In Department of Justice inquiry to Tina
Peters’ case, the question is whether
she is a political prisoner

If an election official was sentenced to nine years in prison, you might assume they had been caught stuffing ballot boxes or rigging results. But, what if they were convicted for preserving election records? That’s the case of Tina Peters, the former Mesa County clerk, whose actions led to a landmark prosecution — one that has now drawn scrutiny from the U.S. Department of Justice. Federal authorities are stepping in to review whether her sentence was excessive and whether her prosecution was influenced politically.

There is no question that she's a political prisoner. How dare she question the absolutely above-board election results. such audacity will not be tolerated by The People Who Must Be Obeyed.

Tina Peters is a political prisoner. The judge in her case is a far left wing activist, and so is the Colorado SOS. I hope Trump finds a way to get her out of jail.

Rotten to the core. This is another case of where justice was not the goal. The state of Colorado was not interested in the truth or validity of the elections. The main point was to preserve the system that produced the desired results. Tina Peters on the other hand viewed her responsibility as overseeing a method that accurately reflected the choice of the voters. Of course that's the reason for preserving voting records to start with -- in case there is a dispute about the outcome they can be re-examined in order to confirm or reject the stated outcome. She should never have been subject to prosecution to start with and the parties who accused her should be in jail.

of course she is. she was jailed for doing her job. she kept proper records. and receipts. that paperwork exposed gruesome grisley. grisley jenna brought in her own team to override and destroy all tina's work /records --so as to substitute her own cheezy efforts to legitimise the vote fraud tina discovered. as furth. er revenge, and as an attack on tina's good reputation, grisley brought in her own team of cops to arrest and cuff tina in a public place. tina's trial ect was wall-to-wall leftists. i cannot remember who said it, but, the saying is: it would be easier to rehabilitate marxifornia than to reclaim colorado. the colo politicians are so hate-filled, they actually allowed bido-bot to send Tren de A gangsters into their state to abuse, steal, and overrun , the local population. sick stuff.

Democrats are deadly serious about keeping their dictatorships. The message is, don't dare look into to our fixed elections, or we will throw you in prison.

At around 0300, on Sunday, 22 December, the Aegis cruiser USS Gettysburg (CG 64) shot down an F/A-18F preparing to land on USS Harry S Truman (CVN 75) while operating in the Red Sea. First, we all need to understand that there is only one man who knows what happened on that day, and that is the commanding officer of Gettysburg.  Gettysburg’s captain knows what happened in terms of the detailed events, unless the failure was the result of identifiable human error, understand why certain things did happen. That level of detail may only be revealed in the post-mortem.

For some years now, I have been tracking globalist initiatives at both ends: at the point where the ideological rounds are chambered and downrange where they affect the lives of millions as public policies.  I’ve also been tracking how USAID, via a series of NGOs, has been running what amounts to a massive human trafficking operation across South America, through Central America, straight up through our borders.  I decided to visit its Cairo office to see how it was responding to Trump’s recent order slashing USAID activities. To call USAID Egypt an office is misleading. It is a military-style compound.

Representative George Santos was expelled from Congress for embellishing his resume and for allegations of misconduct, including the illegal diversion of campaign funds for personal uses. Senator Raphael Warnock (D – GA) was Chairman of a “non-partisan” group that engaged in a massive violation of campaign finance laws in 2018. The “non-partisan” group led by Warnock spent millions of dollars illegally attempting to influence the outcome of the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election If George Santos’ fabulism and misallocation of funds warranted his expulsion, then Senator Raphael Warnock needs to be promptly expelled from Congress too.

To me it was obvious from the start that claims about Donald Trump’s ties to Russia, although pushed intensely and for a very long time by the leftist media, were nothing but a gigantic hoax. Joe Biden was the head of a lucrative crime family – even if the Democratic Party, the legacy media, the CIA, FBI, IRS, Department of Justice and even if 51 high-ranking veterans of intelligence organizations asserted that Hunter Biden’s laptop bore all the marks of Russian disinformation. Seeing through these bald-faced lies wasn’t brain surgery.

The Vietnamese Communist Party has decided to embark on a bold path towards restructuring its state apparatus, following the global trend recently led by other countries. The new plan is inspired by the radical reforms implemented in Argentina by President Javier Milei, which seek to drastically reduce the size of the state and ease the bureaucratic burden. Under the banner of "administrative reform", the Vietnamese government has announced its intention to reduce approximately 20% of government ministries and agencies, as well as the number of public employees.

