Senate confirms RFK Jr. as Health secretary;
McConnell lone GOP dissenter

Longtime vaccine critic Robert F. Kennedy is now the nation’s top health official, after the Senate Thursday voted almost entirely on party lines to confirm him atop a department of nearly 100,000 employees that run 13 agencies. The 52-48 confirmation vote brings to a close a contentious three-month confirmation fight that served as a significant test of the Republican Party’s loyalty to President Trump. Only Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) cast a GOP vote against Kennedy’s confirmation, after previously bucking his party on Trump’s defense secretary and national intelligence director.

So here is at last is proof positive that we had a communist death democrat, China Mitch McConnell, as the Senate Republican Leader for at least the past decade. No wonder our votes didn’t count. Judging from the visibly swift deterioration of Mitch’s physical health, his contract with Satan selling his soul for wealth and power is about to expire and Ted Kennedy is busily polishing Mitch’s seat in the lowest circle in Hell reserved for traitors. Wonder who else’s contract with devil is about to expire? Pelosi, Waters, Bernie, Schumer?

I am still interested in whather RFKJr is against all vaccines. The Covid vaccines were given Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) because "there was no treatment", a rrequirement for EUA. We knpw that ivermectin was working in other countries ubt there was determination to ignore that and forge ahead with the insjfficiently tested, insufficiently clinically tried vaccines. I remember the Cutter polio vaccine tragedy when many were infected with polio after being given that lab's faulty vaccine. We got by that and I and my children were vaccinated. In our neighborhood six or more adults who were unvaccinated contracted polio and at least three ended up seriosly disabled in motorized chairs. Those of us whose mothers were gutsy enough to buck some public opinion and have us vaccinated as babies managed to avoid smallpox, diptheria, wdhooping cough that were hard on neighbor kids. It is ot a perfect world, but I believe that some vaccines should continue to be used. I am not in favor of Biden type fearporn and EUAs when known remedies exist. Governmental manipulation. Domald Trump is not a fool. He'll be watching RFKJr.

RFK, Jr. is not anti-vax. During his hearing he said all of his children have been vaccinated. He wants to know that the science behind a vaccine is legitimate and well-researched.

The anti-vax thing is for untested vaccines such as the Covid non-vaccine. The Polio vaccine was a true vaccine. It actually worked to prevent one from getting polio. I stood in line when I was young when that vaccine came out along with thousands of others to get my sugar cube with the purple stuff in it. The fear people had of getting polio was real. We had a couple of teenagers at our church who ended up getting polio before the vaccine came out.

I try not to joke about old people because we all will be old on day and by the grace of God will reach out 80s and beyond. That being said poor Mitch doesn't look or sound good. He for health reasons alone should step down as he won't be able to take many more falls. I have an aunt who is also in her 80s and fell coming out of her bathtub last summer. Thankfully she had Life Alert. Also, where is Mitch's wife? My guess is she's in the same mold as Jill Biden. More concerned about riches and power than her husband's welfare. Hopefully I'm wrong but I doubt it.

Everybody keeps harping about Kennedy being against vaccines. He isn't. The COVID shot is not a vaccine it does not contain the flu virus but genetic material to mess with the RNA in one's genes. Their is feedback between RNA and DNA and we don't really know what the long term effects are. One thing for sure. It has caused too many fatal heart attack in our young people. If you don't think that it is bad then take all the COVID shots you want but don't make other people take them

Re #1, except that RFK, Jr. has said repeatedly that he is only for proper testing of vaccines, not against vaccines. This "anti-vax" idea may well apply to the mRNA shots which were NOT a vaccine, and I am against those, too. But listen to what he has said....many times "I am not anti-vaccine, I am pro-science". Many vaccines have not been tested in the way that they are used, lots of them at the same time in very young children.

the Turtle is watering the mud to see if any will stick on bobby, and not himself. afaik, RFK jr is THE expert in this area, by a country mile. iirc, at his hearing he confirmed: he supports the normal vaccines since early days -like the ones HE received. he's not a nutter. that's rubbish dem-famation. he looked at the fraudulent bits. mitch sounds like he is trying to blame the kennedys for his polio, which was the most feared of common and devastating illnesses in children until the salk vax became available en masse in the usa during ...the 50's-60's? you don't have to rely on my info. read rfk jrs books. it's all there. the massive and meticulous footnoting alone are an education. [also read up on naomi wolf. she and her staff joined w/ bannon and his warroom professional volunteers to research and write up the results] sadly, infants, children, and adults died. even worse, afaik, this was often ignored. the cv jab was, in fact, run through all manner of testing. those reports are widely available, if not all happy. the makers knew of consistency and contamination issues. reports came out on integrity, proper testing. standardisation of dosing and side effects were slipshod. basic information and expiry dates were lacking in packaging. reports emerged of doctors and patients receiving little help. this is why respectable research groups were formed, and bobby's work began. the makers refused to acknowledge or investigate or fix the many problems that did come up before, during, and after testing. trials were failed, results were hidden. makers tried to get court orders to classify their results for 50? 75years? that failed. before he 'retired' and scarpered, fauci was called to The Hill-to tell lies and sneer at Dr. Rand Paul, to his face. we saw the hearings. then the dems disingenuously turned tail and blamed Bobby for the lot?? that's insanity, unrelated to vax safety. what cheap tricks and nonsense.

Love was not in the air for illegal immigrants in the United States. The White House posted a Valentine's Day card on social media accounts Friday. It featured President Donald Trump and border czar Tom Homan's faces with a pink background. 'Roses are red, violets are blue, come here illegally and we'll deport you,' the message read. The Valentine - which articulated the Trump administration hardline immigration policy - stood in stark contrast to the candy heart displays former first lady Jill Biden installed on the North Lawn during the last four years.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) ramped up grants for migrants from 2020 to 2024 — which included cash assistance to buy cars, homes and even build credit for startup businesses, according to a shocking watchdog report that found taxpayers were left on the hook for $22.6 billion. HHS’ Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) — which came under fire last year for having lost track of 32,000 migrant kids in the US — handed out the high sum to a host of nonprofits, effectively acting as a “giant magnet” for those crossing the US border and claiming asylum, auditors from the money monitor OpenTheBooks revealed exclusively to The Post.

In the latest video released this week, a tattooed Special Forces fitness trainer performed huge feats of strength in the gym, including deadlifting 500lbs raw. The clip also showed the burly trooper lifting a heavy yoke over his shoulders, before he says to the camera: 'Stronger people are harder to kill.'
