Venezuela announced Saturday it had reached an agreement with Washington to accept additional deportation flights from the United States, one week after more than 200 Venezuelans accused of being gang members were sent to El Salvador.
The flights were suspended last month when US President Donald Trump claimed Venezuela had not lived up to its promises, and Caracas subsequently said it would no longer accept the flights.
But then Washington deported 238 Venezuelans accused of belonging to the Tren de Aragua gang, which Trump has designated a foreign terrorist organization, to a maximum-security prison in El Salvador, a move deeply criticized by Caracas.

Australian universities are crying foul after the Trump administration asks questions that put $386 million in research grants in jeopardy. The bone of contention was a questionnaire sent to Australian grant recipients asking if the institution had "ties to communist or socialist parties, receive funding from China and it only recognises male and female sexes." The grants were frozen in January, shortly after President Trump was inaugurated, but were unfrozen at some time thereafter. This new round of questions is the second time the universities were queried, but this time, it has their attention.

The only thing Chuck Schumer knows about antisemitism is how to spread it. Since the Hamas attack on Israel two October ago, Schumer — the senior senator from New York — has systematically ignored the rapid rise of Jew-hatred across America and obstructed any attempt to mitigate it.
Oh, but don’t worry — his new book, “Antisemitism in America: A Warning” will save us!
Thank God for Chuck; without him, Jews would have no idea anything terrible was going on. For someone who is the self-proclaimed “guardian” of the Jewish people (he loves saying that), Schumer sure has a funny way of showing it.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama is surprised that her school lunch program proved to be so controversial.
Obama made the remarks during an appearance this week on the Not Gonna Lie podcast with Kylie Kelce, asserting that her decision to make a difference with school lunches — and her overall “Let’s Move” initiative — was “strategic” in nature.
“I was trying to be strategic about aligning my agenda with something that was important to the West Wing. And I thought, ‘There’s no way that anyone is going to take issue with trying to make school lunches healthier, getting kids more active,'” she said.

WASHINGTON — The dustup over the future of the Democratic Party and how lawmakers should blunt President Donald Trump’s grip on Washington showed little signs of abating this week, with Sen. John Fetterman, of Pennsylvania, still playing a central role.
Former Democratic Congressman Conor Lamb, who finished second to Mr. Fetterman in the state’s 2022 Senate primary, accused the senator on Friday of “collaborating with — rather than fighting” the president and his Republican Party, which controls both chambers of Congress. The Disney Grooming Syndicate’s woke remake of Snow White is already shaping up to be a box office bomb.
This dreadful bastardization of Walt Disney’s 1937 masterpiece starring Rachel Zegler opened on 4,200 screens this weekend, cost $270 million to produce, around another $100 million to promote, and will only open to about $45 million.
For context, Tim Burton’s live-action remake of Dumbo opened to $46 million in 2019 and went on to gross $115 million domestic and $353 million worldwide. It cost $100 million less than Snow White and is not only considered a box office bomb but is, so far, the lowest grosser from this round of Disney live-action remakes.

Europeans and Canadians are all over Twitter, claiming they’re changing their travel plans because it’s supposedly not safe to visit the U.S.
But the truth is, nothing has changed when it comes to safety. As long as they enter the country legally and don’t violate the terms of their visas or residency permits, they’ll be just fine.
The other groundless narrative the media are pushing is that visitors to the U.S. are being detained at the border simply for criticizing President Trump. The claim is that anti-Trump messaging was found on people’s phones. However, if you enter the U.S. legally, through a proper border crossing with valid documents,

The terror attacks on Tesla are despicable, of course, but they can hardly be called surprising. And they should be roundly condemned by both political parties, and indeed, all Americans. But as Robby Starbuck so rightly wrote, “Democrats could condemn terror attacks on Tesla with a simple statement released by the party, and elected Democrats could release individual statements about it but they haven’t done so.” Why? Starbuck continues: “Any decent person would but they REFUSE [his emphasis]. This tells me that they want this domestic terror” (“X” post, 3/19/25).

President Donald Trump made headlines this week by continuing deportation flights of illegal immigrants, including members of the violent Tren de Aragua gang, despite a federal judge’s ruling that attempted to halt the practice. To say that the radical left’s relentless attack on presidential authority has gotten out of hand is an understatement. Activist judges at the district court level have been using nationwide injunctions as weapons to sabotage the Trump administration. While Trump is confident that this will ultimately get sorted by the Supreme Court, something worse may be happening with these rogue judges.
A lot of attention has been focused recently on U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who's attempting to handcuff President Trump's efforts to protect Americans from dangerous foreign criminals. Well, it turns out that this Obama-appointed judicial activist is now trying to lay the groundwork for yet another bogus impeachment attempt.

The mainstream media hasn’t gotten over Trump's 2024 election victory, where he dominated both the electoral college and popular vote while sweeping every swing state. But they're missing the real story: traditionally blue states are showing cracks in their Democratic foundation.
Take New Jersey, for example. The Garden State, which Trump lost by a whopping 16 points in 2020, nearly flipped in 2024. Kamala Harris barely squeaked by with a five-point margin—a seismic shift that has Democrats sweating bullets. And according to recent polling, this wasn't just a one-time scare for the left.

President Trump issued a memo Friday rescinding the security clearances of more than a dozen individuals, including former President Joe Biden and his entire family, former Vice President Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton.
“I have determined that it is no longer in the national interest for the following individuals to access classified information,” Trump wrote in the memo to the heads of executive departments and agencies, before naming those he’s barring from receiving classified information.

Drowning my sorrows in a pint was a great consolation prize for my heartbreak.
But in 2021, I soured on the brand when it announced plans to stop selling its ice cream in what it referred to as the “Occupied Palestinian Territory.”
Its hostility to Israeli policy grew even more poisonous after Oct. 7.
The good news?
Recent pushback by critics — and consumers — prompted B&J’s parent company, Unilever, to respond, just as other companies have been shedding their DEI and woke images.
And that’s major grounds for hope.

For years, the left advanced utter untruths for cheap partisan purposes that it knew at the time were all false.
And now when caught, they just shrug and say they were lying all along.
Once it was known that the first COVID-19 case originated in or near a Chinese communist virology lab engineering gain-of-function deadly viruses — with help from Western agencies — the left went into full persecution mode. They damned as incompetent, racist and conspiratorial any who dared follow logic and evidence to point out that the Chinese government and its military were both culpable for the virus and lying.

President Trump is tearing out the infrastructure of the Democrat party and setting off panic in progressive circles. According to a report in the New York Times, Trump's attacks on Democrat funding, fundraising, organizing, and legal organizations are presenting the Democrats with a threat that only Republicans have encountered in the past.
The report highlights Trump imposing what amounts to economic sanctions on three major Democrat-affiliated law firms — Perkins Coie, Covington & Burlington, and Paul Weiss — via executive orders; see Trump Strips Security Clearance From Law Firm That Helped Hillary's Campaign Fund Debunked Steele Dossier – RedState and Trump's Executive
