Fulton County hearing live updates: Fani
Willis doesn't take stand on Day 2

Original Article

The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case is set to hear arguments over motions to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, primarily over accusations from Trump co-defendant Michael Roman that she benefited financially from a "personal, romantic relationship" with prosecutor Nathan Wade, who she hired for the case. Willis and Wade, in a court filing, admitted to the relationship but said it "does not amount to a disqualifying conflict of interest" and that the relationship "has never involved direct or indirect financial benefit to District Attorney Willis."

Comments:

It isn't certain why Fani won't testify - - but the Atlanta Sanitation Dept. found a case of empty Grey Goose bottles in her driveway this morning.

My prediction: The legal version of nothing to see here. I have zero confidence in the judicial system. I've had zero faith in the judicial system since I sat on a jury in 95. Nothing since that time has improved my opinion.

Well, at least there's one somewhat smart lawyer in the DA office in Atlanta. Keeping Fani the Fool off the stand today was a brilliant legal decision. And the old adage, if your opponent is digging his/her own grave, don't get in their way applies to the defendants in this case and the judge, whose job is getting easier every moment this graduate of Famous Lawyers School ( Fani) opens her mouth. And that southern gentleman, Mr Wade, looks like his grades at that found-on-the-back-of-a-matchbook law school wasn't much better than Fani's.

Her demeanor, poor oral communications skills, ignorance about the seven continents, etc just highlights what affirmative action has created in this country. People of color who lack the skills to compete on an equal footing but still get promoted because they fall back on their skin color and no one can be truthful about their lack of qualifications without being attacked as a racist.

Call me optimistic, but a lot is coming out lately about Obama weaponizing the CIA, DOJ and FBI as well as other leftist shenanigans. People are waking up to the crimes of the left. I believe Fani Willis is just going to be the first to fall. Truth always wins in the end.

Based on the long-held assumption/suspicion that there is an agenda/purpose by President Trump’s adversaries to prevent him from being a candidate in the 2024 presidential election by any and all means, including lawfare, a hazy crystal ball predicts a speculated predetermined decision/judgment/verdict will be rendered and will be the same for both Ms. Willis and Mr. Roman: censure, probation, monetary penalty, non-debarment, disqualification from President Trump’s Georgia interference case, and reassignment of the case to another Georgia prosecutor.

People all over the world who have been watching the Fani hearing got a big dose of American Black culture. Fani testified yesterday, as her “daddy” most likely watched her testimony on TV or talked to Fani after she testified, it appeared that the Judge was scared of her, and then her “daddy” testified today to back up Fani’s testimony. Is all that considered to be legally credible these days?

The strumpet diva decides when she will take the stand and you better stand apart when she appears in the next rear end nightmare display entrance. Has anyone ever seen such a disgusting rear end moment?? With all the cash in her house she could not part with a couple of dimes to buy some concrete, and I mean concrete, support for that disgusting wobbly rear end?? What's with the box in middle? Because she can't make it to the bathroom that's a 'catch all'?? Imagine a white DA looking like that and then making a cake of herself the way that POS did!

A question an increasing number of voters are asking these days is a perfectly reasonable one: Who the hell is running the country right now? In looking at President Biden’s schedule just last week alone, the answer to that basic question is as clear as Jersey’s swamps: On Tuesday, the 81-year-old delivered brief remarks on the Senate’s passage of a supplemental agreement. When reporters attempted to ask questions afterward, Biden said he had to run but promised to take questions Wednesday or Thursday. That never happened, of course, and not because Biden had a stacked itinerary to contend with.

Two teen students died at New York University just two days apart, according to police. Last Thursday, 19-year-old student Jacqueline Beauzile was found unconscious and unresponsive at Lipton Hall, which typically houses freshmen, cops said. EMS responders arrived and pronounced the Hempstead, N.Y., teen dead at the scene. Two days later, the body of 18-year-old student Doreah Salti was discovered outside the school’s Barney Building on Stuyvesant Street, which is home to the art department, police said. Salti, of Hinsdale, Ill., was found around 7:30 p.m. unconscious with severe trauma to her body indicating she had jumped or fallen, cops said.

The deadly shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory parade that killed one and injured nearly two dozen was the result of a personal dispute that exploded into violence — and cops have detained three people who may be at fault, authorities said Thursday. Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves emphasized that the Wednesday afternoon attack on the west side of the city’s landmark Union Station had nothing to do with homegrown terrorism or violent extremism. Instead, the shooting “appeared to be a dispute between several people that ended in gunfire,” Graves told reporters at a Thursday press conference.

In his press conference following the report on his retention of classified documents, Joe Biden lashed out at special counsel Robert Hur for saying the president has such “diminished faculties,” it would be difficult to criminally charge him. One of the key and scripted moments was Biden angrily denouncing Hur for raising his son’s death. Many in the media eagerly replayed the clip the next day, calling Hur’s question outrageous, callous and unprofessional. But NBC reports it was not Hur but Biden himself who raised Beau Biden’s death.

It’s a NYCHA-mare. New York City Housing Authority staffers allegedly have no problem fixing government contracts, but residents regularly wait more than two months for them to fix clogged tubs, leaky faucets, and broken refrigerators. NYCHA workers took an average of 65.4 days to complete non-emergency repairs during the fiscal year ending June 30, records reviewed by The Post Show. The glacial pace is 33% slower than the previous year when it took 49.1 days, and a whopping 242% worse than fiscal 2019, when the average repair time was 19.4 days.

Calling for governments to enact a "global moratorium" on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines could have been a death sentence for a scientist's career not long ago. Now it opens the door to a prestigious science publisher. The Springer Nature medical journal Cureus, sibling to Nature and Scientific American, published a peer-reviewed paper by high-profile mRNA vaccine critics last month, showing the growing mainstream openness to data and arguments once nitpicked if not ignored by publishers and suppressed by academia and Big Tech.

In laying the foundation for his sweeping decision against former President Donald Trump, Judge Arthur Engoron observed that “this is a venial sin, not a mortal sin.” Yet, at $355 million, one would think that Engoron had found Trump to be the source of Original Sin. The judgment against Trump (and his family and associates) was met with a level of unrestrained celebration by many in New York that bordered on the indecent. Attorney General Letitia James declared not only that Trump would be barred from doing business in New York for three years, but that the damages would come to roughly $460 million once interest was included.
