WEF ‘Great Reset’ forecast looks gloomy

Animals products > plant products and chemicals....Who agrees? Vegans combing 5+ carcinogens and 10+ industrial chemicals to make "food" instead of just eating an egg. After what the global political class just did to us, it should come as no surprise that we don’t trust anything they have to say about health and safety, and there’s a silver lining to the systemic corruption that exploded into visibility once COVID hit the scenes; from a Telegraph article published Saturday: Beef burgers are back on the menu as demand for vegan food plunges.

Comments:

Let's hope that people are waking up to eating normal food, not these artificial concoctions. As to eggs, I eat one most days and none of the lies about increasing your cholesterol are factual. And margarine, touted for decades as healthier than butter is now known to be far less healthy with the artificially hardened oils becoming trans fats which cause more artery damage and mental problems.
Normal, old fashioned foods are better, and no bugs or lab "meats".

Vegan isn't what our mothers cooked. We like what we been raised to like but vegan dishes require large amounts of expensive spices to make them palatable. Add in the rotten economy and of course vegan sales are in the toilet? Most of us want to protect our planet and live healthier but there are limits as to what we are willing to do.

I did vegan in the 80's on the theory that I never saw a fat hippie. My employer was dogging me about my weight and my job depended on being lighter. Didn't work too well. I only lost ten pounds reliably. I had less energy. Restaurants hated me and we stopped getting invitations to friends and relatives houses. One final punch in the gut was when I started eating meat again, I was terrible sick for a while. Never again.

So I eat a Carnivore Diet. Just Beef, Bacon, Butter and Eggs. How's that going to work in a Vegan system? And I'm healthier too. Lost 60#'s in 6 months.

At age eighty, after being a physician in active practice for fifty years, I conclude that if you were able to follow all of the expert advice available, you might live plus or minus a few minutes either way, while not predictably happier, healthier. Or even wiser.

The dogs aren't having it. They want none of it. Hamburgers aren't made of plants and pink slime. They're made of ground beef. Burger King still has the Impossible (plant) burger on its menu at the drive through, but for how much longer? This carnivorous dog won't touch it.

I read somewhere flies won't even eat margarine. Butter yes, margarine no, I'm pretty tired of all the pushing of vegetable "meat", and now they want to use bugs too. All I gotta say is, I have this great T-shirt. On the front "PETA" is emblazoned across the top, and below that it says "People Eating Tasty Animals". On the back it has "Vegetarian" at the top with "Ancient Tribal slang for the Village Idiot who can't hunt, fish or ride". That pretty well sums up what I think about vegans, bug eaters, and the fools pushing for everyone to do the same.

They are failures! It doesn't take decades and centuries for their failures to show either. Countries sign up for the WEF garbage and their countries immediately fall into turmoil. Again, these people only know how to kill, steal, and destroy. They don't build, and what they do manage to build is to their own detriment. God has obviously designed it so, but they refuse to see that He is God alone; they are not. Nebuchadnezzar thought he was god, but God showed him; he at least caught the clues. Took him a while and he went a little mad, but he got it.

The only point to alternative food is the promotion of new businesses. Eating a normal healthy diet and living a healthy lifestyle is all that is necessary for you and health and that of the planet. Healthy people consume fewer resources, food, medical, and are more productive due to greater stamina and sharper mental acuity resulting in greater creativity and innovation. These factors alone outweigh any potential vegan benefit.

Our forgotten first war against Islamic terrorists 6 replies

Most Americans seem to have forgotten our first war against Muslims. In the late 18th century, our objection to Islamist practice was their piracy and slaving against our ships and sailors in the Mediterranean Sea. In 1794, provoked by Algerian captures of American ships, our Congress authorized construction of the first six ships of the U.S. Navy, including the U.S.S. Constitution, still in commissioned service and now docked in Boston. In 1795, our diplomats negotiated treaties with the Muslim states of Algiers, Tunis, and Tripoli to pay them tribute for the privilege of free passage. But in 1801, the Pasha of Tripoli, citing late payments of tribute, demanded additional money

The salt water reacted with the the [sic] vehicle’s electronics causing them to short, sparking a fire that burned underwater for an extended period of time. The fire was allowed to burn underwater until it extinguished itself.

What is Islam? To answer that question, it’s more important to know what Islam isn’t. Islam is not a religion. The Walt Disney Company just cannot do anything right these days. Earlier this week, Disney CEO Bob Iger admitted that the company “lost some focus” with their content decisions and execution. That was a significant understatement, and given the myriad of problems they’ve created for themselves, fixing it was already a monumental task. And that was before Disney got the first box office results from Marvel Studios’ latest signature release, The Marvels. Pre-release tracking had suggested that The Marvels could gross $75 million to $80 million in its opening weekend, which would have been a disastrous failure for a film with an estimated $270 million production budget.

John Carpenter was a pretty amazing filmmaker in his early years. He took three pumpkins, a bag of leaves, a poorly tuned piano, a half-in-the-bag lead actor, bad lighting, and an awful script and turned all that into a cinematic masterpiece. Halloween isn’t a cinematic masterpiece like Stanley Kubrick’s Barry Linden is...but for what John Carpenter was working with, he achieved an impressive financial and visual result. But as creepy as John Carpenter’s Halloween was, the story...was dumb. So much of the modern “horror” genre is dumb. Zombies and vampires and serial killers who don’t die — it’s all been done over and over again.

Thanks to the release of depositions in a sexual harassment law suit, we now know just how thoroughly corrupt was the prosecution of former Minneapolis police offer Derek Chauvin and his three colleagues in the May 2020 death of George Floyd. The depositions were taken this summer in response to a lawsuit filed by Amy Sweasy, a former Hennepin County prosecutor, against her then boss, former County Attorney Mike Freeman. Sweasy alleges that Freeman engaged in sex discrimination and professional retaliation. Whatever Freeman did or did not do to Sweasy, however, pales in comparison to what both of them and their colleagues did to the cops they prosecuted
