Hillary Clinton does not have a reputation for honesty. Indeed, ever since she burst onto the political scene, the one guarantee with Hillary was that you couldn’t trust her. Whole articles have been published about the whoppers she’s told over the decades (see, e.g., here and here). One thing, though, that’s always seemed to be true is her claim to have graduated from Yale Law School. After hearing her latest pronouncement, though, I must admit to having my doubts about that statement, too. One of the things that’s pretty clear in the United States Constitution, which has traditionally been part of the curriculum at American law schools

Hundreds of Indian and Chinese college-graduate migrants in the United States have been fired from white-collar jobs in California, Washington, DC, and elsewhere,
But the migrants are pushing back with lawyers, complaints in the Indian media, and pleas to Indian-origin members of Congress.
Some are losing their jobs at Apple and the Federal National Mortgage Association, commonly known as Fannie Mae.
More are losing jobs because the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has deleted their visas or their names from a federal database — dubbed SEVIS — that allows migrants to get work permits after enrolling in U.S. colleges. Their entries and work permits are being deleted from SEVIS

A Democrat in the House of Representatives' progressive "Squad" is arguing that the Trump administration could soon jail people in the U.S. for a variety of non-criminal reasons, seemingly regardless of their legal status.
Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., made the comments after visiting college students Rumeysa Ozturk and Mahmoud Khalil. Both are being held at an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility after being accused of espousing pro-Hamas beliefs. Neither are U.S. citizens, though both are in the country legally; Khalil is a legal permanent resident, and Ozturk is on a student visa.

Another portrait of President Donald Trump is going up in the White House, and its position is tickling social media users. The art, which features a photo of a steely-eyed Trump with stars and stripes imposed over his face, is snuggled between two portraits of former First Ladies Laura Bush and Hillary Clinton. It is located outside the East Wing, where First Lady Melania Trump has her offices. It is also in a central location where visitors pass through during their tours of the White House. It is also the same artwork that Trump features in his Truth Social profile picture.

Disney+’s acclaimed Andor has stretched the creative boundaries of Star Wars in countless ways, bringing a grown-up sensibility to a galaxy far, far away.
Yet even by Andor standards, a scene from the second season is leaving fans shocked: An Imperial officer tries to violently rape a Rebel fugitive, Bix Caleen (Adria Arjona), who is hiding out in a farming settlement while Imperial troops are rounding up “undocumented” citizens (read some sample reactions below). The sequence plays out over the course of the show’s third episode (the first three episodes were released all at once on Tuesday) with the officer’s flirtation with Bix turning growing increasingly persistent and eventually

Democrat consultants are warning Democrats that they are taking a massive political risk by defending an illegal alien deported to El Salvador after being accused of MS-13 gang membership, domestic violence, and human trafficking.
Last month, the Trump administration deported 29-year-old Kilmar Abrego Garcia — an illegal alien from El Salvador who had been arrested in 2019 and accused by the Prince George’s County Police Department of being a member of the violent MS-13 gang.
Federal immigration judges likewise believed Abrego Garcia was a member of MS-13 after a reliable criminal informant confirmed the illegal alien’s rank within the gang.

A 50-year-old career criminal learned the hard way this month that trying to rape elderly women in the Bronx can get you beat — beat bad.
Oswaldo Ramos, a career criminal with 19 prior arrests, approached a 70-year-old Bronx woman around 1:00 pm last Friday evening and then tried to rape her before fleeing on foot, according to the New York Post.
But he made one vital mistake. He allowed himself to be captured by a surveillance camera trying to put his pants back on after the attempted rape. After the police released the footage to the public, it was go time.
“Enraged locals” reportedly spotted him nearby the next day

The story of Peanut the Squirrel took the Internet by storm after he and his buddy, Fred the Raccoon, were unceremoniously whacked by the government.
Judicial Watch used the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) to receive 163 pages from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, which shows that the group intended to “euthanize a squirrel named ‘Peanut’ and a raccoon named ‘Fred’ before they were seized from Pine City, NY, resident Mark Longo,” the outlet reported.
The premeditated assassination of a squirrel might seem like a ridiculous use of government resources, but it is New York after all.

