An Arizona grand jury has indicted 18 allies of Donald Trump for their efforts to subvert the 2020 election — including former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Boris Epshteyn. The indictment, which includes felony counts of conspiracy, fraud and forgery, also describes Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator. “Defendants and unindicted coconspirators schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Coconspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona’s voters,” the 58-page indictment reads.

I’ve had enough. Not only are the dems prosecuting Republicans for what they themselves did, they were mightily helped by RINOs and cowards who refused to acknowledge it, much less address it. A curse on every, single head who denied the greatest political crime ever committed in the United States of America. I hope to God Donald Trump exacts justice on them all with the heaviest hand possible. I’ve had more than enough.

This is exactly why the Supreme Court of The United States didn’t hear any of the 2020 election cases. Their first Gore V Bus ruling was 9-0 against Gore: Basically states: “Why did you change the rules of an election after the election. That precedent would be applied to all the State AG’s that changed State Constitutions (illegally) during the 2020 election. Without a federal ruling on 2020, this leaves all these states to do what a few years ago would have been unthinkable. Secondly These elections are supposed to he’s by secret ballot. Electronic voting machines and mail in/absentee ballots are not secret.

Florida ought to indict Al Gore for election interference in 2000. By the time the Dems are through playing this particular hand, it will be "election interference" to run in opposition to the sitting Party Chairman, er, President.

WHAT authority does a State AG to go after individuals operating in Federal capacity over a Federal Election case where they committed no crime of a Federal, much less State of Arizona matter? Some of those people may wisely have never even set foot in Arizona, and certainly never committed a crime in that State, so WHY is the State AG going after them? Is this a rather weak, "We've been disinfranchised, your honor!" defense? The Left is scared to death that all of this will come out when Trump wins his Second Term. Their only option is to 'get in front' of the issue and ajudicate it all now, while baring fangs publicly, as does the toughest Chihuaua in town. God holds His Court, "24x7x365," and His Justice is never mocked.

Another effort to lawfare those surrounding the President on charges they interfered with the 2020 election-- one where the election process ITSELF was NOT impeded, but one where verifying the results and make sure that election laws were followed when allowing certain questionable votes to be certified as valid and in cases where there could have been something improper to be correctly reported. The judiciary was in virtual 'COLLUSION' to not hear or allow any evidence to be heard lest something would have to BE verified as valid and would have to allow discovery of the questionable charges levied. And now, the timing of this accusation leaves no doubt that after three YEARS action to tie up the Trump campaign with a weaponized judiciary is to cause REAL election interference.

FCC Votes to Reinstate Net Neutrality 6 replies
Posted by Dreadnought 4/25/2024 5:57:45 PM Post Reply
On Thursday, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), by a 3-2 vote, reinstated the Obama-era net neutrality rule. The 3-2 vote along partisan lines is a victory for Democrats, who have pushed for this type of regulation for the last two decades and say it’s necessary for consumer protection, fair competition and national security. The rules, which prevent broadband providers from blocking and throttling consumers’ internet traffic, were repealed in 2017 during the Trump era. The order also reclassifies broadband as a telecom service, as the 2015 rules did, expanding the agency’s authority to regulate internet networks. An earlier version of the rules was struck down by a court in 2014.

The saga of how state-run radio (better known as NPR) continues to fester, despite the best attempts of NPR’s new apparatchick, Katherine Maher, to suggest her previous hostile comments about free speech, her “my trutherism,” and her Democratic partisanship are all “taken out of context.” (Understand that for the contemporary left, “context” is everything, so claiming something anyone says is “taken out of context” is not a denial that they meant what they said. You’re just not choosing the “right” context to understand it properly.) Washington — The Supreme Court’s conservative majority on Thursday appeared open to recognizing some level of immunity from federal prosecution for former presidents as they weighed a blockbuster dispute that will be critical to the fate of former President Donald Trump’s 2020 election case in Washington, D.C. But the court expressed skepticism toward Trump’s argument that he should be absolutely immune from charges related to conduct that occurred while he was in office. Across nearly three hours of arguments, several members of the court’s six-member conservative bloc signaled that they believed a former president should be shielded from criminal charges for some actions undertaken within the duties

The New York Court of Appeals on Thursday overturned the sex crimes conviction against Harvey Weinstein, the powerful Hollywood producer whose downfall stood as a symbol of the #MeToo movement. The court, by a 4-3 vote, ordered a new trial. “We conclude that the trial court erroneously admitted testimony of uncharged, alleged prior sexual acts against persons other than the complainants of the underlying crimes because that testimony served no material non-propensity purpose,” the ruling, written by Judge Jenny Rivera, states. “The court compounded that error when it ruled that defendant, who had no criminal history, could be cross examined about those allegations as well as numerous allegations of misconduct
