"This is a revolution. And I think it might be the biggest revolution in government since the original revolution. But at the end of the day, America's going to be in much better shape," he said.

A Greenlandic tourism business which was due to host Usha Vance has canceled the trip amid the Trump administration's 'underlying agenda' for the visit. The Atlantic's editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg refused to reveal the status of the phone he was using when the Trump Administration added him to a top secret war plans group text. [Snip] He also told Darcy he was not concerned about retaliation from federal authorities for publishing some of the messages. [Snip] ...he is considering releasing more of the group chat messages. 'My colleagues and I and the people who are giving us advice on this have some interesting conversations to have about this,' Goldberg told Tim Miller on the Bulwark Podcast. 'But just because they're irresponsible with material, doesn't mean that I'm going to be irresponsible.'

President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order requiring people to provide proof of American citizenship when they register to vote and demanding that all ballots be reviewed by Election Day. The order requires government-issued proof of U.S. citizenship on its voter registration forms, directs the attorney general to enter into information-sharing agreements with state election officials to identify cases of election fraud or other election law violations and conditions federal election-related funds on states complying with federal election integrity measures. [Snip] Documentary proof of citizenship includes a U.S. passport, a REAL ID or military, state or federally-issued identification indicating American citizenship.

Democratic California Rep. Maxine Waters suggested President Donald Trump should investigate and potentially deport first lady Melania Trump during an anti-DOGE protest in Los Angeles over the weekend. "When he [Trump] talks about birthright, and he's going to undo the fact that the Constitution allows those who are born here, even if the parents are undocumented, they have a right to stay in America. If he wants to start looking so closely to find those who were born here and their parents were undocumented, maybe he ought to first look at Melania,"

On March 7, I argued in The Federalist that President Donald Trump should ignore a Supreme Court that would allow lower courts to refuse to uphold the Constitution and instead encroach on executive authority. [Snip] They do not check executive power--they seize it, substituting judicial preference for the president’s constitutional role. Article II gives Trump, not judges, authority over federal agencies and the military. [Snip] If Congress will not curb this overreach through impeachment--and with a divided Senate it likely cannot--the president must step in. [Snip] The American people expect Trump to do the job he promised. In an unprecedented fashion, he is doing just that.

[Snip] "We will prosecute you," the attorney general warned. "We have an internal task force now working with every agency sitting here at this table. And if you've committed fraud, we're coming after you. Thank you, Elon." Bondi also mentioned that, under Trump's directive, the Department of Justice (DOJ) will begin seeking the death penalty for those convicted of violent crimes.

Ohio could become the next state to protect children from obscene content online if legislation introduced last month becomes law. “We’re just trying to protect kids who are in the state of Ohio from adult content and the prevalence of obscene material in our society,”... House Bill 84, or the Innocence Act, would compel platforms to verify users are age 18 or older... [Snip] But the bill has found a powerful enemy. The so-called Free Speech Coalition, the “trade association for the adult industry” whose board is composed of porn executives, has targeted this measure. The FSC Action Center features a page tracking the bill among others it opposes.

FIRST ON FOX: The House Judiciary Committee is expected to hold a hearing early next week looking into the issue of "activist judges," three people familiar with discussions told Fox News Digital. [Snip] House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, also confirmed on Fox News' "America's Newsroom" that he intended to hold hearings on "activist judges" opposing the administration. He said he expects a House-wide vote next week on a bill...to block district judges from issuing nationwide injunctions. [Snip] ...House leaders were wary of the impeachment route given the intense political maneuvering such a measure would take--only for it to likely die in the Senate.

Judge James Boasberg issued an oral order demanding that planes carrying Venezuelan gang members, who were not even a party to the lawsuit before him and over which he did not have jurisdiction, be turned around in international airspace. Boasberg is now infuriated that his mere utterance, not even set down in writing, was not immediately obeyed. Democrats and their media have taken to crying that any disobedience of Boasberg, who was appointed by Barack Obama to apparently rule not only the entire country, but the planet and all its airspace, is a “threat to democracy” and a violation of checks and balances.

Democrats have pushed back after Elon Musk claimed that social security operates like a "Ponzi scheme" as he continues to argue for cuts to the federal bureaucracy, but one expert tells Fox News Digital that Musk is on track with his criticism of the agency.
"Musk’s statement about Social Security being the world's biggest Ponzi scheme does have validity," James Agresti, president of the nonprofit research institute Just Facts,... [Snip] "What it does is, it transfers money when we are young and working and paying into Social Security taxes,"... "That money, the vast bulk of it, goes immediately out the door to people who are currently receiving benefits.
