Chef José Andrés, founder of the World Central Kitchen (WCK), accused Israel of targeting his aid staffers “systemically, car by car” when seven of them were killed in an airstrike Monday delivering desperately needed food to hungry Gazans.
The Israeli military, meanwhile, said Wednesday that an investigation found that its forces misidentified the aid workers’ vehicles as hostile amid international criticism for the deadly bombing and Israel’s ongoing six-month siege of the enclave.
The three WCK vehicles, which included two armored cars and a third unarmored one, were targeted in multiple strikes, killing workers from Australia, Canada, Poland, the UK and the US as well as their Palestinian driver.

These bleeding heart Hamas sympathizers got what they deserved with their commie virtue signaling grandstanding and their Goose was literally cooked. The food they produced got a well deserved three missile rating from the Israelis. Insert yourself into a war zone and there will be consequences, usually fatal.

Why do food delivery drivers run around in armored cars? This story stinks like a whorehouse at low tide…

I would think 2 armored cars in that neighborhood would be someone special to HAMAS and therefore a legitimate target.

Were the WCK vehicles marked like the Red Cross or were they using unmarked vehicles? If relatively unmarked vehicles, how could the Israelis distinguish those vehicles from Hamas vehicles? When you look at one of the damaged vehicles, the insignia doesn't look like the Red Cross or a UN type vehicle. Hamas uses similar insignias to deliver war materials. Accidents in war happen, especially in a high risk war area. Providing relief to individuals in a Hamas occupied territory is risky to say the least. It appears that the WCK communication to the Israelis didn't work. Sorry but that lack of adequate communication is on the WCK not the Israelis.

Well common sense would certainly indicate that driving around on what amounts to an active battlefield in unmarked motor vehicles is an extreme danger to life and limb. You would think that such movements transporting food aid would have been coordinated with the Israelis and possibly even the Hamas terrorists to keep the aid workers from ending up dead?

if anyone thinks that, in war, there can be clear cut and delineated territories, where no "war" will occur has never read any history and has no right to voice opinions on the matter

All I know is that whatever I have heard is mostly propaganda for one side of the conflict and at best is only half true. Allegations mean nothing.

Anything with "World" in its title is usually working against Israel's interests and helping the terrorists. Besides, Hamas is taking the lion's share of any aid being distributed in Gaza. I can't wait until Biden's offshore soup kitchen is in operation.

I wonder if those car pictures were staged, especially the one with the car with a hole in the roof. How does a missile enter the roof of a car, killing everyone inside, but not blow the car apart?
Palestinians have had a history of staging scenes with dead bodies moved from place to place in the past so perhaps these scenes were staged and the Palestinians killed the aid workers,

We see what Hamas did with the aid money. They used it to dig tunnels.
How much food can be carried in 3 cars. with passengers in them. Where were the trucks?

The Gazans are hungry because Hamas wants them that way so they can save their own power. this is a wrong unjust diagnosis and it is death-dealing. Hamas likes the Gazans poor and hungry and violent. It has a use for every one of their corpses. There is no way to save the Gazans except to kill every member of Hamas who will not surrender. It is Hamas who want Gazans dead or wounded, all of them.

#5: One of the articles I read said the vehicles were marked on top with the World Central Kitchen logo. Here's the WCK logo:

Good for stationary and brochures. I suspect the busy design and lack of contrast in the design itself (against what color background?) make it difficult for aerial surveillence to recognize.
Not to mention, is it an official, internationally-recognized/registered symbol that means "don't shoot here" like the Geneva Convention's Red Cross and the Hague Convention's Blue Shield for protected cultural site. (One is red and white, the other is blue and white.)
Think about those handmade signs you see for yard/garage sales. The letters look perfectly fine to the people who made them. How do they look to you, driving by at 35 mph?

If Israel did target "systemically, car by car," then I don't see a problem. Wars cannot be fought and won by pretending your enemy is honorable, compelling you to disadvantage your own forces. Biden, would willing trade 1,000 Israeli or American military lives for every Muslim vote he can pull from Michigan.

Three of those killed were not "Aid Workers", they were part of a Security Force hired to protect the Aid Workers, from "Solace Global" a Brit company where all employees are former Royal Marines.(another killed was a local palistinian driver) They provide what some may call "Mercenaries" to perform personal protection to executives in danger zones, and onboard merchant vessels transiting danger zones, initially past Somalia. Great Poutrage was leveled at Blackwater and similar companies that were USA based by the same left/Media outlets calling these operatives Heroes.
One of their most popular "Products" is a real time tracking service that shows where a client is down to the foot, and a retrieval force for rapid response if that client is kidnapped, captured or wounded. IF they had coordinated their service members with Israel this clearly never would have occurred...they claim the vehicles were "Clearly marked on their roof", but it was 11pm, and the markings were NOT IR reflective as the redcross/red crescent and "Friendly" force vehicles are. Likely they were targeted because they were in direct radio/cell phone contact with known Hamas individuals, and each rocket was RIGHT ON TARGET, while not using explosive warheads to mitigate collateral/civilian risks.
