The far-left Associated Press covered itself in corruption this week with the claim that disgraced Harvard President Claudine Gay’s resignation “highlights new conservative weapon against colleges: plagiarism.”
You see, according to AP reporters Collin Binkley and Moriah Balingit (the company itself says “the piece was not up to standards and is in the process of being updated”), Claudine Gay’s serial plagiarism isn’t the story. Also, Not The Story is Gay testifying before the U.S. House under oath that within the appropriate context she doesn’t believe that calling for the extermination of Jews on Harvard grounds violates school policy.
No, the story is that “conservatives” used plagiarism as a “weapon” against Gay.

is plagiarism now acceptable in colleges since she did it as did Obama and Biden?

So all the while her plagiarism is overlooked? Yet, in similar but reverse tactics they ensnared and imprisoned Derek Chauvin? I think we are learning over and over that leadership if not done in God's ways are always going to bite someone.

She's a thief and a fraud, and any NORMAL and honest person would be proud to point that out and get rid of the thief.
But then....no normal or honest people work at AssPress, only dishonest leftist propagandists, happy to shill for thieves and frauds. This article says volumes about how corrupt AssPress is, and nothing else.

The entire Board should quit. Here are my nominations for a new Board: The No Plagiarism ticket: Bill Ackman, Elise Stefanik, Roland Fryer, Vivek, the former Saudi Ambassador to Japan who is a graduate but I don't know his name, and somebody from Japan. That is six, leaving one space for the new president, and that leaves five.....
Absolutely no one from China because China can and will try to dominate anyone and will veto the raggedy dissident i would have liked.... so, No One. Sorry China. Don't boss your expats and then they could be chosen for things... But you will dominate them, you will, so they are ineligible..

A perfect example of how DEI works. Totally unqualified person who checks the right boxes is awarded one position (s)he doesn't deserve over highly-qualified candidates from "oppressor" groups, then rises to an even higher position for which (s)he is even less qualified where the former position is used as "proof" of qualification for the latter. Of course, the DEI selectee is untouchable because of membership in a protected class. Even fraudulent enhancement of resume can be overlooked, and any attempt to tell the truth is vindicative action by evil racist (and/or sexist or homophobic) conservatives.

But it’s racist to accuse her of plagiarism. What choice did she have when White people have used up more than their fair share of words and original thoughts?

Liberals should have used it first, if education mattered to them.

"No, the story is conservatives” used plagiarism as a “weapon” against Gay."
The "real" story is "integrity"; who has it and who does not. It is about the exposure of cosseted, institutional deception, the lengths some will go to protect a narrative, elite sanctioned anti-semitism, and the flagrant theft of awarded black scholarship.
Are they drowning in their own hypocrisy and racism? TBD. But there will be far-reaching damage to the trust invested in the institution and its reputation.
No, the real story is INTEGRITY.

Gay types out how she hates whites on a word processor, calls it a book, then is eligible for a $900K annual salary. This is rubbish of the highest order. This is not scholarship, and the contribution to humanity is negative.
