President Trump appeared in court on Wednesday as E. Jean Carroll testified in a trial where the jury will decide how much Trump has to pay for his so-called ‘defamatory’ statements about her. Judge Lewis Kaplan, a Clinton appointee, previously ruled that Trump is liable for defamatory statements he made about E. Jean Carroll after she accused him of rape. In 2019, E. Jean Carroll alleged Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s. Trump has denied the allegations and called E. Jean Carroll a “whack job”

Nobody bought the book because nobody bought your lies, E. Jean. A billionaire doesn't need to force him/herself upon anybody, they must be fending off people left and right. Bill Burr said it perfectly when he was doing his gold-digging wh0res routine, commenting on how sudden fame & fortune leads to increased popularity: There's nothing there to prepare you for that platoon of wh0res that forms on the horizon, faces painted like Braveheart, ready to jump right on your **** in front of your wife, they don't care!I grew up in Brooklyn and read about Trump in the NY Post & Daily News, and all they ran with was who was on his arm after Ivana.

Calling E.J. a whack job may be an inelegant way of denying her accusation. But her accusation seems far closer to defamation than his denial. Either way, the never-trumper witch hunt has made me resolved to vote for him, whether these whack jobs manage to get him removed from our ballot or not.

"Justice" must have a different meaning in New York State. From what I can see in these Trump "civil" trials, he's judged guilty by the judge BEFORE the trial. Maybe I'm not kidding when I say Trump would get a fairer trial in Tehran.

Nobody bought the book...because nobody "Bought" the story, even the pet jury that heard the case rejected nearly all of it, Gave her an "assault" verdict out of PITY, because they figured Trump was rich enough to pay her off with a "Little something, that might allow her a slightly better life than the loser existence she currently lives.". She testified that even though her entire Job, career, persona was based upon being a "Relationship Expert" she has not had ANY relationships for 28 YEARS, not even any DATES...and not many before 1996 either. She was always "The Girl No Body Wanted" Her entire (claimed) experience lasted all of 2-3 minutes...her "Book" was about her entire life, even the media that covered her only wanted to talk about that 2-3Minutes.

She does injustice to the women who have REALLY been raped, assaulted, or violated. I have never been to Bergdorf's but I am assuming their dressing rooms are no different than any other retail establishment. Maybe fancier? Don't know. All she had to do was scream. Can anyone still answer my question? Was Donald Trump ever afforded a CRIMINAL trial with her allegation? Or is it all civil? Who knows maybe more women will now pursue the civil trial with their persecutors. . .
