A growing number of Democrats are arguing that members of their party need to reconsider their use of certain left-wing words and phrases if they want to better connect with voters they lost in the 2024 election cycle, The Washington Post reported on Tuesday.
Some members of the Democratic Party are raising concerns that many of their candidates have become too reliant on using elite-sounding phrases, which they claim is a type of language that could isolate working-class voters, according to the Washington Post. The article cites examples of left-wing words and phrases often used by Democrats, such as “oligarchs,” “equity,” “justice-involved populations” and “intersectionality.”

Professors…would that be like the knowledgeable professors of the old days or the airhead activist professor of today?

They STILL don't get it. They think it's a matter of using the right words. It's not. It's a matter of the right ideas, the right platform, the right morality, the right notion of what America is and isn't. What is wrong with these morons?

This is the Dems' echo chamber problem. They only associate with people who think like them and agree with them on all points. They're liberal because they rely on emotion; they can't think about things in a logical way. It makes them feel good to say they are the smartest people around, so they never question it. They are the smartest people around, because that's what they tell each other.

Here's part of the problem. The dems can't even admit that they just sound stupid. (Some women have penises.) They have to be professors sounding stupid. They have such a conceited attitude about themselves that it is nauseating. They will always believe that WE are the problem and not them. If we would just admit their superiority then the problem would magically go away. We are rubes, deplorables, non college educated (not true as I know boatloads of educated conservatives), the lowest of the low. I am sure they shutter at the thought of having to touch one of us. This is just a game to them but they will make an attempt to play it. They will continue to lie and try to yank our chains to make us see that they are superior so just follow them for our own good. Sit back, relax, pop out those babies, go coon hunting, chaw on that tobacci and get the still ginned up. Oh and vote D because they get you. Dishonest liars to the core.

Most professors would actually know what the terms mean and how to use them. Hearing politicians use words like that reminds me of watching stsrlet / supermodel wannabes try to handle a rifle or swing a tennis racket.

In a nutshell they're clueless. They believe the problem is not with the policies they support but with the words they speak. More of "our message is the problem". No, it really isn't but if that's what they believe then let 'em believe it.

They use made up phrases with made up words. My grasp of vocabulary is better than your average bear, and half the crap that they spout meaningless to me . More often than not, they use words or phrases to disguise what they really mean. What I've learned is that half the Schiff that they spout is a lie and the other half is exaggerated.
A Democrat will whiz or your leg and insist that it was unanticipated golden precipitation, for which you should be grateful and even pony up your fair share.

Translation: Republicans aren't as smart as democrats so we need to dumb down our words so they will like us. There is a lot of 'MAGA are stupid' remarks lately. It's kind of pathetic. They really believe they are superior to conservatives. If they only knew......

Democrats keep thinking they can succeed by changing their language. They can put any shade of lipstick on their pernicious, evil philosophy they like; it's still the same ugly pig.

I was having a nice conversation with a guy at a function. We had a lot in common. Same religion, both married with kids and we both had blue collar jobs. Then he goes on a Trump tirade and my comment was "Neither one of us has the power to decide any of this, so why get excited?". He got even more worked up and came up with "Walls don't work!". My comment was "Certainly they do."
He fell apart and stomped off. Havent seen him since.

The dims new behavior schtick reminds me of algore who tried this schtick before when he wanted to be president. Sometimes algore sounded like the religious Al. Other times, he sounded like the thoughtful Al. Still other times, he sounded like the logical Al. And yet still other times, he sounded like the internet Al. And even yet still other times he sounded like the inquisitive, scholarly, and climate change Al.
Nice try, dims. But give it up. You have no more cards to play. Even the sheep are on to your fakery.

Republicans are bad
They are after your Social Security
They are after your Medicare
They only want tax breaks for their wealthy friends
You know, the same lies we have been telling for the last 60 years.

Perhaps it is time for Antifa to turn their anger towards the Dem elites. Pallets of bricks can be delivered to certain home addresses if need be.

Stop using the words - -
NAZI, authoritarian, and totalitarian.
They do know what they mean and their policies demonstrate that they are all three.
