funded by Iran's mullahs and the rulers of Qatar, live in several Arab and Islamic countries, including Qatar, Turkey, Algeria and Lebanon. They and their family members lead luxurious lives in these countries and do not have to worry about lack of food or medicine. Hamas leaders are in no rush to accept any deal because, unlike most of the residents of the Gaza Strip,

As our readers are well aware, President Trump warned California schools last week that they should not allow boys (and one boy in particular) to compete in the girls division at the state track and field championships over the weekend, and that the state could lose federal funding to its schools if this warning wasn't heeded. That boy, AB Hernandez, still competed, and won titles in a couple of events. Though the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), the state's high school sports governing board, amended its Bylaw 300.D (which mandates that boys who identify as girls be allowed to compete as a girl) for this meet through a "pilot program"

It’s always refreshing when history’s most ironic voices pop up for a cameo. Yes, THAT Bill Clinton. The same man who gave us Monica cigars, blue dresses, and a long-running debate about what the definition of “is” is. Now, he wants to warn us about dignity, responsibility, and preserving the moral fabric of our republic. What’s next? Is Alec Baldwin teaching gun safety? Like a washed-up frontman from a ‘90s boy band schooling today’s stars on stage presence, Bill Clinton has returned to the spotlight with a hot take: Joe Biden was a good president, and Donald Trump is destroying America’s legacy.

Border czar Tom Homan warned Monday that he’s “convinced” the US will suffer a major terrorist attack as a direct result of former President Joe Biden’s immigration and border policies. “It’s coming,” Homan said of the possibility of a 9/11-style attack conducted by migrants who illegally snuck across the southern border under Biden. The roughly 2 million so-called “gotaway” migrants whom Border Patrol agents never apprehended during the previous administration concern Homan more than the drug smuggling or sex trafficking that took place on the US-Mexico boundary during Biden’s only term in office, he told Fox News host Sean Hannity.

Conservative Karol Nawrocki won Poland’s weekend presidential runoff election, according to the final vote count on Monday. Nawrocki won 50.89% of votes in a very tight race against liberal Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski, who received 49.11%. The race had Poland on edge since a first round of voting two weeks earlier, revealing deep divisions in the country along the eastern flank of NATO and the European Union. An early exit poll released Sunday evening suggested Trzaskowski was headed to victory before updated polling began to reverse the picture a couple of hours later.

Ukraine has launched a “large-scale” drone attack against Russian military bombers in Siberia, striking more than 40 warplanes thousands of kilometres from its own territory, a security official said. The claims could not be independently verified. But if confirmed, the attacks would mark Ukraine’s most damaging drone strike of the war to date, amid an escalation in cross-border incursions before planned peace talks in Istanbul on Monday. Ukrainian security services are carrying out a large-scale special operation aimed at destroying enemy bombers far from the front, in Russia,” the official was quoted by Agence France-Presse as saying, adding a fire had broken out at the targeted Belaya airbase.

The war in Gaza continues, and Trump’s favored negotiator Steve Witkoff expressed his frustration Saturday with Hamas’ intransigence in ongoing negotiations, but never fear: the governments of France and Saudi Arabia are rushing in to save the day. They’re planning to come to New York City, which is an odd choice of venue, as it is neither in France nor Saudi Arabia, next month in order to establish that entity that all too many people still fondly assume will bring a definitive end to the jihad against Israel: a Palestinian state. 4:56 The federal government cannot invalidate immigration documents that allow roughly 5,000 Venezuelan nationals living in the United States to remain in the country until October 2026, a federal court in California ruled on May 30. In February, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem terminated Venezuela’s 2023 designation for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), a temporary immigration status granted when foreign nationals cannot return to their home countries because of safety concerns, such as ongoing armed conflict, environmental disasters, or epidemics. A TPS designation protects individuals from deportation and allows them to apply for authorization to work in the United States.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy threatened Wednesday to pull federal grants for California’s High-Speed Rail Authority after it spent nearly $7 billion in taxpayer funds over a decade and a half without laying a single foot of track. In a more than 300-page report, Duffy detailed the missed deadlines and stretched budget for the long-running project — and gave the Golden State’s high-speed rail office 37 days to respond or lose out on around $4 billion in grants. “This report exposes a cold, hard truth: CHSRA has no viable path to complete this project on time or on budget,” he said.

The Republican megabill to codify President Donald Trump’s domestic policy agenda would add $2.4 trillion to the national debt over the next decade, according to an analysis from the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office. The CBO estimates the “Big, Beautiful Bill” would lower tax revenues by $3.7 trillion and cut spending $1.3 trillion, creating $2.4 trillion in new debt. The non-partisan analysis factors in last minute changes to the House Republican version of the bill, including stricter Medicaid work requirements and a higher State and Local Tax Deduction (SALT), a top demand for New York lawmakers.

Add those to others across the world and the total exceeds a grand. “The rejections keep coming,” says Bryce. “Since the beginning of May,
