A West Virginia judge granted a preliminary injunction allowing several middle school girls to compete after the school district banned them from competition after refusing to play against a biological male, according to 12 WBOY, a local media outlet. Five middle school female athletes forfeited their positions at a track meet in April after they were informed that they would have to compete against a biological male, prompting the school district to allegedly bar the girls from future competitions, according to WDTV News. The students sued, and Republican Attorney General Patrick Morrisey of West Virginia filed an amicus brief in support of the students.

No biological about it. It is a male. Period. The young ladies handled the situation correctly. Walk away from these worthless, head-case bullies.

A little step in the right direction. Good for the girls, women in general, and West Virginia. And shame on much of the rest of our country, starting with the lower western part. And shame on males afraid to compete with males.

This is not difficult. 99.9% of us are born male or female (yes, sometimes nature makes a mistake). That's it. Nothing else needs to be discussed. If you can prove through dna that you are a biological female then you play sports with the ladies. Otherwise go do your nails, curl your hair, go play pretend. But you do not play on the girls teams.

Re #6, sources seem to indicate that an actual "tweener" (hemphradite) are extremely rare. Like about 1 in 16 million. So, 99.9 is 1 in 1,000. 1 in 10 million is 99.999999, and 1 in 16 million is 99.99999375. Vanishingly small. Essentially 100% of these deranged folks who claim to be "transgender" are just an ordinary male or female with mental health issues. And they CANNOT, ever "transition". Regardless of endless amounts of inappropriate hormones or bizarre mutilations by quacks, all their cells still have either the XX or XY that they were born with.
