Realtors in the Big Apple’s cut-throat housing market are citing the controversy over congestion pricing in their pitch to sell and rent apartments in Manhattan outside zones where the toll will be imposed. Glenn Barnett of Nest Seekers sends out listings with the heading “Avoid Congestion Pricing.” “I do get a better response. People are curious,” Barnett said in a recent interview with The Post. “There are a million listings that say, ‘Great Views.’ Let’s do something different. It can’t hurt.” He recently marketed a one-bedroom pad at 340 E. 93rd St. near First Avenue with the “Avoid Congestion Pricing” pitch.

And next year, those renters will be hit by some other tax, like air breathing tax or water drinking tax.

The sad truth for New York City is that their other damaging policies will ensure that congestion never happens again because people are flooding out of there like water from a broken Beaver dam. There is no place to go downtown unless you like touring boarded-up shops and burned-out buildings.

"Congestion pricing", eh? Brilliant. Cars aren't the only thing that are congesting the streets of NYC. So are people. Hit them up with "Sidewalk Congestion Pricing" tax too while you're at it. The only thing different between NYC and Haiti right now is having a leader called "Barbeque"...but hey, Mayor Adams is getting closer every day.

You think some of that "congestion" might be caused by space taken up by people illegally in the city? Do we think they will pay the $15 fee? (Yeah, yeah. I know its a tax on cars. Don't think they won't get one when they want one?)

Prepare to read a remarkable statement: “everything is broken in this country.” According to a recent poll, 70 percent -- seventy! -- of Canadians agreed with that assertion. Those surveyed say that Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s (radically) Liberal government is too focused on climate change and the war in Ukraine, and not dealing with issues important to them, such as the high -- and rising -- cost of living. “Everything is broken in this country.” Much the same is true in America, where the (radically) progressive Biden administration is obsessed with battling climate change, funding the war in Ukraine, and making sure that everyone’s preferred pronouns -- and bathroom choices -- are honored.

It really is a transparently obvious contrast that highlights how far the west has fallen. Russia holds transparent elections and Vladimir Putin wins 87% of the vote, resoundingly being reelected; yet Biden calls it a dictatorship. Meanwhile Ukraine cancels all elections, Zelensky declares the political opposition party unlawful; yet Biden calls it a democracy. The totalitarian areas and liberty areas are ideologically inverting as a direct outcome of western governments deliberately cleaving the globe. What they call “globalism” is actually a fracturing of the international compact. This reality is now transparent and obvious to the ordinary person,

The results are transparently obvious: Better off with Joe Biden 33%. Better with Donald Trump 45%. A new capital would signify a new beginning for the nation. Everyone who has seen the play Hamilton knows that the nation’s capital was moved to the present site in the District of Columbia due to a dinner-table bargain in 1790 between Alexander Hamilton and Thomas Jefferson. Hamilton needed Jefferson’s support in Congress to win approval for federal assumption of revolutionary war debts; in return, Jefferson wanted Hamilton’s support in moving the capital from New York City to a location nearer to the population and geographical center of the country, later carved out between the states of Maryland and Virginia.

"Outlaw your car" sounds like such an outrageous phrase, and technically speaking, it isn't true — but only barely. That's exactly what the EPA intends to do this week with strict new rules going forward against gas- and diesel-powered cars and light trucks. Expected as soon as Wednesday, the Biden EPA "is poised to finalize emissions rules that will effectively require a certain percentage — as much as two-thirds by 2032 — of new cars to be all-electric," according to Inside EVs. We currently have a Justice who uses words very poorly.
