As the Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump will not be on the ballot in Colorado in 2024 thanks to their far-left Supreme Court.
The Court dubiously cited Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.
Trump did not engage in an insurrection nor has been charged with one.
As TGP readers know, this ruling came in response to a suit brought by the George Soros-funded Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics (CREW).

So…… Colorado has declare Trump guilty of a crime without the actual criminal trial. Justice in the US really is dead and a quaint idea.
The founders should be rolling in their graves because We the people are rapidly running out of legal options to reassert constitutional governance and equal justice. The ballot box clearly isn’t working.

I don't see what the Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, has to do with placing or prohibiting a person's name on a voting ballot at the state level. Nice try, Colorado lefty supreme "justices". But this won't fly at SCOTUS. CJ Roberts, this is what you get for kicking the can down the road in December 2020 when you ordered your associate justices to not hear the Texas case.

It's sad that it's not automatic that the SC will overturn this mess. Heck, they may decide to not even hear it. A radical group of people (led/funded by a world criminal) who don't rep the people of Colorado get to have someone removed from a ballot. Where are the legislators?

The senate already tried him for J6 .,,his 2nd impeachment..he was acquitted. It’s more sensible to attempt to take Biden off ballots…..

How can ANY court pass sentence on a person who has not been charged, has not been tried, and has not been convicted?

My prediction is that the John Roberts Supreme Court will make a very narrow decision that over turns the part of Colorado decision that Trump is disqualified under the 14 th amendment.
But they will be silent on the part of the Colorado decision that Trump engaged in an insurrection. The way Colorado Law is written, since Trump has now been found to be guilty in a Colorado court he will be barred from being on the presidential primary ballot.

This decision by these four judges is example of democrats doing anything necessary to eliminate Trump from the 2024 Presidential race. The way things are going, there is no promise that SCOTUS will hear it or even make a decision favorable to President Trump. Then, what do we do? This is the point in the coup d’etat where the hammer comes down. Democrats stole the power and now they will wield it.
Everyday, I amazed how we just go about our business like nothing is wrong and this administration isn’t illegitimate and lawless. Democrats couldn’t make it more clear that they are large and in charge and there is nothing we can do about it. Go ahead, protest and see how quickly you get the J6 treatment or worse. This administration is going no where without a fight. The coming year is going to surprise everyone and not in a good way. Democrats have planted their flag and they will not back down. Didn’t Joe tells us, and I am paraphrasing, he has the weaponry needed to quell any opposition. Who in their right mind believes democrats will participate in a peace transfer of power?
