Former Vice President Kamala Harris would be the Democratic front-runner for governor of California if she jumped into the Golden State’s 2026 race to replace term-limited Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), polling shows.
Harris snagged support for a hypothetical gubernatorial bid from nearly 6 in 10 Democratic primary voters in California, 57 percent, according to a survey from Emerson College Polling/Inside California Politics/The Hill.
Former Rep. Katie Porter (D-Calif.), who left the House to mount an unsuccessful Senate bid last year, followed at 9 percent support.
Ex-Speaker of the California State Assembly Antonio Villaraigosa (D) and sitting Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalaki (D) brought in 4 percent each, and another 17

Kamala "HeelsUpOpenBorderCzar" Harris probably has 110% voter approval rating by the many sickos in California. Her husband, Doug "SomewhowIGotTheNannyPregnant" Emhoff is her "soul mate".

It appears that the democrats are incapable of learning from their failures. The question is...could she possibly make California worse than it is...it's a pretty high bar.

What happens when Denmark buys Californistan? Does Kammie run for the role of a Viking Shield Maiden? If She does become Governor, Californistan will really be fubared worse than Brylcream's destructive Governorship.

The first question to ask when reading any poll is: what's "N"? That's the number of people the poll surveyed, and where they're from. In this survey, N was 1,000 registered voters in California. Not "likely" voters. And in a state of 40,000,000 people, 1,000 is a very small number. In other words, this "poll" is useless.
Kamalalala is finished. Who would donate to her campaign after she blew over a billion bucks - and lost?

#8 and #19 ... Sounds like a deal, We get Greenland, they get California, Oregon and Washington. But we have to keep our bases there as well and no tariffs on anything that comes through the Pacific ports. Maybe we need to keep Oregon.
And think about all those Democrat Congresscritters and Senators that will be reapportioned among the remaning states. Most of them will be Republicans in their new states, so that should increase the GOP majority by at least a couple dozen. And Adam Schiff will be Denmark's problem.
Maybe rthat is too much to ask the Danes.

Doubling down on a loser really says a lot about California. I guess I’m not surprised, a state whose politics is nothing more than mumbo jumbo and social gibberish needs a like-minded leader. California has degenerated into nothing more than a national nuisance and a laughing stock. Few outside California take it seriously just like Harris.

CA is the only place where she has a non-zero chance of winning an election.
She may think she is the front runner for 2028, but she is in for a reality check if she runs. The donors will refuse to support her after her campaign ripped them off last time.
