Newly uncovered documents reveal Joe Biden has an interesting connection to Abraham Lincoln and a personal reason to be thankful for his Presidency. Historian David J. Gerleman wrote in theWashington Post Monday that Biden’s great-great-grandfather, Moses J. Robinette, was pardoned by President Lincoln after being charged with murder following a particularly violent incident. He discovered this shocking detail after reviewing 22 pages of a court martial transcript. The charge came after a Robinette got into a brawl with fellow Union Army civilian employee John J. Alexander on March 21, 1864, in the Army of the Potomac’s winter camp in Virginia.

Though judging by the polling it has been obvious for years to many Americans that President Joe Biden's age and fitness to lead are cause for concern, the release of the Hur report was sort of an "elephant in the room roars to life" moment for Biden's 2024 reelection campaign as they seek (in vain) to disprove his critics' longstanding observations about his memory issues.A video shared Tuesday to the official "POTUS" account on the Twitter machine won't help matters. New analysis finds that the number of illegal immigrants who have entered the U.S. on Biden’s watch is greater than the population of 36 states. The numbers are absolutely staggering and there are still months left before Joe Biden will potentially leave office. If he doesn’t, and this madness continues, it’s nearly impossible to imagine what the country would look like in four more years. Illegal immigration has now eclipsed the economy as the top issue for the 2024 and this is why. Everyone knows this is not a sustainable situation.

President Joe Biden is considering an immigration crackdown that closes the border if more than 8,500 try to cross in one day, a law repeatedly used by former President Donald Trump. The law would, if the migrant crisis reached those numbers per day, unilaterally enact a sweeping ban at the southern border, according to three people familiar with the deliberations. The administration, stymied by lawmakers who rejected a negotiated border bill earlier this month, has been exploring options that Biden could deploy on his own without congressional approval.

President Joe Biden Wednesday said he would never stop fighting for hardworking Americans as he put the spotlight on his debt cancellation efforts and ramps up his reelection campaign. He slammed MAGA Republicans and said even the Supreme Court could not stop him for helping hundreds of thousands of people saddled with years of debt. And he said he was not worried about further court challenges to his massive forgiveness program. It came hours after officials said they were automatically canceling federal student loans for nearly 153,000 borrowers as part of a faster repayment plan. It adds up to another $1.2 billion of $138 billion canceled so far.

The US Marshals transferred J6 political prisoners Ryan Samsel and Jake Lang from the DC Gulag predawn Tuesday morning to an undisclosed location, and no one knows where they are. Jail guards forced Samsel and Lang to adhere to a temperature check around 7 pm on Monday, a typical indication that within hours, any semblance of normalcy would be torpedoed, and they would be mysteriously transferred to another jail in another state. At approximately 4 am on Tuesday, Samsel and Lang were chained and shackled in black box cuffs and thrown on a bus and were provided no information about where they would be taken.

I am old enough to remember when it was considered a disgrace to even countenance the idea American could lose a war. Under Joe Biden, losing a war is a regular occurrence. Vlad Putin took a victory lap in our latest defeat, the Ukraine War, by ruthlessly killing one of his few living Russian opponents -- Alexei Navalny. Joe Biden promised there would be reprisals if Navalny died back in 2021, but of course, that was an empty threat. Instead, buoyed by cynical regimes from China to India to North Korea willing to break international sanctions, Putin’s terror state keeps on humming.

What is interesting about these findings is that they did not fall along party lines – even a significant number of Independents and Democrats are skeptical about the president’s denials. More appealing movies are a great way to jump the political issues. But more and more, our audience (or the segment of the audience that has been politicized) equate the perceived messaging in a film as a quality issue. They won’t say they find female empowerment distasteful in The Marvels or Star Wars the latest trilogy starring Daisy Ridley], but they will say they don’t like those movies because they are “bad.”

Dozens of Chicago high schools that continue to employ school-resource officers to protect students and staff from violence will no longer be allowed to do so under a plan coming before the far-left city’s education board this week. The “Resolution to Create a Comprehensive Whole School Safety Policy,” which is on the board’s Thursday meeting agenda, would prohibit the 39 city schools that continue to utilize school-resource officers from continuing to do so next school year. If approved, the resolution would direct Chicago Public School leaders to develop “a holistic approach to school safety at every District school” that “addresses root causes” of violence, and that focuses on “restorative justice”

President Joe Biden's administration is investing $20 billion to build ship-to-shore cranes in America in order to keep Chinese hackers from spying at U.S. ports. Biden will sign an executive order Wednesday to give the U.S. Coast Guard new powers to issue basic cybersecurity requirements for transportation vessels and ports amid fears Chinese hackers will target American infrastructure, including ports, as it prepares for a potential invasion of Taiwan. One particular area of focus is ship-to-shore cranes, which move cargo containers off of vessels. 'We felt there was real strategic risk here,' said Anne Neuberger, U.S., deputy national security adviser for cyber and emerging technology.
