The federal government will pay the family of Ashli Babbitt $5 million for her wrongful death at the hands of a police officer during the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the US Capitol Building. This comes after the news broke that the White House had reached an undisclosed settlement as a result of a lawsuit the family filed against the federal government in 2024. GOP Congresswoman Nancy Mace on Wednesday filed a resolution to expel Rep. LaMonica McIver after the Justice Department charged the Democrat with assaulting and impeding ICE agents.
Mace referenced the expulsion of GOP Rep. George Santos in her resolution.
“Mace’s resolution notes that the House has already set precedent for expelling Members charged, but not yet convicted, of serious criminal offenses, citing the expulsion of former Representative George Santos in 2023,” the press release said.
The White House called out “far-left activist” Massachusetts Judge Brian Murphy in a press release Wednesday after he ruled the administration cannot deport violent criminal aliens.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Biden-appointed US District Judge Brian Murphy said the Trump Administration violated his court order when it deported seven illegal aliens to South Sudan. He said they failed to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.

Well, my my my. The Washington DC establishment sure seems determined to distance itself from the obvious media and political cover-up of the past four years. The United States officially accepted a luxury jet to use as Air Force One from Qatar, the Department of Defense confirmed to ABC News on Wednesday.
