Industry insiders agree with former President Donald Trump’s suggestion that China is looking to annihilate American auto manufacturing on President Joe Biden’s watch.
During a speech in Ohio on Saturday, Trump warned Chinese President Xi Jinping that if he is reelected in November, China’s premier automakers will not be allowed to export their cheap Electric Vehicles (EVs) to the United States market withMost recently, reports circulated that China’s BYD is planning to build EV plants in Mexico to export the cars to the United States at low prices — out facing massive tariffs.

And after China accomplishes that, the Dems will blame Trump.

Yet their union and their member support Biden and the Democrats instead of supporting Trump, who will stand by their side

Frankly, all those engaged in this 'bloodbath' cacophony also know perfectly well that Trump is right. They also knew perfectly well who started the Russia, Russia, Russia fraud and why. They are not misinformed or ignorant. Just evil.

They are all forgettting that the vast majority of Americans have no place to plug in and charge an EV, and even if we did, they don't generate enough electricity to do it if we all plugged them in at once. China will be choking on a milion EV's that nobody wants, nobody will buy, and nobody would take even if they gave them away. EV's are another faculty lounge solution for a problem that doesn't exist.

and. if diapers is re-elected by whatever means the demcommies use, the prospect of a Chicom take over of the USofA is inevitable ... we are in serious, serious trouble and we must fill the House and Senate with MAGA republicans to bolster the strength of our President during the next 4 years
the commie takeover is coming and the demcommies are behind it and will be accessory's to the destruction of this country at its last gasp

#3, You might want to rethink that. Even the head of the union who gave his support to Biden said that while he supported Biden the majority of the members of the union do not. Democrats are not retaining the loyalty of blue collar support. These workers are not stupid and they know the difference under a Trump administration and this out and out assault on our way of life by Joe Biden and the dems. I am sure if the election held in November was fair, Trump would win in a landslide. The numbers look good but this going to come down to turn out. We must crush them with massive numbers so they cannot cheat.

Tariffs are always a bad economic idea. They always hurt the imposing country.
However - - if Chicom vehicles pose a threat to US security - - I'm sure Americans are smart enough to not buy them - - regardless of price. Besides which - - if President Trump is re-elected - - the question will be moot - - because all sane car buyers will choose a gasoline engine over a fire-hazard golf-cart-on-steroids.

Trump is speaking the truth. That’s why the liberals had to misrepresent his comment and have a mock collective meltdown. They know what he said.

The democrats thought that if the Auto union endorsed them...it was a shoo/in...but Michigan auto workers are giving them a run for the vote....and that's why chuckie schummer was told to make that anti/Israel speech..they have lost the Michigan auto workers...

I have zero interest in buying an ev especially one made by China. I also avoid buying anything else made in China wherever I can. Even the US car companies can’t sell enough ev’s to even break even. With current technology, ev’s are not wanted by a majority of customers and that won’t change without huge government mandates and meddling in the free market which is their end game.

Oh goody, these will be the Yugos of EVs. Will the batteries ~ much cheaper ones, I'm sure ~ charge to the capacity promised? Will they be capable of being driven off the lot without bursting into immediate flames? Will they be able to be driven in all types of weather and all temperatures? Doubtful, but time will tell.

Besides not being interested in buying an EV vehicle, we check the cans in the grocery store to see the nation where the food comes from. If the food is from China, whether it's fish, vegetables, canned fruit, etc. we immediately put the can/pkg. back up on the grocery shelf. Even Winco grocery stores here on the West Coast get their blackberries from China! China! Not from the Pacific Northwest where the blackberries grow in abundance! Why? Must be the cheap cost.

I was shocked last Fall when I picked up a can of pumpkin in Walmart and the label said made in China. We have lots of pumpkins grown in the US. I read labels and refuse to buy foods not grown and processed in the US. I can find something I like just as well or better.
