The Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg was evacuated Saturday after every member of the state’s legislature received an email threatening anti-Israel bombings in the complex.
“In the name of Palestine, I have hidden highly lethal lead azide devices in and around Pennsylvania State Capitol as well as the Pennsylvania Judicial Center,” the suspect, going by the alias of “glorytoourmartyrs,” wrote. “I plan on triggering one device every few hours until Joe Biden goes on national television and publicly denounces the illegitimate state of Israel. Keep in mind I am inside one of the 2 buildings armed w/ a knife, and plan on remaining here to my dying breath!”

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the far-left “Squad” leader in Congress, announced her support for President Joe Biden on Monday despite calls within his own party to step down following his disastrous debate against former President Donald Trump.
The congresswoman shared her position in a statement in which she called the matter “closed” due to the president’s insistence to stay in the race:
I have spoken to the President over the weekend. I have spoken with him extensively. He made clear then and he has made clear since that he is in this race. The matter is closed. He had reiterated that this morning, he has reiterated

Model, television star, and "SlutWalk" founder Amber Rose has been making quite a few waves in the political world lately. She recently openly endorsed Trump, causing a ton of backlash toward her.
But none of this seems to matter to her as she's not only doubled and tripled down on her Trump support, but she's now quadrupled it by stating she'll be speaking at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, according to a post on X. Rose's support of Trump took a lot of people by surprise, however she's stated her reasoning on multiple occasions.
Recently, she told TMZ that she's no longer brainwashed

On Monday, Russia bombed Kyiv during rush hour hitting multiple sites across the town. They intentionally struck Ukraine's largest children's hospital, which provides care to some of the country's sickest children, including those with cancer.
At least 36 are dead and 137 injured across the city, but first responders are still trying to clear the rubble. It is unclear how many children may lie under the destruction in the children's hospital. It's the most tragic scenario that could be imagined, and it was done in broad daylight by monsters who purposely targeted vulnerable children and families.
Some of the doctors were in surgery with children when the strike hit.

Sullivan & Cromwell, a prominent Wall Street law firm, implemented new standards for job applicants from top law schools following antisemitic protests that swept America’s universities in the aftermath of Hamas’s October 7 terrorist attack on Israel.
The policy, detailed in a New York Times report, dictates that individuals who participated in college protests should be held responsible for their actions, as well as the actions of those around them, Joseph C. Shenker of Sullivan & Cromwell, told the Times. The firm conducts background checks on potential first-year associates to scrutinize applicants’ involvement with pro-Palestinian groups and campus protests, looking for examples of antisemitism.

The New Republic was raked over the coals for its outrageous cover depicting a former U.S. president as a fascist dictator responsible for the deaths of millions.
The leftist rag was called out on social media as a “clown publication” and blasted for “fearmongering” after sporting an image of Trump as Hitler on its latest cover.
“We chose the cover image, based on a well-known 1932 Hitler campaign poster, for a precise reason: that anyone transported back to 1932 Germany could very, very easily have explained away Herr Hitler’s excesses and been persuaded that his critics were going overboard,” the publication explained.

Statistics-based journalist-pollster Nate Silver, who previously worked at the New York Times (where he founded the influential presidential polling-data site FiveThirtyEight) and at ABC News, had some internal insight into the media bias debate, saying out loud what we at NewsBusters know well.
It came in his Monday post “Blaming the media is what got Democrats into this mess.” (The mess being President Biden’s disastrous debate performance and the feigned shock from the press who felt obliged to downplay it.)
In his latest Silver Bulletin newsletter, the political prognosticator credited, or blamed, the newly minted progressive media critics for putting a lid on Biden age coverage

Columbia University on Monday placed three administrators on leave over leaked text exchanges in which they played down concerns about campus antisemitism and mocked the university’s rabbi during a panel on Jewish life at Columbia.
As panelists shared their experiences of antisemitism on campus, the administrators exchanged mocking texts — captured in photos by a person in attendance and shared with the Washington Free Beacon — in which they suggested that critics were using the issue of antisemitism for its “fundraising potential.”
The administrators — Columbia College vice dean and chief administrative officer Susan Chang-Kim, dean of undergraduate student life Cristen Kromm, and associate dean for student and family support Matthew Patashnick

The comeback tour continued for Joe Biden on Monday morning with a brief stint on MSNBC. The president called into "Morning Joe," a show hosted by two of his biggest fans, in yet another attempt to soothe the souls of Democrats worried about his ability to win in November. Notably, Biden did not appear on video, and if you pay attention to the pace of his speaking, it sure sounds like that was because he was reading from a script. Even then, he still managed to faceplant throughout the "interview." BIDEN: (Incoherent)...Joe, let me say it this way. The reason I've been out on the road so much all over

Joe Biden informed congressional Democrats in a letter on Monday that he has no intention of dropping out of the race. Later, during an appearance on MSNBC's Morning Joe, Biden defiantly dismissed those in the party who are calling on him to step aside and offered anyone to challenge him at the Democratic National Convention.
"The American public is not going to move away from me as the average voter," Biden told hosts Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough. "And again, I'm here for two reasons: One to rebuild the economy for hardworking middle-class people [to] give everybody a shot. It's a straight shot. Everybody gets a fair chance, number one."

President Biden on Monday bluntly rejected suggestions that he bow out of the presidential race in a letter to congressional Democrats, arguing it would undermine the preference of voters and ignore his record.
The president, in a letter shared by his campaign, spoke directly to drama that has engulfed the Democratic Party since his disastrous debate performance June 27 and called for lawmakers to unite behind his candidacy. “The question of how to move forward has been well-aired for over a week now. And it’s time for it to end,” Biden wrote. “Any weakening of resolve or lack of clarity about the task ahead only helps Trump