“A number of judges have seemingly adopted a constitutional meta-principle: what a past President did, President Trump may not undo.”
So wrote Harvard Law professor and constitutional scholar Adrian Vermeule on Friday after a district-court judge issued yet another lawless nationwide injunction meant to handcuff Trump and halt his agenda.
It’s a criticism the Supreme Court, and particularly Chief Justice John Roberts, must take to heart.
One of the hallmarks of Roberts’ term has been an overweening desire to guard the judicial branch’s “legitimacy.”
But Roberts seems oblivious to the fact that the biggest threat to the courts’ legitimacy come from the courts themselves —

When now-Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson stated in her confirmation hearing that she couldn't define what a "woman" is, that probably should have been treated as a bit of a red flag. That would have required the Senate to have any sense of shame, though, and we all know that's long been in short supply. Since joining the Supreme Court, Jackson has become perhaps the most reliable left-wing vote on the court. There is no level of partisanship she won't stoop to in order to defend a Democrat viewpoint, and that was on display again in recent oral arguments surrounding parental rights.

Such is the case for many children and adults who receive their nutrition through a gastrostomy tube (G-Tube). As if these patients don't have enough to deal with—feeding and swallowing disorders, brain injuries, metabolic and genetic disorders, etc.—they're more often than not pumped full of corn syrup, highly processed carbs, seed oils, and various chemicals found in products like PediaSure. In fact, most nutritionists and gastroenterologists recommend these unhealthy formulas, even though there are excellent real-food alternatives without all the chemicals.

By cutting off the illegal labor pipeline, we’ve created upward pressure on wages at the lower end of the income scale—without needing to legislate a minimum wage hike. Legal employment also increases tax revenue without raising taxes. Workers on the books pay income tax, and both employers and employees contribute to Social Security and Medicare. This strengthens the system for everyone, especially retirees,

Yvette Cooper, the home secretary of the British Labour Party, ordered the publication of migrant crime statistics by nationality, The Telegraph reported.
The Home Office will release official “league tables” of crimes committed by foreign nationals residing in the UK, including those awaiting deportation, according to the outlet. The decision will mark the first time the British government has provided a comprehensive breakdown of foreign criminality, with the public previously only having access to unofficial migrant crime statistics.
“Not only are we deporting foreign criminals at a rate never seen when Chris Philip and Robert Jenrick were in charge at the Home Office, but we will also be publishing far more information

So an unhinged leftist goes through downtown Minneapolis, casually walking his dog and keying Teslas as if it’s a hobby. Not just one or two vehicles, but six Teslas, to be exact, with damage totaling more than $20,000. Caught red-handed on video, arrested by police, and unequivocally identified as 33-year-old Dylan Adams, a state employee no less.
Seems like a slam-dunk criminal case, right? Wrong. Instead of holding him accountable, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty decided to give him a pass.
Yes, you read that right. The man caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage, but rather than face criminal charges, Adams gets the warm embrace of “diversion.”

A crew exploring the USS Yorktown shipwreck made an unexpected discovery when they located a mysterious Ford automobile among the wreckage over the weekend, officials said.
The faint outline of a suspected 1940-41 black Ford Super Deluxe “Woody” was found Saturday by a remotely operated vehicle in the hangar deck of the historic World War II aircraft carrier that sank during the Battle of Midway in 1942, according to the NOAA Ocean Exploration.
Further exploration the following day showed the car upright with part of its license plate reading, “SHIP SERVICE __ NAVY” and the windshield still intact about three miles below the surface.

Democrats have been in disarray, sniping at each other and trying to figure out how to dig out from under how badly the American people rejected them in November and their low approval ratings. Historically, they've always been able to count on some support from young voters.

[T]he 50th Harvard Youth Poll indicates that approval ratings for Democrats in Congress among Americans aged 18-29 have nosedived.

The Trump administration is considering how it might encourage more Americans to have children, and progressives aren’t happy about it. This means they have to throw every argument – no matter how silly – against the initiative. Can you believe it? The Democrats, once the supposed champions of the working class, have exposed themselves as nothing more than elitist snobs who couldn't care less about real Americans. Recent polling has confirmed what conservatives have known all along: the Democratic Party is now the domain of overeducated, snobby, wealthy liberals who look down on anyone who doesn't share their "enlightened" worldview.
Remember when Democrats at least pretended to care about the working class? Those days are long gone, replaced by a woke agenda that caters to the most unhinged elements of society. Now, they're more interested in slobbering over MS-13 gangbangers than addressing the real concerns of everyday Americans.

“We’re putting up a beautiful, almost 100-foot-tall American flag on this side and another one on the other side, two flags, top of the line,” he later told reporters outside the White House.