Western culture has long painted eating bugs as backward and gross. But learned disgust can be overcome — if the conditions are right. After the ninth epidemic of mad cow disease, everyone was already eating insects.said Nai Nai. Nai Nai and Grace squatted in a corner soaking the cocoons in steaming hot water. Grace always liked to stir the paddle, loosening any stray dirt or leaf debris off the floating swaddled worms. It was Nai Nai’s role to take the washed cocoons, and with sharp knife, pluck out the plump meat inside. Clean and quick.

Is there a connection between Castro, Inc. and the fires that are ravaging Los Angeles? Yes, definitely. Karen Bass, the city’s mayor, has not only visited Cuba numerous times while serving in public office here in the U.S., but also volunteered to harvest sugarcane with the Venceremos Brigade organized by Fidel Castro in 1969, which served as a training program for leftist American agitators, spies, and terrorists. And when Fidel Castro died in 2016, she whined loudly about what “a great loss to the Cuban people” the passing of their “commander in chief” was.

As Donald Trump re-enters the White House on a pledge to end national security state overreach, the Federal Bureau of Investigation is still hiding critical details on the Russia conspiracy investigation that engulfed his first term. In response to a Freedom of Information request filed by RealClearInvestigations in August 2022, the FBI on Dec. 31, more than two years later, released a heavily redacted copy of the document that opened an explosive and unprecedented counterintelligence probe of the sitting president as an agent of the Russian government.

Elon Musk has raised eyebrows to DefCon1 with his recent endorsement of the insurgent AfD (“Alternative for Germany”) Party in Germany’s snap election next month, in the pages of DieWelt, one of Germany’s leading newspapers. AfD has a checkered character, but like Marine le Pen in France, it seems the unified front of the established political parties against considering AfD as part of any governing coalition is only helping AfD’s appeal to fed-up German voters (just like endless lawsuits against Trump helped him with many voters). An English translation of Musk’s article is out today. Judge for yourself.

In early 2018, members of the House Intelligence Committee investigating the FBI’s malfeasance in the Russia Collusion hoax met with then Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. Kash Patel, then serving as senior aide to that committee, attended the meeting on behalf of the committee’s chair at the time, California Republican Devin Nunes. Rosenstein had good reason to be worried about that investigation. In early 2017, he signed one of the FISA warrant applications the Justice Department used to spy on Trump campaign figure Carter Page. it was based on false information provided by a subcontractor for the Clinton campaign.

Dozens of media outlets are reporting in unison that Donald Trump cannot stop the U.S. government from awarding birthright citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants. They claim this is the case because the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution requires it. In reality, the legislative history of the 14th Amendment is clear that it only grants birthright citizenship to the children of people who are legally and permanently living in the United States. This does not apply to the children of illegal immigrants, temporary residents, visitors, or tourists.

Crying poor. Hunter Biden has asked a federal judge to drop the laptop hacking lawsuit he slapped against a former Trump White House aide — because he’s “millions of dollars” in debt, “exacerbated” by losing a home in the Los Angeles wildfires, court filings show. The embattled former first son, 55, blamed the recent fires, as well as dwindling sales from his artwork and memoir, for him being plagued by “significant debt” keeping him from “litigating this case” against Garrett Ziegler, according to a motion filed in federal court in California on Wednesday.

During Donald Trump's big speech on Tuesday night, the Democrats proved more than ever that they hate this country and do not wish to see it succeed. They refused to clap for common sense things like lowering taxes and removing dangerous criminals from the streets. Even worse, they failed to applaud for everyone from the mothers of young girls who were brutally murdered to foster dads and foster children. But one of the most disgusting moments of the evening came when they refused to acknowledge a young boy with brain cancer for something that was about as far from partisan as you can get.

The Biden presidency might have been the greatest con job ever perpetrated on the American people. A shocking investigation by the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project has revealed that virtually every document bearing Joe Biden's signature during his presidency was signed by an autopen — except for one. What makes this revelation particularly damning is that the only document confirmed to have Biden's actual signature was his letter announcing his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race. Let that sink in for a moment. Remember when House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) revealed his discussion with Biden when Biden couldn't recall signing the executive order halting LNG exports?

Cairo—The Hamas militant group on Thursday brushed off President Donald Trump’s latest threat and reiterated that it will only free the remaining Israeli hostages in exchange for a lasting ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. From obnoxious booing to childish protest signs to a sitting member of Congress having to be physically removed from the chamber, Democrats turned what should have been a solemn, dignified event into a bad reality show. And for what? To go viral on TikTok? To book a slot on MSNBC to brag about their “resistance”? Nothing was more disgraceful than when my colleagues refused to stand or clap when 13-year-old DJ Daniel, a brain-cancer survivor, was made an honorary Secret Service agent.
