Imane Khelif has won her first bout after Italian opponent Angela Carini abandoned their bout after 46 seconds - with the Algerian boxer cleared to compete in the women's event amid an eligibility row. Carini was punched twice by Khelif in the opening round of their women's welterweight bout in Paris. The blows appeared to knock off the Italian boxer's chin strap, with the fighter moving over to her corner. Carini returned to the centre of the ring and abandoned the bout, leading to Khelif being declared as the winner.

The validity of all Olympics sports is at stake here, and the future looks grim. Most thinking people are simply going to look away, and grieve over the creeping poison that has is establishing a choke hold on the world.

Women, stop participating in this trans farce. Simply refuse en mass to have any part of it. You have the power to put an end to this communist freak show.

No woman boxer should box this man. Forfeit your match and lets this loser win the gold, the IOC will have egg on their face for years. In the 2028 all women boxers should boycott unless they get the IOC to say no biological men.

Ignoring commonsense biological realities will eventually bring back the days of sports having no women. Never expected gender idiocy, I mean gender ideology, to kill Title IX.

The women should tell the Olympic Committee that they concede the Gold Medal to this man and that they will compete against each other for the Silver. The real medal.

The Biden Administration is 100% onboard with this travesty. We know because they have rewritten Title IX to allow men to compete in women's sports, ironically eroding the rights of true women athletes that the original Title IX was designed to protect.

fta...According to feminist website Reduxx, both are thought both are impacted by a Difference of Sexual Development (DSD), a series of medical conditions identified at birth where genitalia is atypical in relation to chromosomes.
Never heard of such a thing. Are they hermaphrodites?

This transvestite beating up a woman in the ring is a perfect "match" with the opening to the Olympics. Don't expect to see any shame coming from the IOC, don't expect this "female" to show any shame, and when one of the real women boxers dies because of this insanity, don't expect anyone to be culpable.
As poster #3 suggested, I think all these women should just forfeit. Everyone knows how much of their time, effort, and soul has gone into training for years, but how else will they end the madness?

#5 is correct. If this woke-trans foolishness continues, it will be the end of women's sports. There will be no need for females to work and train half their lives just to be beaten by a less talented but physically stronger male. Why bother?

No disclosure of height and weight of either boxer. But from observation of the pictures, Imane is about 6 inches taller, and weighs 50 lbs more. It is fraudulent not to publish this information. Imane's bone features are thicker and stronger. This is nonsense. No woman should agree to sports events with men.

66 kilo weight class equates to the men's welterweight division. Let me tell you that welterweight men are plenty strong enough to do a lot of damage. My closest friend was a Golden Gloves boxer in his late 'teens, a welterweight. Dangerous, dangerous lightning fists. Overall, most of the best boxers aren't heavyweights. Think of both Sugar Rays (Robinson and Leonard). Italian boxer Angela Carini, a policewoman in real life, has been boxing for most of her life. She, who went to the Olympics to pay tribute to her father, is probably among the toughest women you'll ever meet. But the main problem is that men hit twice as hard as women. Ms. Carini stated that she had never been hit that hard before. She had never had to fight a man before. It's tempting to think that someone somewhere in Italy or Sicily with Kleenex in his cheeks saw this travesty upon women's sports, turned to Tom Hagen, and said, "Tell Luca Brasi to come in." Imane Khelif needs a lesson in chivalry right upside his head. Not from a woman. From Luca.

I think a fair solution would be to allow each boxer to give one hard punch to the groin of their opponent to start the fight. That might even the playing field.

So "Men Beating up Women" is this year's new Olympic sport. How progressive of the IOC. Whoever approved this travesty needs to resign in disgrace. Today.