And when you watch the latest chapter of this saga — the love affair between Democratic politicians and MS-13 gangsters — you almost can’t avoid asking what the political left has against our country, and why it is so

Should sitting judges — especially the controversial James Boasberg and Tanya Chutkan — be able to tell the president what other judges he can appoint? Of course not. But under the current system for selecting D.C.’s local judges, that’s exactly what happens.
It’s bad enough that those challenging Trump administration policies have sought to bring their cases before D.C. federal judges like those mentioned above, who they believe will be inclined to rule against the administration — especially on hot button issues like abortion, immigration, government spending, and trans-identifying individuals in the military, just to name a few. But what’s worse is that those same judges have been empowered

The Tennessee Star on Tuesday obtained the final deportation order issued by former U.S. Immigration Judge David M. Jones in 2019, which also granted “withholding of removal” relief, showing the judge appeared to prohibit immigration authorities from deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Guatemala, not to El Salvador, where he was born and remains a citizen.
According to the order, Abrego Garcia was given a Notice to Appear (NTA) on March 29, 2019, after the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) alleged that he is not a citizen of the United States, but instead “a native and citizen of El Salvador,”

A group of Democratic congressional reps traveled to Louisiana to visit Mahmoud Khalil and Rümeysa Öztürk in a pair of federal detention centers on Tuesday as both face potential removal from the United States.
Five lawmakers — including Rep. Troy Carter, of Louisiana; Rep. Bennie Thompson, of Mississippi; and Reps. Ayanna Pressley, Jim McGovern and Sen. Ed Markey, all of Massachusetts — stopped by a federal Immigration of Customs Enforcement facility in Jena to see Khalil and then traveled to Basile, where Öztürk is detained, CNN reported.

Colombian President Gustavo Petro revealed Tuesday that he believes the Trump administration has revoked his travel visa to the US.
Petro, who earlier this year caved to pressure from President Trump to accept deported migrants, made the claim during a Cabinet meeting in Bogota, as he explained why he couldn’t participate in spring meetings hosted by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington, DC.
“I can no longer go because I believe they took away my visa,” Petro said.

The Department of Health and Human Services will hand out over $20 million in “diversity” grants this year aimed at increasing the number of minority nurses, even as the Trump administration has sought to crack down on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The purpose of the initiative, known as the Nursing Workforce Diversity (NWP) Program, is to “increase nursing education opportunities for individuals who are from disadvantaged backgrounds (including racial and ethnic minorities underrepresented among registered nurses).” It is administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration, an agency of HHS, and has distributed nearly $200 million in grants since 2008.

Carved into the stone of the Black Hills of South Dakota, four faces look down upon this great nation: George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, and Theodore Roosevelt. Four American heroes, revered, respected, and representing the noblest aspirations of the American people.
The gentleman farmer-turned-general who took down the most powerful army in the world, then shepherded the newborn nation through its infancy.
The folksy woodsman who freed a race of people and ensured the United States would move forward as one.

Over the past two decades, a reclusive Swiss billionaire has poured more than $800 million into left-wing causes across America, and now states are fighting back.
Hansjörg Wyss, 89, a Swiss national with an estimated net worth of roughly five billion dollars, has quietly become one of the most influential donors on the American left. He has spent more than $800 million bankrolling hundreds of left-wing causes across the United States, donating millions to climate change groups, abortion activists, and the Clinton Foundation.
Information about him is sparse, but his sister once wrote that Wyss seeks to “(re)interpret the American Constitution in the light of progressive politics.”

Minnesota attorney general Keith Ellison was not aware of a federal investigation into the sprawling Feeding Our Future fraud scheme when he took a friendly meeting with its perpetrators in December 2021, he said in a Star Tribune op-ed. His defense flatly contradicts a statement his office released months after the meeting crediting him with working "for two solid years" to "hold Feeding Our Future accountable," including by assisting the investigation in its early stages.
Ellison has faced scrutiny from Republican lawmakers after a conservative think tank in the state, the Center of the American Experiment, released an audio recording of the meeting, during which Ellison told the fraudsters

Conservative Christians have flooded social media with support for Cardinal Robert Sarah to succeed the late Pope Francis because of his strong traditionalist stands on sexuality and church doctrine as well as his opposition to mass immigration and Islamism.
Why It Matters
The rising profile of the African cardinal, 79, comes at a time of ideological division within Catholicism, as the Church grapples with questions of modernity, sexual identity, and religious pluralism, and also as more right wing political movements in Europe and elsewhere have challenged what they see as the orthodoxy of a liberal global elite.
Unlike Pope Francis—who often leaned into progressive stances on social justice and inclusion—
