New ‘Transparency’ Act Forces Small
Businesses To Register Personal Data With
Federal Law Enforcement

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is an aggressive domestic program to federally register millions of unsuspecting small business owners under the guise of an “anti-money laundering initiative.” By the end of this year, Americans will be required to hand over their small businesses’ private data — such as owners’ names and home addresses — to the federal government’s law enforcement database, operated by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), housed under the Department of the Treasury. Such small businesses include limited liability companies, corporations, “and any other entities created by the filing of a document with a secretary of state or any similar office in the United States.”

Lawyers & Accountants and including CPAs just roll over on this stuff. Just another oppty to bill the businessman for some busywork from the Feds, or the States, or the Cities, or the Counties (Like Obamacare, like Genders, like Carbon calculations...). No value added, just more $ to do compliance of bull-hockey rules made up at the stroke of a pen by lawyers that permeate US Congress, or State Legislatures & Executive Branches, and Counties, and Cities. Would take 5 years and $10 million to sue in courts to validate the 4A and 5A are being violated here - powers NOT granted to Government by Constitution, but SCOTUS has pursued bull-hockey pointy-head rulings that infringe on ALL of what the Founders created to protect citizens.

The CPA society is out of NY mostly and the NE in general. While mostly conservative outside of the NE and the West Coast, there is little opposition. Note that Trump vetoed and was over-ridden. Probably because of the corruption everyone was seeing from Pelosi and the Biden's Ukraine corruption/bribery using these small entities to launder money. I am waiting to see if the courts overrule this privacy invasion. Most small biz owners I know are doing the same. No filings are done yet.

This qualifies as "transparency" a lot like a fishbowl does. A more accurate name might be "oppression".

This is how they kill small business REGULATIONS. Obama did nothing to prevent the bad slump in his first years. The specter of the great Obama "Affordable (huge joke) Health care Act" and the "Employer Mandate" aspect hanging over every business for almost two years. What an employer had to pay was based on number of people they employed. Everyone shut down hiring. No one wanted to invest in their own companies because they were uncertain of what would hit them in the back end. They were very lean years. My husband's company would not have survived except that the owners dug into their own pockets and kept it afloat. They needed to replace equipment and did not want bank loans added to the burdens. When Trump was elected...officially, they went to the bank got the loans and were able to give the employees bonuses for the first time since 2008, to those who remained loyal through the hard times. Under Trump and his deregulation's the business took off and they went from a business of 5 outlets in Illinois to having 19 offices nationwide. This ACT will do in all of the cash businesses. Like salons, food trucks, etc. they will not escape the eye of one of those 87,000 new hires. If they want to confiscate everything in their bank accounts they can and will. Then the business owner has to prove they are not laundering money. There have already been cases where the IRS took a million dollars and had it for years. The business was exonerated eventually on the laundering charge but the money was not returned. The IRS offered something like $300K to "settle." The government will squash you if they want to and NOTHING can be done about it.

When are we going to get a government transparency act that will disclose the names and actions of all the government bureaucrats, instead of all the smudge outs, non-responses to FOIAl, and no answer to any questions from Congress?

BEIJING — Starting next year, China will raise its retirement age for workers, which is now among the youngest in the world's major economies, in an effort to address its shrinking population and aging work force. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the country's legislature, passed the new policy Friday after a sudden announcement earlier in the week that it was reviewing the measure, state broadcaster CCTV announced. The policy change will be carried out over 15 years, with the retirement age for men raised to 63 years, and for women to 55 or 58 years depending on their jobs.

Harvard University’s anti-Israel tent encampment was temporarily thwarted overnight — by a slew of sprinklers that flooded protesters’ tents – as demonstrations rocked other campuses across the country. Dozens of sleeping protesters who were trying to catch some shuteye were disturbed when the sprinklers suddenly turned on in the middle of the Ivy League’s Cambridge campus. “As protesters spend their first night in the Harvard Yard encampment, the biggest threat to their stay has not come from administrators or Harvard University police officers, but the Yard’s sprinklers,” the Harvard Crimson student-led paper said early Thursday.

A district judge who previously presided over a woman’s capital murder case recommended last week that the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals overturn Melissa Lucio's 2008 conviction after a district attorney’s office admitted that prosecutors withheld evidence from her defense. Decades after a jury sentenced Lucio to death for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter, the Cameron County district attorney and Lucio’s legal team cosigned court filings that found key evidence, which included interviews with Lucio’s other children, was suppressed by prosecutors at the time of the case.

President Biden described the current election cycle as “decency versus lack of decency,” and called former President Trump a “loser” during a campaign stop for Vice President Harris in the swing state of Pennsylvania. “This is the most important election of our lifetime no matter how old or young you are,” Biden told the Pittsburg, Pa. audience members on Saturday. Not a joke, not a hyperbole, not about Democrat or Republican. This is decency versus lack of decency,” Biden declared. “This is about character.” The president added Harris was a “clearer” choice for the position of commander-in-chief. “The choice couldn’t be clearer. The choice couldn’t be more stark,” the president stated.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) said she thinks the Madison Square Garden rally former President Trump is hosting Sunday is a “white flag of surrender.” “I think he’s waving the white flag of surrender,” Hochul said Sunday on MSNBC’s “The Weekend.” He’s coming back to a city that he knows well. He’s comfortable here. Maybe he’d like to sleep in his own bed.” Hochul contrasted Trump’s rally with Vice President Harris’s itinerary. She’s campaigning in the critical battleground state of Pennsylvania. Trump will be going to his “known, familiar” environment, but it won’t serve him on the campaign trail, Hochul argued.

Everyone is wondering what will happen on November 5. Will Trump win the election? Or will the Democrats, aided by their Deep State operatives in the FBI and CIA, manage to “fortify” the election once again? This may surprise you, but I think he’ll win—although that’s not the end of the story, and there’s not necessarily a happy ending. Two months ago, I didn’t think Trump would win. I was confident that the same “cabal” of Deep State cronies Time Magazine wrote about in 2021—the secret junta that really rules America—would never allow Trump to win in a fair election.

Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, recently called Donald Trump a “fascist to the core” and “a wannabe dictator.” That such a senior military leader would feel comfortable saying this about his former boss is remarkable given that similar statements by officers have, in the past, resulted in severe punishment. The U.S. Constitution makes the president—the only democratically elected leader in the chain of command—commander in chief. Military leaders serving under the president owe him both deference and respect, regardless of whether their policy preferences differ.

Vice President Kamala Harris appeared with Michelle Obama on Saturday evening, and things ranged from laughable to psychotic. As RedState reported, the former First Lady ranted and raved about abortion while scolding male voters for not reflexively backing Harris. To say it was tone-deaf would be too kind. I'd instead go with psychotic regarding the following clip. But while Michelle Obama made headlines for being so tone-deaf and demeaning, Harris got noticed for a different reason: She was completely unhinged. Americans should prepare for “unrest’ if former President Donald Trump completes the greatest political comeback in modern American politics, Democrats told the Wall Street Journal on Monday. The potential for Democrats to perpetrate political violence undermines their narrative that Republicans, and especially the America First movement, are a threat to democracy. “I think there’ll be some violence. I think there’ll be workplace fights. There’ll be fights at kids’ birthday parties. I think they’ll be protests and will turn violent,” Mark Halperin recently told Tucker Carlson. Resistance groups, according to the Journal’s Joshua Chaffin and Valerie Bauerlein, believe citizens should be “bracing for unrest” if Trump wins:
