Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head Elon Musk and seven members of the team shed light on the department's cost-cutting mission in an exclusive sit-down interview with "Special Report" Thursday. [Snip] Musk, along with DOGE members Steve Davis, Joe Gebbia, Aram Moghaddassi, Brad Smith, Anthony Armstrong, Tom Krause and Tyler Hassen, added a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the department’s work from the Internal Revenue Source to the Interior Department to Social Security. "This is a revolution. And I think it might be the biggest revolution in government since the original revolution. But at the end of the day, America's going to be in much better shape," he said.

Comments:

A trusted and treasured family member highly recommended finding/watching this Bret Bair DOGE interview for an insight into the brilliance and patriotism exhibited by Mr. Musk and the DOGE team. ~ As of March 27, 2025, DOGE reportedly “has saved Americans $130 billion, or $807.45 per taxpayer.” Mr. Musk poined out that “when critics attack DOGE, they never attack any of the specifics.” They accuse DOGE of somehow doing something unconstitutional or illegal but they cannot point to any line of cost savings they disagree with. He went on to say DOGE is keeping Congress informed.

This interview with Musk and some of his DOGE team by Bret Baier of Fox News is a Must See. Frankly, it's the single most informative and perhaps most important news show I've seen in my entire lifetime. It completely rebuts all the hysterical lies of the Democrats about what they are doing and why they are doing it. These people are genuine heroes and American patriots. They are literally saving our country from complete financial disaster. And they are doing it as volunteers. It is totally incomprehensible to think anyone who genuinely loves this country would try to stop their heroic effort. And if anyone does, it can only be because they have a vested interest in perpetuating the incredible waste and fraud that this team is uncovering. Go, DOGE, go!

Those who perpetrate the incredible waste created it and are the beneficiaries, whether by direct payment, kickback or money laundering. Democrats, NGOs and lifetime members of the Deep Swamp. Naturally they will fight and scratch to keep it going. To them, it is not graft, it is entitlement.

There are many passages in Scripture, most notably in Proverbs, but other Books as well, which describe the wicked, the corrupt, and also evil men. All of them apply to Congress and our bureaucratic state. Corrupt Politicians & Bureaucrats heed Proverbs 5:22 - His own wrongdoings will trap the wicked, And he will be held by the ropes of his sin. Practitioners of Lawfare heed Isaiah 10:1-2 - "Woe to those who enact unjust statutes and issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of fair treatment and withhold justice from the oppressed of My people."

This was an excellent interview with the DOGE team. It certainly dispels they myth that DOGE is run by a bunch of 20 year olds in hoodies. A group of intelligent business people (well over 20) very clearly destroyed the Democrat and media lies and myths about DOGE. I am more confident in DOGE after this interview.

The part of the interview with the DOGE team that was shocking was about the Social Security fraud. People would call in and say they were the recipients of social security and change the address of where their social security checks were going. This happened 40%+ of the time!!! Almost half of the call ins to social security were fraud calls. Imagine that! That's a lot of money being stolen from the Social Security. Millions people? or Billions?

Great interview. I am glad Bair asked all of those what if or what about questions because Elon Musk and his tech support men answered the questions beautifully and showed exactly what they are finding out re: the waste, fraud, and abuse. The interview showed how much they all care about America and are trying to save it. Of course the ones who disagree are the ones who have been the ones who have benefited from the fraud and know the gravy train is slowing down and stopping. They can't handle that and losing their control.

Tune in for Part 2 of the Elon Musk interview on "Special Report," Friday at 6 p.m. ET on Fox News Channel. He claims that rhetoric from Democratic leaders, especially those opposed to DOGE and his involvement, has fueled anger against Tesla and its supporters. "They are being fed propaganda by the far left, and they believe it," Musk said.

On March 7, I argued in The Federalist that President Donald Trump should ignore a Supreme Court that would allow lower courts to refuse to uphold the Constitution and instead encroach on executive authority.
