U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said Wednesday there is evidence that North Korea has sent troops to Russia, as South Korea’s spy chief told lawmakers that 3,000 North Korean troops are in the country receiving training on drones and other equipment before being deployed to battlefields in Ukraine.
Speaking to reporters during a visit to Rome, Austin said “What exactly they are doing? Left to be seen. These are things that we need to sort out,” according to a video posted by the Washington Post.

Why would North Korea send troops to Russia? Russia doesn't need them. According to Wikipedia, Russia has approximately 1.5 million active military personnel and 2 million reservists. Would they be there to invade Ukraine? Hardly. Russia doesn't need any help in that conflict. This sounds like more BS from our own government in order to gin up support for our entry into WW3. Our country doesn't need that now or ever.

Why don’t we in the US mind our own business and let the world sort out their own problems? We are no longer the good guys in the world, helping the little guys. Endless wars and conflicts only pick the US taxpayers’ pockets and never achieve a peaceful resolution…ever. (Exception, WW2) Let’s put our efforts into cleaning up our own disastrous mess, and ridding our nation of the enemy within.

Your numbers are all off base, #2. Russia has lost about 700,000 troops killed or wounded so far, and is having trouble filling recruiting quotas. These NorKs would be welcomed cannon fodder to reduce the flow of coffins back home to Russian mothers.
Putin is afraid to order a full mobilization, which would be politically unpopular. Also, contract troops can legally only be used inside the borders of Russia, by law.
This is why Putin wrote a law claiming two SE Ukrainian provinces as "officially part of Russia".....so, contract troops could legally be sent to fight there.

Nice information #5. What a bloody mess it is in Ukraine. I have read the Russians have mobile crematoriums right near the battle fields. Sounds totally gruesome. Now the Russians will have to replace the vodka with soju and beer.

The Russians are buying missles from the Norks.
Norks are there to run them.
More Norks are in the Ukraine in a
"troops for food" exchange.
The floods that hit china didn't just hit China.
The Norks are starving.

Would it be all the stories online talking about it for the last week or the dead North Koreans on Ukraine battle fields?
This guy is smart. I'm glad he's in charge!

"...there is evidence..."
You mean, other than the fact that Putin announced it during a press release?

Farcical! Talk about shoveling excrement onto the mushrooms. And as far as casualties, give me a break. Any numbers are just being dragged out of fundamental orifices just to paper over the complete disaster that is Ukraine and NATO's policy. UK says 465K Russian casualties, Politico 600K Ukraine says 470K and #5 wins with 700K. Z must be doing great, let's give him more of our money.
Rearrange these words into a well-known phrase or saying: "Off Eff!"

Putin wanted more soldiers, North Korea needed some more money. Putin just used his oil money to rent a few thousand extra NK soldiers for his Ukraine adventures. They are expendable and they are probably happy to get out of NK. If Zelensky were smart, he would offer them all asylum in Ukraine if they surrender.

Sounds like a paid vacation for the Norks. I bet they would love to get out of North Korea for a while and see new places and eat new foods. I hope at some point the US quits funding this stupid war so it can end.

Simple: Kim is selling slaves to Putin. This eliminates thousands of mouths he has to feed, puts much needed money in his pocket, and provides Putin with meat to throw at the Ukrainians.

Could be a US disinformation campaign to justify sending billions more to Ukraine.

Looks like Austin is stirring the pot to bring it to a boil....and the red button man is falling into line with the narrative....what does he have to lose...President Trump is on his way and those two boys like each other....Barack HUSSEIN Obama put Austin in the defense slot because he could be controlled ...DEI should stand for Don't Ever Interfere with my plans for global power and control....as obama has proven these almost four nightmare years....

Why would the NORKS send troops to Ukraine? The reasons mentioned above are all reasonable. However, unless a nation has something like the National Training Center out at Ft. Irwin with the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment as the opposition force against which to train, the only way to get invaluable combat experience is to go into combat. The NORKS have never given up on the idea of uniting the Korean peninsula under the rule of the Kims. . . with the use of force if necessary.
